Worked with Brian to fix a pulley system in a Pella window circa early 2000s - he was an absolute pleasure to work with, kept us appraised of his and his colleagues progress, and explained everything we needed to know along the way. Great shop and showroom. Brian is a good guy and knowledgeable. I had the glass replaced on my china cabinet doors, a screen rebuilt, and one rescreened. I highly recommend Alderfer glass.
