We’ve been searching for stepping stones for a while now. Either they were way too big, small and or overpriced. That’s when we could find any. We came across this place by accident. But boy are we glad did large selection of natural stepping stones in different colors and sizes. They also have a massive selection of other stones pavers and mulch. At least I think it was mulch, that was on the other side of the yard which was a ways away.Price was very good and they helped us load it. But be advised that this seems to be primarily a trade facility and not a retail store. They simply had displays of what they had available but not in the form of a backyard that many other places have.

I’m also not sure how this place gets negative reviews. I’ve been going here for a few years and it has always been a very pleasant experience. Great service and fair prices. Family owned and usually in and out. If you catch them with a bunch of contractors on site you might have to wait. Bottom line, good people with a good product. Great place to spend your money as opposed to big box.

My wife and I have both been pleased with our experiences here. The staff knows what they are doing and the prices are reasonable. I also like how you can buy what you need. Many landscape supply places only sell in bulk by the yard. Here you can buy stone in bags. They have a good selection and is cheaper than the chain home improvement stores. The mulch was very good too. I liked that it was a fairly uniform size mulch. Not too coarse. Also it seemed like good quality. We got at least a yard and it was very reasonably priced. And finally what we also appreciated was the contactless pickup during quarantine. Call and tell them what and how much you want; pay over the phone and the. Load your vehicle. We will definitely be back in the future.

First called the place and the guy sounded really nice on the phone. When we got there, called 4 times for them to lift the gate, and no response, looked like an employee pulled up behind us, wasnt sure if they called but somehow was able to get the gate open for us. When we got to where to pick the stones out, we accidentally startled the guy. He came to us and starting cursing at us. Never experienced customer service like that. Saw in the reviews about lanscape projects, better experience.

Guy was so rude, we just left.

I ordered 5 yards of black mulch, and they were very flexible about delivery time. They worked around the rain and my schedule, making several adjustments as needed. When I got the mulch and started laying it out, I realized it was the best mulch Ive ever used. It had absolutely no weird pieces of plastic or trash hiding in it, and the mulch pieces were totally uniform in size and had a wonderful black dye. I was really surprised, because this mulch turned out to be significantly cheaper than the boy scouts bags I had been buying from their annual sale to benefit the local troup. And, it is so much easier to lay out mulch when its loose rather than bagged. It was a great purchase, and Im sure Ill be a return customer in 2 years when its time to mulch again.

Salesperson was bothered because I asked for help. He was rude and sarcastic. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I give the operation or two because I did not have to drive far. But that’s just the issue, is that there is really no where else to go without driving too far. So you have to put up with unprofessional and a burdensome experience on trying to get what you need at this place. There are no prices listed on the stone display sample bins. So every time you want to know a price on something, you gotta deal with either the old man or the Son. And the Son is the brightest bundle of joy you’ll ever meet, ha ha. And if you ask more than one or two questions to either of them, you it will make you want to cringe on customer service. Every time you want to get a price on a certain type of landscape stone, they have to pull out this binder and look through it. Why would you not just put the price on the display bin? Especially when you know your customer service skills are horrendous. Plus when it’s busy, you gotta wait in line just to get the price on a certain type of stone. So you all know that when you go there you’re going to be looking at three or four different options. So there is three or four times that you have to deal with them face to face. The bottom line is, is that they know if you don’t use them to get your stone, that you will have to be greatly inconvenienced to go somewhere else. So all in all, you either swallow their rudeness, or spend a couple extra hours of driving to go somewhere else . Take your pick. I try to use other places when I have the time just so I know that I’m not feeding in to this type of attitude. It feels good when I go to another supplier knowing that they get the profits and I’m not giving my money to people who don’t appreciate my business. What amazes me, is how much more business they could actually have, if they became a professional company.

Always helpful getting me whatever I need. Delivered my order in a timely fashion. I have been using them for years.

Great shopping experience yesterday st AB Natural Stone..they had the perfect block for our project..looked everywhere before stopping here..very polite office people..will return for other projects..such a great selection

Guy was nasty on the phone. Couldn’t hear him so he said “I guess I’m gonna have to yell then”. Terrible customer service I’ll find topsoil elsewhere. If you were a little nicer and less sarcastic on the phone you would have made a sale. Sucks you can’t give negative stars.

Nice place, but the hours open are contractor friendly, anyone that works 8-5 weekdays forget it, their closed. You only have until 3pm on Saturday to get there. Which then is usually pretty busy.

Rude & unwilling to deliver to an area listed on website saying “you’re not in my backyard miss”. Interesting how I am 12 miles from them and they deliver to Perkasie which is 11 miles further than me from them. I have a HUGE order to fill over 15 acres & he just lost my business. I guess he should learn to listen to customers when they call.

I spoke with Jared about ordering mulch an asked if they were still delivering even though it was 230 and they closed at 3 . He said no problem and was patient with taking info and very nice on the phone . We always order from AB stone and will continue to do so !Thank you again !

I called yesterday and a very sweet lady answered the phone and took the time to confirm that they had the Sunrise aka Timberlite aka Firelite stone in stock. This popular stone is very difficult to find and they came through!!!Thank you!

Very nice knowledgeable people, I work 6:30am to 6:30pm so its hard to get there but they deliver which has worked out great.

Second time that went to this place they looked at me not greeting me at all and didn’t bother to help, I left the place came back with my wife same result no help two lady’s and didn’t even open the window so sad ... when to Trexlertown and they helped .
