I had made an online order on the 31st of July and never received my package only to find out that it was still pending so I called customer service and a very sweet lady named Julie had helped me out she said that the order was “ghosted” which means it was lost and never processed so she set up a new order for me honoring the 20% off I had plus my free gifts and even offered me free shipping! This store is inside the mall. The inside of the store is great just like any BBW, but the staff is what made the difference. All the women who worked there were very friendly, knowledgeable of various products, and eager to help. Will visit again!

Super small little mall, not crowded at all. Store was fully stocked with nice associates. I was able to use discounts, coupons and my Victoria secret credit card. My favorite place in the whole entire world.

Ive been purchasing scented candles a VERY long time.From Yankee t Store brand.After purchasing from MANY different vendors,over 20 years, Bath and Bodyworks scents CANNOT Be beat!I literally have 7 spares unused and 4 current burning/burned ones.Out of 20 I had 2 which had poor scent/pooling of scented oils.But..... Bath & Bodyworks stand by their products down to nothing( in which I dont understand how people can burn to end then ask for store credit)They do not deny.Their half price sales are frequent and around Thanksgiving go down to 3/4 of retail.Ive also been suggesting chocolate scented. Nada.Paris Cafe is 100% all time favorite but they stopped selling...ughSo I only gave a 4 Star Rating due to not having better stock of favorites.

This place smells... but in a good way. My wife and daughter dragged me around this store for over an hour making me smell stuff. I said Mmmm, I said Eww. I even sneezed a few times. The staff was super nice and very helpful.

This store is good and always clean, it just seems to lack having all products sold. I find it frustrating that I cannot always get what I want when I go in this store. I also found products that were not priced. I continue to say that this store needs a better location as the mall that it is in has been run down to nothing.

I cant believe they sold out of all the three wick candles. They had to bring out their spring candles. Didnt work so great considering its winter/Christmas.

This is probably the best BBW I shopped at. Its a small store but the staff and manager are so friendly and helpful! They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, unlike the Lehigh Valley Mall BBWs where they are so rude and miserable. Definitely will shop at this store from now on!

I love Heather! Shes always smiling. Shes so easy to talk to. I look for her when I go in and when she isnt in, I ask when she works next. Shes a delight. This is my favorite location thanks to her.All the girls here will easily answer any questions you have about the product you are looking at. And they will be honest about what its for, and how long the smell will last. They never push a particular product on me, which is very important to me. I dont want to be pushed at buying a candle if Im looking at hand soap. Store is always clean and rarely do I find items out of stock.Returns are easy here, they dont try and get you to buy more stuff or try and get you to exchange it for something else. I love these girls! Sorry for the long review but I wanted to make sure I explain in detail why this store is one of the best!
