It was our first time trying them out and we loved it! The customer service was outstanding and they explained everything really well. The drinks were really nice and very generous. We also tried the mochi donuts that they sell and it was so good! We tried the sesame ones.

My experience at Feng Cha in Allen was extremely disappointing. I really feel that they were having a bad day. While I was there, I saw two other individuals return their order. With that being said, I ordered The Taro Chocolate, The Sea Salt Pearl, and The Strawberry Princess. The Sea Salt and Strawberry item was not my cup of tea. The Salted desert was so salty, I took one taste and moved it to the side. The Strawberry dessert was bitter. The Taro Chocolate flavor was good, however the cake wasnt. They were busy, so I guess today was just an off day for them:(

Prices are great compared to other boba shops, and I’ve been to many. Very clean and friendly staff. Unique menu choices!

The drinks are excellent. The service is friendly. The past couple of times I went, they had a big fan going, and it was hot inside. The AC was possibly out, which affects the experience. I like the app ordering. I took off a star for the fact that when I order through the app, I expect to pick up my order at the designated time. Several times when I’ve arrived after my order pick-up time, it wasn’t ready and they didn’t start preparing my order until after I’ve arrived. Otherwise, the drinks are unique and very tasty. I especially like the dirty boba. I also like the fruit teas in this summer heat. The fruit teas are extremely refreshing with fresh fruit. The drinks are worth the wait.

The cake tastes like store bought Twinkies, the four season tea at 25% sweetness is so sweet, compared to the oolong tea at 25%, I think the staff messed up the sugar level. The cheese milk foam is okay, sea salted milk form is very sweet and not salty. Store is not clean. I saw one of the staff added three scoops of ice in a milk tea that she’s making, because she didn’t pour enough milk and she’s trying to top it full with ice.

Classic milk tea with black tea taste really good!But the standard price doesnt come with boba, and it ran out of boba at 9pm (well before closing).

First time visiting here. Was just introduced to bubble tea a few weeks ago so my opinion may not be as valuable…. But this classic milk tea with boba is YUM! Plus the cups they use are amazing. You can tell they put a ton of thought into the packaging and don’t cheap out and by the least expensive cups. Somehow the price of the drink is still very reasonable to the others I’ve tried. This is my 3rd boba in 3 week, lol. I would say this place and ViVi Boba are tied for 1st place on fast but Feng Cha is waaaaay closer to my house. Will definitely be back!

Very good drinks and cakes very nice atmosphere

All of their drinks are perfectly made and they have the best boba in the area. Not only does the drink have such a robust flavor but the cups they use just feel ergonomic in the hand! I got the black sugar iced tea with boba and it was amazing!

We are regular customers at Allen TX. 4 drinks each order and 3 times a week. The first few times was ok but after that their tea has no taste also with 3 toppings without ice my drinks not even filled up. It not worth what you paid for. Gong cha is much better.

Very good! This franchise tastes great no matter which one I visit! This particular location is very cute. The atmosphere every time I walk in is very lively and positive. Employees are also nice. I usually like very basic drinks but this place somehow manages to make them taste 10 times better than other boba stores! I recommend trying their foam toppings at least once!! It’s so good!!!

So... 3 outta 4 drinks were good... but not mine... we ordered all 4 drinks WITH boba... but the cashier was trying to be clever and answering back her text while taking our order and missed adding the boba in my drink. shes all hiding her phone under the counter and texting while putting in the order and not paying attention... so we get the drinks, everyones good, except mine, missing the boba. I go back to the pickup area and let them know that I order this drink with Boba also, just like the other 3... she says, oh... well the sticker doesnt show it, so you need to go stand back in the line... pay 50 cents, then come back here, and Ill give you a little side of boba to dump in yourself... I just didnt even bother replying to that and walked out.... WTH!!!!!???? back to Kung fu tea it is.

Im super picky with my boba and theres only one boba place I like within 30 minutes of where I live. So I decided to try this place in Allen near I work. Their boba is so good and fresh. Their kiwi basil green tea and taro milk tea is the best Ive had and even my wife was impressed. She loves her milk tea with boba. All the fruits drinks are are delicious. Aside from the all great drinks the customer service is the best. If you order more than one drink is best way to call ahead and pick it up. The manager was super sweet, friendly and made sure I was happy with my drink before I left. I believe great customer service is the key to having repeat customers especially when theres so many competitors around the area. Ill definitely be back! I would recommend everyone to comes and try out. Feng Cha is best one in Allen!

Yummmmm. We got the Dirty Boba and added Lychee jelly. Delish! It was so good we went back later the same day and got it again. Then went back the next day and got it again! Also tried the Thai Milk Tea which was excellent, and the Dirty Boba Cremé Brúle. All great drinks, no complaints

Feng Cha Allen is open, and it’s just as good as the original location 🥰 very cozy spot to get bubble tea and chill while observing social distancing!

Yum! So far I’ve tried the taro breeze, taro milk tea, and a dirty boba (pictures). All were yummy but the big thing for me was the cheese foam. I’ve never had cheese foam on my boba drink before but my life is CHANGED. Cheese foam is delicious! It kind of tastes cheesecake-y. It also looks like the store is going to have some dessert cakes soon but don’t have them yet so I’m excited to come back and try those 😊 So glad more boba places are opening up in Allen!!

Pretty expensive dessert for the small portion of Oreo cheesecake. Bubble tea with taro foam was ok.wi try a better flavor next time.

Been here many times almost a regular, but male staff member never greets customers. Never asks for cash/card and turns iPad vigorously. But I continue to buy from here because the tea is amazing

THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD AND THE DECORE IS JUST IGURFWRGF but I recommend to not get the milk foam its very salty I also recommend to get a breeze it has a thicker, creamy consistency its very satisfactory but order tapioca pearls in it after you order because its just the drink-- the breeze but besides the service was good and the employees were nice (also if your a bts fan or a kpop fan I recommend they play bts there and hopefully other kpop groups) anyways have a nice day and go to Feng Cha you will not be disapointed.

Judging from the rest of the reviews, I guess my experience was a fluke. My husband said his Thai tea was good. I got a milk tea with almond milk and it tasted extremely watered down. Like milk tea flavored water. The boba were nice and chewy, though. If I ever come back, Ill probably just stick with something fruity.

Mango Breeze was good, Boba was a bit chewy not fresh. This was 1 PMCustomers service very nice. I will try it again see the difference.

So good! I have had the milk tea, taro breeze with boba, mango breeze with lychee jelly, and sea salt cake. All of it so good!I usually do half the sweetness, and at some places when you do that the drinks end up tasting more milky and lose its flavor. But not here!! Highly recommend!

I came in and was immediately welcomed by the staff! The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is very modern yet comfortable; highly aesthetic!! I ordered the Taro Breeze (50% sweet) w/ boba and the Creme Brûlée Dirty Boba (50% sweet); both drinks were full of flavor, and the boba was a bit chewy just like I like it! Special shoutout to Christine who took my order, complimented my shirt, and made my drink in record-breaking time. Definitely will be coming back soon!
