Dealt with them without any issues. When covid hit I was let go from my job. Renee showed no concern or empathy regarding my situation. Buckeye was unwilling to work with me and were very cold when I explained my situation. Now, the reason for the review. I called for a copy of my drivers and to find out potential payment options. I spoke to Renee and she was very disgruntled and implied that I didnt have any other reason to call besides needing my license. I find her r a action rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone else. They should be ashamed of themselves. I find it really a disservice for someone (whom chooses) to work in the service industry to they do not provide good service. Maybe one should pick another career because obviously their inability to show care is noticed and not appreciated.PS, if listen to hear rather than respond, youd know the intent and purpose for my call dear. It doesnt matter if I called for a flying purple people eater. Your in service, learn how to treat and talk to people!

My friend has been in Columbus the last two weeks and has made his payment on time . Why is it every time he goes out to start his vehicle, it wont start. He has lost his job due to this indiscrepancy. Which is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this car dealership for a reliable vehicle if you need to keep your job!

They ran my credit down. I had went with my husband to get a vehicle. I was never on any of the paper work the only paper work I signed was that I was going to be the main driver. I had filed 3 different dispute and they would not agree with it I had went to court at the end of July and proven that I was never on any of the paperwork they said they would have it off within a few days.As of August 22nd and its still on my credit and I am still arguing with them about taking it off my credit I had contacted them they said they had sent it over to the credit bureau to be taken off Ive called the credit bureau they said they never got anything from buckeye about being taken off of my credit that I had to contact them and file a dispute against complete bull sh*t. I will never go there for a vehicle I will save my money and go elsewhere.

Payments are low and the interest rate is not bad especially being high risk. So in my eyes even if I had a 800 credit score i would still deal with Brian Dudley because he is such a great person to deal with.
