Great service, friendly repair personnel, highly recommend.

The service guy Joe was terrific. He checked my system out throughly and replaced/cleaned the parts that werent good. He even put salt in my softener because it was low. (He saw the bags of salt in my garage.) He definitely went above and beyond in my opinion.

I was very disappointed after driving all the way across town to buy softener salt. I arrived, pulled in front of the garage doors as there were no salt bags outside as they usually are. I had to get out a rearrange things in my car to make room for the salt. One of the employees watched me from inside the garage. He came over and asked what he could help me with...I stated I needed 2 bags of salt, please. He then said, Im sorry....we are closing for lunch! I couldnt believe it...why didnt you tell me before I rearranged everything? Just then a female employee came out, got in her car and said, Ill be back. So I left...it was 12:38...I didnt even realize they closed for lunch😢

Great people. Came out to my moms house same day to test water and give options on water softeners and cleaning. And 5 days later they installed new system at a geat and fair price. My mother went with the lease. For being 82 it was the smarter choice. Great job Guys!!

The manager (Brian) is wonderful - just hope you dont have to talk to the woman who works in the office (she didnt give her name) because she talks to customers like they are stupid and does not provide good (or even adequate) customer service. Is it really that hard to be nice to another human being when they call you for help? Ill be looking for another provider if I do not sell my Alpena house this summer. Culligan is expensive and I only used them because of the great service from Brian - too bad everyone isnt that nice at this business.

We live in Traverse City, but we had a such a great experience, we wanted to leave a good review here, too. We love our water and coming from what it is before is night and day. If we moved to Alpena, we would call here - they test water for free and fixed our problem.

Purchased first cullegn 20 years ago and not a problem. In 2019 replaced the unit with a new one, they never miss a beat. The service is great, when I have questions.The response is very soon .

I have been with McCardel Gilligan for 16 months. I have their water softening unit and reverse osmosis drinking water system. Theyre prices are fair and anytime I have a question or concern all I do is call and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
