Nice clean store. Well stocked store. Bought a rocking chair!

I like shopping at Big Lots because they have a very large selection of many things if you need something special check it out look around you will always find something there I Like Big Lots Five Stars

The inside of the store is constantly changing and improvements are being made.However the automatic doors havent worked for as long as i can remember when entering the store. The doors exiting the store is hit and miss.All in all it looks like the store manager cares and does what he can do on the inside.Repairs on things like the doors are all types of repairs that are costly and require sign off from corporate. This is most likely due them dragging their feet and cutting costs like most other places.

I really like shopping at Big Lots I would give it five stars. but quite a few of the items are under the wrong price tag and some items have no price tag at all. overall is a good place to shop workers are very friendly and helpful. been shopping here for over 10 years and l plan to continue

Last weekend I noticed they had a $100 pub table marked down to $51. It had a few marks on the one side and the legs seemed loose. (Im handy so figured easily handle both issues) After a few days I decided to see if it was still available and happily it was, with further markdown to $38. Since I was planning on getting a pub table I couldnt have been happier with my surprise deal at Big Lots. Now if I find tall seating at a similar 60% off, I will be one satisfied shopper!

There furniture is really nice but some floor models are not in stock and dont know if they have them at the wearhouse

Great store. Its very well kept. The manager is a little bit of a face mask bully but its a well maintained and stocked store. Probably the nicest big lots Ive shopped at. Usually they have half empty shelves and just junk and you kinda feel like youve entered some discount forgotten waste land with horrible lighting and even worse music playing. But the Big lots on lehigh Street in Allentown definitely exceedes expectations. Worth a trip for really all your shopping needs and then some. Great prices. Good variety. Friendly employees. Lots of parking.

Jamie was super helpful when we came to pickup a new dining table. We called ahead before driving about an hour from the Philly area and he was nice enough to set aside the last table in stock. When we arrived, he helped us check out quickly and load the box into our car. The entire staff was super helpful and we really appreciated it!

Hahahahaha I bought 18 24oz Monster Rehabs here for $1.50 each. What a steal. Drank one on the way home.Their furniture deals seem fair, too. My MIL got my son a bed set and it is super comfy.

Love the store... The cashier Rose is so sweet and helpful... But for being a store that is supposed to be discounted its still expensive!!! The store was a complete mess!

The plqce here is so good. They sell iPhones in that store. They have the iPhone 8 and 10. They also have toilet paper forts we are allowed to make in the store. They are so cool that they let us fo that. The also sell beds, sofas, and dining stuff.

This store is very nice. Nice selections and decent prices. However, I was there one night where with what I wanted to purchase No One could help me! Why, because they didnt have enough help staffed in the store! Their loss! I purchased my furniture from another furniture store with no problem!

This is your typical big lots but I am giving it 5 stars for service. The salesperson was extremely pleasant and helpful. Carried a twin mattress out to my car and loaded it up.

This store is one of the nicest Big Lots we have ever been in! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We were helped by Mike who did everything he could to help us and make us happy. We have recommended this store to quite a few people. Make sure you sign up so you receive all their offers.

Love the prices and bargains. Never know what you will find! Even take food stamps on discounted food bargains. Even have milk and basic food needs instead of having to go to grocery store when you need something quick

I used to do more shopping there a few years ago. I dont think that the business always has what Im looking for. This is a kind of hit or miss kind of place. Not a store to go for if your looking for something inexpensive. Good luck on getting items you are looking for!

You know, I have lived by this Big Lots for literally almost my entire life. I have never been inside of this store, until recently. Boy am I glad I did. Right off the bat, I was shocked at how large it was in there! Really caught me off guard. I walked in there expecting just to window shop, I came out with a new pillow and comforter set, for a cheap price too! Might I also add that they are VERY nice and comfortable. I loved it and Im glad I stopped in. Will definitely come back!

Prices are good with a nice variety of products. Customer service varies. Most of the cashiers are very friendly, however, there is 1...not so much. She LITERALLY rolled her eyes and the elderly couple in front of us because she asked to have a heavy item double bagged!

Employees at the register seemed distracted in their phone and their own conversation. Felt like I was interrupting something. While walking around the store the other employees were very pleasant. Killed the vibe when employees are on their phone and fail to acknowledge any customers walking in.

Big lots has great deals and obscure things if you have an open mind as to what you are looking for. Not everything is a good deal though. Some goods are terrible. Some products are overpriced junk. Others are ok deals. Surprisingly, the furniture actually seems pretty decent for what it is. Always worth a look to see what they have.
