Knowledgeable friendly staff great prices and true quality dresses

This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was nervous about finding something that would not only fit me but my budget. Je taime was my consultant and not only did she put me at ease she pulled the dress I said YES to! I came in thinking I knew what I wanted but I was open to trying on different styles. She pulled something way out of my comfort zone and it looked amazing and was well within my budget.I had 2 friends with me and she interacted with all of us and gave great advice and was very honest.I was able to take the dress home that day and will go back for alterations. Its for our 20th anniversary vow renewal and I cant wait to wear it again. Im so glad I came here first and got the dress of my dreams.

Wish I did not have to give this any stars. This place was the RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL bridal store I have ever been too. We had an appointment for my future daughter-in-law and the shoved us into a little room and then the lady never came back. She told us to pick gowns off the racks and try them on. She never willing came back to answer and questions regarding how the dress would be taken in or prices. I would suggest not wasting your time or money with this place...completely disappointed.

My experience was very pleasant. However I didn’t work with anyone from this store. I worked with a woman from CE. Roth. The bridal store was actually closed when I was there. The amazing woman.(. I’m not sure if she was the owner or not but I have a feeling she was) let me in and let me have the whole boutique to myself. She turned on the heat for me and let me try on whatever I wanted no hesitation. No rush! She made me feel so important and special. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I found the dress that made me cry. As soon as I put it on I knew!!! It was extremely beautiful and didn’t break the bank at all. The woman who does the alterations made me a beautiful corset back and was also a breath of fresh air. I couldn’t have been happier. I got a designer dress for an amazing price and I felt like a celebrity when I was there. Thank you to both of the wonderful women who helped me.

A star is too much for the horrible experience we had attempting to find a dress. After 3 months of working with the owner Sandra ( Which she owns another boutique in Nazareth called Bridals by Sandra). We finally gave up!!! One one my bridesmaid asked for her deposit back ($80) because she no longer needed the dress which wasnt ordered and Sandra wouldnt give her deposit back. The Final Sale wasnt completed therefore shes in tittle to her money back.I guess the owner is in such hardship that $80 was too much to give up regardless of the Horrible Service the owner provided. We, decided to take our business elsewhere. 8 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl, mother of the bride and the Bride. She gained $80 & loss thousands. No one should shop at either Bridals by Sandra nor Sue Ames Bridal Outlets. Unacceptable!!!Tatiana

Just to start off. Heard many good things about the store. Decided to make an appointed even thou it was pretty far drive for me. Big mistake this was. From the appointment to the ordering of the dress was a huge disappointment. First off I wanted a white dress for my big day. They did not have a swatch of the color for me to order. Went with the salesgirls advice. Dress came in IVORY not the white I wanted. Was told no returns or refunds. I would not recommend this store. Poor management and customer service.

I found a amazing MOB dress for a great price. The inhouse seamstress did a nice job with my alterations. Everyone was very nice. I highly recommend

I have never written a review before but I have to write one now. I was a bridesmaid and received my dress from here. First off, they gave me the wrong dress and I had to find out via my bride that it needed to be returned (never a call from them even to just apologize). Then, when I did get the correct dress, it was WAY too big...like several dress sizes too big. And they charged me extra length, which I did not need. I called leaving them a voicemail in which they never called me back. The customer service is terrible and as a business owner myself, would never leave a customer who just spent a couple hundred dollars upset and without a phone call following up on the issue. Extremely unprofessional.

Very affordable. Awesome and honest worker. Small store with nice selection. They went out of their way to order me a designer dress they didnt carry for a better price!

This is where I got both my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses. When I went to get my dress the staff wasnt over bearing but provided assistance when it was desired. This is the second shop I went to with my bridesmaids and even thought there were fewer options to try on, Sue Ames was by far the better experience. This shop has unique dresses and very excellent prices.

Shopping for a wedding dress was at times a frustrating experience. Mostly because there are so many beautiful dresses out there, but for me, someone who is a very conscious spender, the price tags were just ridiculous! It was such a relief to find SueAmes! I enjoyed the experience of buying off the rack instead of waiting months to have a dress ordered out of a catalog. They have a small but diverse selection and you wont have to look at the price tag before trying a dress on. The staff and manager were very friendly and honest about the fit and style of the dress. I never felt like I was being hustled into buying anything. The seamstress also did a wonderful job of altering my dress from a size 16 to a size 4 and she was able to assist me in deciding what changes would work with the dress and which wouldnt. Its great to shop around a bit, so that you can appreciate the true value and quality of dresses at SueAmes.

I made an appointment to shop for wedding dresses. There was a small selection, and very few dresses in my size (bridal 6/8). The one worker there was extreamly kind. But being the only one there, she was answering phones, helping walk ins and talking to the seamstress. My mother had to try and clip the dresses and help me in and out. We only stayed for a short time. We found more customer service at Davids bridal and Jons bridal. I think this store could just use more staff to make it run smoothly.

Where do I start!?!? We went for a fitting and got measured over our clothing, in December meaning we all had sweaters and undergarments.Then a bridesmaid drops from the wedding and a refund was not issued, even thought her dress was never ordered.The owner truly sucks, selection is VERY limited and you have to pick a dess from a book since they dont have much selections to try on.Save yourself the headache and go to a different wedding venue.Fyi. Bridals by Sandra is the same owner, lack of customer service and horrible experience is the norm.

The customer service was awful; we walked into the stored and were not offered any help. The dress selection was small not much to pick from, I would suggest going to Davids bridal we went without an appointment and the service was AMAZING!!!

They have beautiful inventory, however for an off the rack boutique the dresses are still decently pricey, especially when they would need to be altered for damage to the gowns done by the clips from wear. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase what I was looking for from Sue Ames.
