I have to give it to this dealer, Steve goes above and beyond for me. I can hear it in his voice that he probably gets tired of me (and I can’t blame him) but he still gets my truck done. Being an owner / operator and on the road 12 hours a day these trucks are important to me and they do whatever they can at this dealership to get it fixed promptly and properly. They’re all great people including the owner, the general manager, and my salesman Glenn.Thank you guys for putting up with me, and getting me back in my truck.

Our driver pulled in and within minutes got a diagnostic scan; his truck needed repairs and they immediately began work to fix the issue under warranty. He was back on the road in slightly over an hour. Friendly staff in the service department and outstanding service. I could not be more satisfied! 5 stars for 5 stars parts department. They always going above and beyond to get the correct parts. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. The service department on the other hand would get 1 star due to being rude and trucks coming back improperly repaired or requested repairs not completed.

Didnt have a choice. Other than tow my pete to the closest dealer i limped it in to these guys. The guys in the office were awesome. Got me in within an hour and had the issue figured out fast. They didnt have the part for my truck, but they sent this squirrely driver to get it from another dealer. Thats service. All in all had me back on the road within 3 hours. Almost enough to make me think about buying a International.

Theres plenty of parking staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always someone there to help!They have a parts department and service department along with a lease department!They are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays 7 a.m. to noon the parts are only open on Saturday, the service department is closed

If I can give these people a 0 I would. Worse customer service ever. Haughty. Unprofessional. Dont own up to their mistakes or delays. Repair is decent but go somewhere else if you want to deal with decent Americans who still value good work and are professional

This place looks out for the customer. I deal mostly with the parts department and it is the best, especially the drivers. Everyone cares.

Staff was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. Willing to answer my questions and make sure my order would be taken care of ASAP.

Well unlike the fake rusty shacklefords review i see here. I have been to this service location many times an have always been treated well and with fast service. Never have had an issue with these guys and will be back again.

So Ill give a 3 of five star there are friend an rude staff there rude is on day shift night shift guys were amazing now as for service on truck horrible I checked truck in for overcharging they fixed that but then def lights started coming on so checked it back in they tell me its fixed so I go BK to get it just to crank the truck on there property to see problem was not resolved went to second shop an got it fixed with a couple hours

After dealing with many parts guys for over a week on a few injectors I came across Chris who had my parts figured out in 10 min and had them there next day along with every other part I needed which he had in stock all for less then what other part suppliers had quoted after dealing with him I will no longer deal with any one else by far best experiance Ive ever had at any dealer and most helpful knowagable employee ive come across in a long time
