6/21/2021 just stopped in to get AC leak repair and coolant. Walked in looked at the items, no prices were on them. I asked staff about pricing. He said, “we will scan them for you“. I’m 62 years old, I guess I’m not used to the new business model. Usually customers know how much things cost before you buy them.Never again!

My new go-to auto store. Unfortunately, as a female who doesnt know much about cars I get talked to condescendingly by those who work in some auto shops because they (obviously,) know more than me.The employees were super friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel inferior for not knowing what I needed for my car. They even replaced my wipers I purchased without me needing to ask if they could. Awesome, one less thing for me to have to worry about. Prices are great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their car needs!

Thank you to the female employee for getting my brake light bulb. Especially because she didnt try to have me spend a fortune on a simple item.

Used to be a great place to get auto parts but they have fallen behind the times and seem to just barely stock enough to keep the shelves full. Employees dont know much. Ordered simple sway bar bushings and they never called to say they were in.

Wont go back staff is rude to customers!

A&A Auto Stores, Inc in Allentown is an excellent place to shop for all of your vehicle needs. From the moment I walked through the door I was politely greeted. The friendly staff offered assistance right away and save me a lot of time. They answered all of my questions and provided me with the products I needed expeditiously. I also noticed the were genuine in there responses to not only my questions, but the other customers in the store as well. The spoke to all of us like one car owner to another. That was very impressive to watch. I would highly recommend anyone who reads this to shop at this store.

This auto store has everything you need for your car and truck. They even had salt to melt ice on my driveway!

I purchased some product on Thursday and came back the next day to buy some more. I noticed on b their website if you bought $30 worth of Surf City product, you got a free bucket. I was explaining this to my sales guy who was super nice and another sales guy interupted us and said I wasnt allowed to do that. He insulted me by saying thats comment sense. I said thats not good customer service and he continued to be rude and wouldnt sell the the product I wanted to buy. I never had that happen in my life. I will never step foot in that store again and will tell everyone I know not to shop that store. Still fuming about that.

Im not a big auto parts buying guy, but this is the place I go to. They have everything I need and if they dont, they have ordered it for me. Helpful workers. In a good location with plenty of parking.

Fantastic store. Very helpful staff and good quality products. Decent options for every price point. I happened to be there when wipers were buy 1 get one free, which is a fantastic deal.

They treat their employees terribly by firing them after years of service. I learned that they are only interested in profit. People are fired from their stores by an emotional reaction by the upper management and negative online complaints. Awful employee treatment. Allentown only has one face that is recognizable and the others have been quickly bought in. Probably the practice of thanks for all your years of reliability but you are not young enough or cheap enough anymore. And like that almost all the talent is gone. Horrible treatment of employees and not my go to store anymore. Also lost a lot of valuable customers over this recent bull. I have no ill will against the new people but they have no customers. I think its terrible that you have a short shelf life at this company and the upper management is horrible. Not an ounce of buisness experience. Enjoy the all of the auto customers that you have lost Rudy, I believe is his name. Just as the auto industry starts buying more, spring and summer, you decide to act like an emotional and inexperienced company idiot. If Chris is still there, he is the last of the employees you would know.

I went in looking for brake pads for my car. Told an employee the year, make, model, and trim package and I had the parts I needed within 5 minutes.

Always helpful and quick to find correct wiper, battery bulb types, etc.

Received wonderful service, had a battery issue when trying to get home to Southern Delaware & wasnt charged, thanks so much & I did make it home! would highly recommend, & easy assess to the turnpike!

Always has a good brand in stock for almost any part espically this store in piticular.
