I purchased a GE washer and gas dryer at this place Five Years ago. They have been working perfectly fine all of these years. I am Leaving a review now because I am now looking for a new set since I need an Electric Dryer for my new home. Definitely coming in soon to check a combo out.

Despite reading some negative reviews I decided to check out LVA. To my surprise I walked in and the owner Raul was very friendly not pushy at all. I explained I was looking for a washer and dryer. He instantly showed me his selection Maytag and Whirlpool both trusted names. I asked how much and he told me, I said perfect Ill be back and I left. So Monday Aug 16, I went back as soon as I walked in Raul greeted me and I said Im back lets do this. I checked the washer and dryer and made the deal. I was happy to hear that they offer delivery. So I paid filled out some paperwork. One thing I respect is the owner asked me to take a pic of my dryers outlet to ensure its 3 plug or 4. Thankfully it was 3 so perfect. Today Aug 17th at 4pm his crew came to deliver and wow they hooked up the washer and dryer and made sure it worked. Perfect experience if I know anyone looking for a washer or dryer or any other appliances check out LVA I gave 5 stars for exceptional customer service.

Will absolutely be back in the future.We spent the day going to just about every used appliance store between catty and Allentown, Lehigh Valley Appliances had the best selection, and the best prices too!!! Wish we started here instead of this being our 5th or 6th stop lol.

I bought a used refrigerator that I allowed my tenant to choose which one she liked. I havent had any complaints so far and the price was right.

UPDATE:So the owner sent his workers to come pick up the broken fridge yesterday WITHOUT our refund. We got on the phone with the owner and he told us to come to the store and pick up our refund tomorrow (today). We get to the store. The owner tried to snatch the receipt from my husbands hand!! After arguments the guy went in the safe and only gave us $350 of our $400. He then proceeded to actually snatch the receipt from my husband. At this point there is no use of arguing anymore. We were robbed for $50 for a broken refrigerator that they took and and will probably resell to someone else. Also as you can see from the pictures this is how they treat their appliances. Its pouring outside and these appliances will be sold to someone. The store is also very dirty. At the end of the day they can keep that $50. They will not be in business much longer. If anyone else has had this problem feel free to contact me for the legal info Ive gathered!If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY! He sold us a broken refrigerator with mold all over it. It didnt produce ice. He said hed come and fix it. Supposedly a 90 day guarantee. He never showed up. After multiple phone calls we told him to come get the broken refrigerator and refund our money. After arguing with us he said hed come Saturday afternoon to pick it up and refund the $400. He never showed and all calls are being ignored. Very bad business.

6 years ago in 2014, I purchased a used washer and dry from here. It was the best set ever. Just a few weeks ago the washer went. I sure got my moneys worth! So after being told it would probably cost more to fix it than to replace it, I went back and bought another washer. Great deals, very nice and helpful folks! Ill be back for my next also. I definitely recommend utilizing this small, local business! And lets not forget the 90 day warranty on used appliances! You cant beat that!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased a washer from here and was told it has a 90 day warranty. Within that 90 days the washer stopped working properly. I have been calling and texting for over a week trying to get it repaired. On two occasions he said that he fixed the washer yet the people in the house have never seen his arrival. I was told tonight that while I sat in my living room facing the front of the house a man from the store came and replaced my damaged washer. I find that so impossible. If possible I would give 0 stars. AGAIN BEWARE. THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL ROB YOU.

Considering the continued horrible service of this business I find it safe to assume no one reads the reviews so I have taken the time to write a letter to the owner. Just incase it somehow gets thrown into a shredder and disregarded I will sum it up here for everyone.This will be my 4th washer from this establishment (that is if it ever gets delivered) not because I love doing business here but because every washer they have given me has had issues or stopped working within weeks of getting it. And even getting the appliance is a challenge. The last 3 days I have been assured it was going to be delivered and as Im writing this Im still waiting for it to be delivered hours after the agreed upon time. It’s COVID people I dont know about you but I cant afford to be taking off of work to wait for something that never even shows up. Whoever runs this business clearly has no respect for their business or customers. And obviously takes no pride in themselves or their work. -5 stars

Owner is flexible and likable. This was our second purchase with them. 3 months warranty on the used appliances. Cant afford brand new? Check this place out!

They kept my dryer for 8months with no plan on fixing it. They charged a deposit and kept giving me the run around. I got my dryer back after 8 months and it still doesn’t work.

Do not purchase washers from this company, my washer was completely filled with mold and when told about it I have spent the last month and a half waiting for it to be replaced or repaired and nothing. Countless phone calls and promises, texts and meetings set up where owner does not show. Terrible business to sell a washer filled with mold and then not fix the situation and leave mold in someone’s home.

Only purchase if u want the appliance days later said that it wouldnt fit threw the door without even looking n no returns then had to go back out n get it ourselves n bring it in ourselves with no problem definitely wouldnt recommend would give negative stars if I could 😑

Horrible service the worst service you can ever get from a company I bought two refrigerators and one stole from them they’re supposed to have warranty and if it breaks down they come and fix it for you well I’ve been calling them they picked up the phone and told me call me back at a certain time I keep calling and they ignore me and don’t even call me back horrible after spending so much money and buying several appliances from them

Purchased refrigerator there first one burnt out in two years second burnt out in one week and they will refuse to honor there warranty complete and total RIP OFF!!!!
