The pharmacy personnel are not professional whatsoever. As I was told 2 days ago that they had 68 of a 90-day supply of medication but would have the remainder by 3:00 the next day if I was willing to wait. I agreed I didnt hear from them at 3:00 the next day but Im assuming, my mistake that it would be there so the following day by noon I was in there to pick up my script. Mind you Im 20 mi away and I had done some grocery shopping and I get to the window and the girl there tries to get me five of my product which I am cash paying for. I was quite confused and I asked her how how can that be when the gentleman just told me that you had 68 and would have the remainder by the next day at 3:00. She says very unprofessionally who do you think said that, was that so-and-so and I said yes so she calls him over outright in front of me and starts drilling him which was bad enough. Then she comes to me and says well youre going to have to wait till 3:00 today or take the 5 and come back. And I ask how is that wheres the 68? well youre not the only customer that gets this product and its first come first serve I said well then I should have been first because I ordered it first and she said 3:00 theres nothing I can do. needless to say at 3:00 they still did not have them I sat in the parking lot for 3 hours with my food in 75° weather air conditioner blasting which was not necessary to try to keep my food from defrosting. The idea of driving back and forth again did not appeal to me Thats an hour-round trip and it just did not sound like something I wanted to do. I will never frequent that story again.
This store is amazing! Not only are the staff sweet and accommodating, but they always deliver! Was absent minded last week and left my drivers license and they took it apon themselves to personally throw it in an envelope, hand write out my address and mail it to me!! 💜 Thank you!!! 🤗😁
Very rude and insulting pharmacy technician.My first experience at this location as I recently moved to the area. When I called 2 days prior I was given one price on my script and when I picked up today it was twice as much. The technician essentially called me a liar when I told her what I was quoted. I need the script irregardless so I told her she was being rude and unprofessional, that I would take my script and I was done to which her response was to call me beligerent then turned off the mic (I was in the drive thru) and walked away. I then had to wait for the pharmacist to complete my transaction because apparently the tech couldn’t compose herself and her attitude to properly do her job.I will never utilize this location again after being treated in that manner. If you can’t be decent and professional while dealing with the public then get a job that doesn’t require customer service skills, you clearly failed in this department.
Pharmacy is slow
The worst customer service ever! In a time of great need the pharmacists were not willing to help. The first one left the window and would not return. The next tech was antagonist and unwilling to make a phone call to save me money on my script.Total disappointment !!!!
My son & I are both sick. I got to Walgreens and waited in line 20 minutes before someone came to the window to help me. I handed over 4 prescriptions. 3 were mine and 1 for my son. The man asked me if I’d be coming back or waiting. I said waiting as I just want to get the medicine and go home to start feeling better. He told me it’d be 25 minutes, I wait... 30 minutes later I went inside and was told I only had one prescription which I had to argue with the lady and let her know I had just dropped off 3 for me and 1 for my son. Two of mine were never even scanned into the system to be filled. Then, she tells me she will check my sons to see if it’s ready... my sons was put on his file to be filled at a later date. So, she tells me she will get it taken care of and to give them more “time” not telling me how long and diverting from answering me when I asked. Moral of the story, I’ve been at Walgreens for almost two hours waiting on prescriptions when my 2 year old and I just need to be in bed resting and getting better. Not satisfied with their service at all and after today I’ll be using a different pharmacy!
Almost every time I go through the drive thru pharmacy it takes at least 20 minutes to get my script. Very frustrating because drive thru is supposed to be more convenient and ‘faster’. Currently sitting behind a vehicle for almost 15 minutes and they were here when I pulled up. I really don’t understand why it takes so long.
Dont download the app to print photos. As soon as you do it takes forever to upload pictures and then says unavailable.... pure B.S.
I did not have my savings card with me and I didnt remember my old phone number. I went to use my debit card, which is good and the machine couldnt read or process it

Horrible, rude people in the Pharmacy. Service is very, very slow. Switch your Pharmacy. This is just for the Pharmacy, because the ladies inside the store are okay.
They need to hire more people for the pharmacy to work on Saturday. Only one guy working.
