The counter personnel had the motor we needed waiting for us when we arrived and were very courteous.

They only sell to contractors. I am a homeowner and they refuse to sell me the part I need to restore my HVAC system. I live 10 minutes from their office with broken AC in the middle of summer. i called contractors they suggested and there is a 2 week waiting list... the contractors insist on diagnosing the problem themselves. Cant blame them, but this doesnt help me at all as the homeowner who owns their product. I will never buy a Trane product and will tell everyone I know not to use Trane products. Im a knowledgable homeowner with enough background to diagnose basic HVAC problems. I will order the replacement part online and the next one wont be a Trane.

Terrible,door locked,lights on and nobody answered door,went and got a system at another supplier
