Rocky I have the right company. Warning!!!!! I got new quarz countertops in the kitchen this year. I used ABE Granite and I want to warn people of my experience. The countertops were not leveled, not straight the corners were horrible and did not match. They split my kitchen cabinets apart when removing old ones. The countertops do not go against the wall like they are supposed too. The seam was left open and damaged. See pictures

I just had granite counter top installed by Rocky at a.b.e Granite. Rocky immediately returned my phone call. Rocky came out with in 2 or 3 days to give me an estimate and about 1 week later I had new counter tops. I was so pleased that Rocky always returned my calls and answered all my questions. On 5/13/2021 kitchen granite was installed without backsplash. Rocky promised to install backsplash and the full payment was made the same day. However, he failed to install it until today 10/20/21. He was so manipulative more than a dozen times by repeatedly saying “I’ll swing by tomorrow after 3pm” or “I’ll send my guys” but never kept his words while making me wait for the visit. It was really ridiculous so I texted him, “Are you still in business?” I also wondered if someone else responded to my text messages. Think about it. If you are lied to 12 times, can you trust that person? On 10/5/21 he texted me “My guys will be there tomorrow morning “ and no wonder no one showed up.

Id highly recommend ABE Granite. One week turn around, competitive price, excellent service, and an overall a great product. Definitely give them a call.

Extremely happy with my new granite! Called Rocky on a Tuesday and that same day he came to my house and took all measurements. And In one week the granite was installed. I 100% recommend A.B.E. Amazing work! They worked around our schedule and when it was convenient for us. They did an amazing job putting in our new countertops quickly and cleaned everything up. They explained to us how to take care of them and very fair pricing.They will definitely be used again!!!

Rocky took our money, which was for ordering granite kitchen counters prior to sale of our house, and then within 24 hours the order was cancelled because we found a buyer for the house who didnt want to change them. He assured us he wold return the money, aside from a measurement fee which we agreed on. He then stopped responding to my wife texts, and we had to have our lawyer send him a letter, which is probably pilled up in the junk he has in his shop. I then started contacting to get him to back the $1500 minus the $250 measurement fee. He paid back about $ 700 in bits and very slowly. Then he started ghosting me and not responding to me, despite texts telling him i was going to file a small claims court case.As of 10/17/2020, I still have not received the remainder of my refund. He agreed to make payments through square reader account that i have, and billed to him. I received $250, because he asked to spilt the payment up, and now 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the last $250. Previously, despite his response, he had consistently agreed to meet me on numerous occasions over the last 6 months and failed to show up. His response seems to indicate that he had not time to meet me, yet all the while complaining about not having any business or money to pay back the money for the cancelled order. He is not a man of his word and he has no integrity. If we had paid by credit card, we would have received a full refund right away. He seems to not understand that he has a legal obligation to pay back the money for a cancelled order, but thinks that he was doing it because he was being a good person. Dont ever pay him by check(which we did), or cash.

Unreliable, countertops are damaged, does not call or let you know when he is coming.

Wow!! I just happened upon this company while shopping around for countertops. The quartz special allowed us to get the most beautiful white quartz countertops! And the turnaround time was 5 days!! Amazing!! Rocky is a true entrepreneur which is also something I really like supporting( not to mention I’m sure the quality and service FAR exceed anything from a bigger, older company).Rocky’s installers were incredibly nice and kept everything really clean. I LOVE my new kitchen countertops!!!! Rocky was the best-he knew what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect quartz countertops for my kitchen. He was hands down the best in pricing in the Lehigh Valley when I shopped around for quotes and had GREAT customer service. He is super friendly and responsive and his guys were great at installing and cleaning up. They stayed late to make sure everything was done right and that I loved it. I have a different experience: to take the measurements Rocky failed to show up to several appointments, I used to called him asking if they were coming to what he used to apologized and told me that was too late to come, the same thing happened to deliver the counter. When they brought the counter they forgot one piece and they ruined the stainless steel refrigerator door with a 9 inch dent. Counter was delivered couple of days before thanksgiving so I had my family for diner with the kitchen in pieces. The counter is black and looks nice, however all the borders are so dull and you can see a huge difference between the top and the borders, I am still unable to use my new dishwasher because they didn’t installed the brackets under the counter to hold it in place. I spoke with Rocky about the dull borders, the under counter brackets and the damage in the refrigerator door at what he promised he will be taking care of. The last text message I received on (1/9/20 ) he promised to make everything right and apologized for all the inconvenience however after that day he disappeared; He stopped taking my calls or answering to texts. I gave Rocky enough time to repair things without any luck. Think twice before picking up this company to do business with.

Highly reccommend!!! We found him after a not very good experience with someone else. His whole manner was professional and detail oriented. He asked questions about little details such as do you want this corner slight smaller so the cabinet doesnt open tight against? Was honest with the measurements and didnt try to get extra square footage out of the meausure [like previous company attempted to by adding 3 extra square feet that should have been subtracted]. You can tell he really likes what he does and likes to do a good job for the customer. He also had great turn around time, we had our counter installed within 3 days after the granite slab came in. I would certainly use him again if we ever get granite counter tops again!

Everything was done in a time frame in which they said it would be done. Great quality work I will use them for my future projects!
