The staff are very helpful and kind. The helped us with all of our questions and needs. Will definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone in need of beauty supplies.

Came here with my wife looking for a specific product. Turned out they didnt have it, but thats not the story here. We burst through the door with a mission in mind. Full of confidence, we breezed through introductions as we marched towards the related section. Couldnt have been more than 10 seconds that we were politely engaged. We ceded to the help and volleyed with a question. She then slammed us down with disappointment claiming the product was not available there... Womp Womp.She then gave us recommendations without hesitation. She knew her stuff and her kindness was much appreciated. It wasnt a successful mission but worth noting this 1 minute experience.

Just today myself and another lady were walking to the door as the girl working was on the phone trying to lock the door quickly before we could come in. When i asked if she was closing get response was no ill be back in a few minutes.Now I understand being short staffed but I can not understand putting yourself before customers. I proceeded to wait outside for 10minutes. When she didnt come back i left. Poor customer service.

Shawna Rudis3 hours agoToday I stopped in and asked the first woman I saw (who had red hair) about a gloss and which gloss did not need developer. She rudely told me the only thing I could use was a clear gloss. Luckily another woman helped me find what i was looking for. It’s a shame that some employees are nasty like that, I would have bought more products if I wasn’t rudely spoken to.

Absolutely aweful customer service. Employees are not trained. Manager is never available. I am told to come in tomorrow and talk to a manger, when I got there I was told that the manager only came in for an hour and is not coming back in. Called 800 twice without any help. Computer systems are new and employees don’t know how to work them and are not allowed to call a manager or corporate to get help. Do yourself a favor and go to cosmo-pro

Brought a set of walh clippers for $60,they dont even cut hair,and since I used them I cant return them.never buying anything there again.rude people

I never knew this place existed, but then a girl at my office sent me here to get some items to dress up my daughter. Turned out to work out great with the theme she wanted, and I didnt have to spend a lot.
