I am so glad that I chose Floors Blvd to put down a wood floor in 2 of my bedrooms. Mr. Karim is easy to work with as he his easy to contact and stays on top of the project. He helped me to select a floor that blended well with a laminate that was already in most of the house. From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly and the project was completed within a week. The pricing was very competitive and the installers were top notch. I definitely recommend Floors Blvd.

Wanted to get my bathroom remodeled got multiple quotes and floorz blvd was very reasonable and willing to work with me to bring the cost down to stay within my budget. This in turn ended up with me also adding to the project to update the flooring in my house to luxury vinyl that came out greater than my expectations. The communication throughout the entire process was top notch and making small changes throughout the project was never an issue. I was very happy with the end result.

Karim and ALL his crew are possibly the most affordable and most professional business Ive come across! They gave a very impressive rate (half the price of other large businesses such as Lowes, Home Depot) to convert my mother-n-laws bathtub into a walk-in shower. And the result was a beautifully tiled walk-in shower that was beyond our expectations. The crew were very detail oriented, very attentive to keep the home as clean as possible, very courteous and very punctual when arriving and leaving, and completed the work in less than 4 days! There were no hidden surprise charges and they did exactly what we needed. They towed everything away and did not leave a burdensome area to clean. Mr. Karim was very kind to keep us up to date with everything and kept in constant contact throughout the process. I wanted synthetic/vinyl flooring for a bedroom that had a nice wood like appearance, was durable and washable. After shopping at different places, I found the best price with the Floors BLVD. They were able to schedule the flooring very quickly. It only one efficient technician to takeoff the old carpet and roll it out of the house and place the new floor within a matter of few hours. At the completion of his work he cleaned the room very nicely and was able to take away the dirty carpet so we did not have to wait for our trash day pick up. The new vinyl floor has an expensive wood like appearance and it appears durable. It is waterproof and very easy to keep clean. We are very happy with their competitive pricing and professional service.Now my daughter wants a similar flooring for her room. 😂Hopefully soon.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We hired Floors Blvd for hardwood and marble work. It was a $10,000+ project and we are extremely satisfied with the end product as well as their professionalism throughout the process. I heard many horror stories when it comes to engaging contractors. However, Floors Blvd is far from that. Very trustworthy people. 2 X 4 marble installation on the fireplace wall was outstanding and better yet they charged a couple of thousand $$ less on than specific work compared to the next lowest bidder.

Floors Blvd replaced the tile in our kitchen,dining room and entry.We shopped around and they not only gave us a competitive price but was surprised that they lowered the final bill because they didnt have to remove the baseboards. Our house looks like a new one. and the installers were willing to accommodate my wishes. I could go on and by the way dont do reviews normally, but their service is worth more that anything to me.

Upon my Neighbors recommendation, I got my major projects done by Floors Blvd and they did a great job. I have got an additional full batch, remodeled 2 of my existing bath rooms, painting interior & exterior for the entire home, added new closets etc.. done by Floors BLVD. They are very fast and professional. The crew that Karin sent are great and nice to work with. Initially thought that the work will take 6 to 8 weeks but they have completed in 4 weeks and nicely done. I would recommend to anyone without any second thought. We remodeled our bathroom and added a shower to a half bath. Everything went on schedule, work was clean and well done. Right from the time Nadir came home and provided estimates to the time the project was completed, we were always kept in loop. Whatever issues we had were promptly addressed. Both Nadir and Karim were responsive and accessible. We were so happy with the work we ended up doing more work that we had originally planned. I can confidently say that Floors Blvd will be my first stop if we decide to do more work.

We got the referral for Floors Blvd through a friend. They were extremely friendly through out the whole wood selection process. We made at least 3 trips to their showroom and in each trip brought home a few samples to look at them at home. They came over twice to my house to get measurements and consultation. Every time we got lots of good advice on what works and what does not.I found the owners to be extremely friendly and willing to work with you whether its time, money or consultation. But that was not even the best part. I was super impressed by their crew that installed the hardwood floors for us. We got about 1500 feet installed and they took care of our little requests. They removed the baseboards and re-attached them exactly how they were originally. Put filler related finishing touches, proper transitions in all the places where we went from wood to carpet or wood to tile. I did not like the color of one of the transitions as it transitioned over to tile and they brought a new one the next day and installed it for me. Their crew was extremely trustworthy. I would not normally put such trust that easily on anyone who comes to work at my house.I am already planning another project with them in the near future.

Not only were they prompt to complete the work on time, they helped with insurance and got my house back to its original state in less than 4 weeks when other contractors had a time frame of 6-8 weeks. Amazing experience.Old Review : I did my entire downstairs hardwood flooring with them. Nadir was extremely helpful, did an excellent job and was very responsive. They understood our urgency to get it done over a weekend and worked really hard to complete the whole thing with perfection in 3 days .They also followed up and made sure any of our issues are addressed as best as possible and were highly courteous.We have had many people appreciate how well they laid the hardwood around the fireplace. They also took care of covering, moving and cleaning vey well.I strongly recommend them for any of your flooring work.

Floors BLVD did an outstanding job on a major renovation project on a tight timeline! Project comprised of complete replacement of flooring and interior paint, as well as several small projects including installing a new microwave and adding vent-out feature. Karim Haitam is knowledgeable, understood our needs, and made excellent suggestions throughout, to help complete the project on time, despite several late additions! He is a great communicator, and an excellent project manager. Having had done many similar projects in the past, I can say without hesitation, this was by far the best experience! We had noticed this business while driving by one day-I wish I could give them more stars-but when it came time to pay the bill, we were provided with a much larger estimate of charges than what was originally submitted and they made the claim they had done nothing wrong, but we had documentation to prove that was incorrect.Plus we had to have their vendor who delivered the Granite-Come back out as the job was not 100% completed.Just disappointed...
