These guys really know their stuff, have good prices and are friendly. Walked in hoping to listen to a couple of different speakers at different price points and had everything going in no time at all. Was easy to make a purchase. Will be going back.

After a wonderful and functional stereo rig in the 70s, and an over-the-top setup in the 90s, I was ready for a new system to get me back to the toe-tappin tunes that always put a smile on my face... After realizing that high quality hi-fi was not as locally available as it once was, I travelled to meet Eric and his pop at BEK Hi-Fi. WORTH THE TRIP AND THE COVID RELATED EQUIPMENT BACKLOGS!!! Eric actually listened to my experience, desires, budget, and goals. Right from the get-go. His wealth of knowledge, contact with many of the equipment designers and manufacturers, and easy-going temperment were a wonderful resource. I could clearly have spent ten times the money, yet felt like a VIP. Utterly recommended without reservation!

Drove roughly two hours to pick up some Wharfedale Lintons and a Leak Stereo 130 from BEK and am immensely satisfied. Both Erik and Barry were incredibly amicable and had no hesitation of answering any questions my partner or I had. I enjoyed not only their seemingly immense amount of knowledge, but even more so their warmth, especially Barry. Will certainly be returning to make any purchases with them exclusively. Highly recommended!

We had a turntable that had been sitting outside for over a year (unbeknownst to us). We brought it into BEK and Eric helped restore it to working condition! He also spent so much time educating us on turntables/speaker systems/etc. We ended up purchasing a pair of speakers and we couldn’t be happier. Fantastic service and products. Eric and Barry know their stuff, but are very happy to let you come to your own conclusions. They will ask questions and make suggestions, all the while being aware that you have a budget. If you like music, and if you want your music to sound better, shop here. Also, having Double Decker Records right next door is a big bonus!

Everything from locally manufactured speakers to audio products from around the world. Same down to earth professionals. Do your self a favor take the drive to Allentown and discuss your audio goals with them you will not be disappointed.

Awesome experience at Bek. Erik was helpful and knowledge about advising on various products based on my budget and current setup. He even allowed me to bring along my book shelf speakers to test drive an amp I was looking to get (which I got). Highly recommend a demo session, but would advise calling ahead to reserve some time. The guys will get you queued and let you listen to whatever tickles your fancy and loudly.

I contacted Erik to arrange an audition of Devore Orangutan 0/93 a few days ago. We arranged a visit yesterday and the experience was so pleasant I felt compelled to write a review - something I rarely do.Erik allowed me to bring my own amplifiers so I could more accurately judge his speakers with familiar components. He and his crew were very accommodating, setting up my amps and re-configurating the system to best mimick my own. We experimented with different cables, music, and even another pair of speakers. Erik was informative, patent, and never pushy or opinionated.He has a lovely shop stocked with some of the finest HiFi equipment on the market. Top this off with an attached record store, and you simply cant lose. Highly recommended!!

The best audio store I have ever been to, with amazing customer service!

I traveled to the BEK HIFI for the first time today from just outside NYC and was blown away by the owners who were knowledgeable, helpful and kind in a low stress atmosphere. They truly love music! I listened to the Devore 0/96 loudspeakers with Leben amplification which is a match made in heaven along with a Brinkmann Bardo turntable and Kiseki Purpleheart cartridge. Wow.... This audio shop is a respite from the New York audio scene (no hard selling here) and is certainly worth the drive for anyone wanting to hear the audio brands they carry and personalized service.
