Horrible customer service and argued with me that my air filter was correct when it wasnt even close. It was a good 2 inches bigger. Went to advanced auto down the block and got the correct one.

Select few are in the way other than that correct parts in an out

I was in line and they literally let 3 people come in and let them go before me. I think they knew them. But pretty horrible. I hate living in the city and cant wait to leave.

Great for car parts when you need it .

Had my check engine light come on and my car was turning off on its own. I was worried about if it was safe to drive, but the woman at the counter explained everything to me and was very informative. She really provided me with a peace of mind. Overall the staff here were so kind and welcoming!

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had, not only were they unable, or unwilling to figure out why they couldnt read my OBD codes off of a Toyota, but I saw no less than 5 employees just standing around literally doing nothing while the line extended past the back of the store, maybe 10 to 15 people in line, absolutely unacceptable level of service, for now on Im going to Pep Boys, or Ill just buy my own OBD reader off of eBay, what a joke, I cant believe this place is able to stay in business with such a terrible service.

I had a very good interview with the lower manager which went very well.A couple days later, I followed up and got the manager Dave on the phone. I inquired about the open position. To which he responded we are still looking through prospects. I then asked When do you think you will know? It was meant with silence. The jerk hung upon me. I will never step foot in that Autozone again as long as I live.

They have a wide variety of stuff. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I just got a car and found cool stuff to decorate it with.

Took an hour to get a battery installed. The girl wasn’t confident in doing it, so she got another guy who said he’s be right out. He must have went home because he disappeared. Leaving me begging the other two employees to do it for me, who are too busy, but jump and run to help the people they personally know. Had a very frustrating time yesterday I will reconsider ever coming back

Alway fast good service. Could have better stock of Autozone Sold items... seems like other stores have Wayyy more in stock, but the service is worth the trip. Also nice to always see at least one woman working as an employee here. As a fan of cars and mechanics and also a woman myself, this is refreshing and pleasing see

Had the turn signal bulb I needed in stock. I also bought a wiper blade. A very knowledgeable, courteous gentleman replaced the rear turn signal bulbs (replaced both of them since it made sense to do that) and replaced the wiper blade.No better place to go for auto parts!!

The gentleman at the counter/register should try taking his earbuds out of his ears before attempting to help a customer. I should not need to state what I need 3 or 4 times because he cant hear me properly. I could hear his music almost clearly from across the counter.

Real and, honest staff

Went to the autozone on 15 street last night and was having an issue with my bulb on my bumper and bart was able to find the bulb I needed and then he replaced it for me right after he had to get through my wheel well to get to the assembly but he made it look so easy another gentleman named Edwin came outside as well to clean the trash cans and even came up to me and said bart is always trying to help people out and said he was a great person and I couldnt agree anymore he is the best and he definitely went above and beyond to help me out!

Ordered part online told in stock at certain store. Get there and told not in stock there but at another store. Travel to second store, took forever to locate then told my online purchase was not valid at that store and had to purchase again. On bright side an assistant manager at first store called to say they DID have part in stock and she would give me discount. Other than asst. Mgr it was total fiasco and waste of gas and time.

Staffs are ok and I got my battery replaced within 30 minutes during a snow storm. Really appreciate the guy from AutoZone who did it for me on that rough evening.

Called to ask a question at 7:50 there store hours say they open at 7:30... a rude guy answers the phone all angry saying “WE’RE CLOSED! Call back at 8 when we open” .... why even answer the phone then...I honestly don’t even want to give them business now. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I went to this store to get a part that i needed for my work van the customer service was not that great it was like they hated their job.

Awesome. Just found out some awesome things they do for FREE. WOW. When you purchase your wiper blades, they will put them on your car for FREE. Plus they will check your battery to see if it is still good and even charge it for you FREE you just have to leave it for a while. Plus more. You will have to stop by the Quakertown AUTOZONE to see for yourself all of the stuff thats done for customers.

The people at this AutoZone location were very helpful and accommodating. This is a direct contradiction to the one on Airport road. At that AutoZone they kept messing up my so-called free testing, then told me some problems with the car, and I found out from three other AutoZones were not correct, and the airport road AutoZone also sold me stuff that I also found out was a complete waste of time

Unless youre Spanish, avoid. Employees speak in Spanish to each other and only speak English when an English speaking customer is at counter getting parts. Playing Spanish music a high volume on radio while trying to shop is annoying. Received wrong parts 5x here on different occasions. Received wrong change and was told I cant count and that the drawers are correct. Basically stole 10 bucks from me.

Best auto parts ever

I wish I could take stars away. I bought the best battery you could buy from them for my car, but it turns out that they sold me the wrong battery for the price of the most expensive battery that they sell. SO, i got screwed by ending up with a dead battery that was just out of warranty because it wasnt the battery that I actually paid for. Seriously, just take your money elsewhere, at least the right battery will end up in your car.
