I just wanted to give a shout out to the customer service representative, Susan P! Shes the friendliest customer service representative Ive seen in a long time. She made things fast and convenient and was super nice! I can tell that she truly cares about people. We really need more people like her! I normally dont do reviews for places but I feel like I really needed to give this lady some recognition. The pharmacist was very nice too. This pharmacy is so much better than Wal-Mart!

Carries medicine other places are out of, workers are pleasant and they are fast A++

The pharmacy associates are knowledgeable and so very friendly! They always greet you with a smile. And wait times are so short. If youre not finished shopping in the 20 minutes it takes to fill your prescription, you feel like theyve been waiting for you! Very nice place.

Great place to shop. I can stop in before I go to work and get in an out FAST! Plus I shop shop after 1am an all the stock people are friendly an helpful. Not like some other stores.

Consistently Bad Service....Everytime we go up there to get our meds filled even being needed that day they never have them filled or something miraculously in the system never works and some staff are rude and insensitive my husband takes a lot of meds and they reply you must feel like a kid at christmas defiantly switching ....

These people are completely rude and unhelpful. I went there to pick up my sisters prescription and the I had said the name and the lady rolled her eyes and said whats the birthdate I dont have time to spell all that out. Then she gives me the prescription and says do you have an insurance card and I had told her no as I was told it already had insurance with it then she said well I dont know what you want me to do. Do NOT get your prescription here they are rude as all hell

Have so much trouble getting prescriptions they do not work together, always giving partial refills, not having meds in stock I hate to go in or call because theres only a couple nice pharmacist very depressing to always be treated poorly just so tired of the run around !! They should shut down the pharmacies and just have meds given from Dr office!

Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to go above and beyond to help!

Since being back in the area my medication have been so not been filled, along with my birth control. Im now looking to switch my pharmacy.

A Meijer pharmacist was very rude to my wife when she inquired about a prescribed medication on my behalf. There was confusion as to when the prescription was due for refill. We complained to the manager, who said that hed call us back. Never called back. As a result, we no longer do our shopping there. We get our groceries and medications at the Alma Walmart.

Great place to shop. Drive thru pharmacy.
