I had been to this particular Kwik Kar previously, but this particular visit really stood out. The technician was Carl, and he was amazing! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and took the time to go over everything he had done for my car, in addition to what things could be done in the future and why. I was super impressed and really appreciated how Carl went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. Great work!!

Got my SUV a Super Clean Wash during my first visit to this car wash. Quick service and minimal wait. But apparently they missed trims of all four doors, the entire control panel and didn’t vacuum my trunk at all. You can also tell clearly they did a very quick wipe down of the interior - literally one wide down judging from the marks. Very unprofessional and sloppy job. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the store manager stepped in and helped me vacuum my trunk when I reported the issue. But due to time constraint I didn’t report how poorly the interior job was done. Super disappointed and won’t come back!

Place is under remodel. Service was still great! I went around 6pm. They close at 6:30pm. My car was clean quickly. I will revisit again.

Very bad service, when I went there for oil change, they recommended me to refill the coolant, I took it and they refilled the coolant, then the error message showed again and again to remind me of refilling the coolant. I went back and the staff there asked me to go to the dealership, the car dealer charged me $200 for inspection, and may charge me more after the inspection. They only want to sell you their service, but they don’t care about how much trouble and inconvenience they bring you.

I pull up and there are no other customers waiting for their cars to be washed. No employees around and I notice 2 employees around back but are busy playing a game of soccer. I watch for a sec and I blow my horn. They both look over at me but continue with their game of soccer. Im not to sure if thats the way this place just does business or are they just not that interested in making money?? Either way Ill take my money somewhere else. This is the second bad experience at this particular carwash and I figured I would give it another chance but not after this.

They were super nice.They were VERY thorough in inspection. Looked at everything. Drips under the hood, wipers, lights, everything. They are so thorough that I didnt pass...because the tint of my window was too dark. Weird.I passed last year with the same window. ( at another shop)They are a good shop, but ....

Went here for car inspection because of coupon that gave $5 off along with free car wash. Pretty much all car inspection facilities will give $5 but the added value was the free car wash. Conveniently told they do not off free car wash as it ended recently despite coupon expiration at the end of the month (I went on the 1st of month). Pretty much bait/switch scheme

NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS AT ALL, AUSTIN (the manager) will tell you BS and only take your money. I took 4 times our car to get aligned. Every time we got an excuse why the car was not aligned completely. I replace the full suspension in the car personally so we can save money (Struts, Inner Outer Tide Rods, Controls Arm). In the last two alignments they recommended to install cams screws so they can finally align it completely. They gave us the car with an alignment worst than the previews (I have prints). They were always blaming that they did not install the parts needed, and they could not guaranty nothing. After they install the cams, they still argued BS again saying they can still not align it completely. I decided to take it to one of my friends’ shop; I did not take it there because it was far. We aligned the car in less than 10 min, all areas green (I have the print). Comparing the prints they gave us and realized Austin (the manager) was laying to us all the time. He argued it took them hours trying to align it all the time. Last time they came back, again, saying they could not do anything else. I quote from Austin “This is the best we can align this car”. I was able to personally align the car with my friend’s help. We even found the screws loose. That is dangerous. After this, I came back to their shop and requested a refund of at least the last alignment since they could not do the job right. We asked to be contacted by their superior manager or owner. We never got a call. They also print they greasy hands in the inside fabric (I also have pictures). My point here is that this manager appears to have a practice here were they charge you for something they say they do. Either they did not do or they did not know how to do it. I do not recommend this place to anybody. They will always find the way to get your money and if you do not pay attention they will!!

I came here for a car wash and THEY LEFT CHEWED UP GUM ON MY TRANSMISSION! When I showed them the guy just removed it with a piece of cloth but didn’t disinfect it or use a spray or anything. Keep in mind, this is in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had to use my own alcohol wipes to disinfect it. Not to mention, the gum was in the railing of my transmission, so if I hadn’t seen it and had switched from park to drive, my whole gear box would have been ruined. I have never posted a bad review in my life, but this was absolutely disgusting and I am shocked.

Worst customer care, I went with super clean option to clean the car with a service including interior cleaning. But under the seat was not cleaned properly and also the rubber mat was not washed. After noticing when went back the day after, they vacuumed it but very reluctant to wash all the mats and atlast only the front mats was done. When asked to clean all the mats, the person who was in black uniform was very rude in the speech and didnt do it... should we not point of mistakes?

I decided to have my car washed and had a coupon for an oil change. I know my car takes an extra quart but even with the coupon I paid more than I normally do anywhere else! As in $30 more. Complete rip off! Do not use! Thankfully I know how to change my own filters can’t even imagine if they had sold me on that

1. I am a loyal customer of Kwik Kar even prior to its re-franchising of the earlier store (> 5 years)2. Went on 5/22 to the Kwik Kar to fix my flat tire and was told they dont do those kind of work and directed me to a tire shop3. Went to Just Tires across the shop on 5/24 and the person sold me the tire as the thread check did not meet his expectation since he cannot fix a flat. He came back and said that if he removes the lug nut it will break and he does not have the following equipment to then fix the wheel.4. Went to Lute Riley Honda on 5/24 since Kwik Kar was already reached out first by me. Lute Riley is where I bought the car 3 years ago. Operations Manager Valter checked records and shared the carfax work done on the car and said that someone in Kwik Kar has done prior work per records. His interpretation was that the lug nut was cross threaded and anyone touch will break it as mostly it was powered through than hand twisted first5. It was late hours past 7pm store close hours of Kwik Kar and I needed the car fixed. Valter went to nearby auto store and got the new lug nut as the one installed cracked. He gave his name for Kwik Kar to talk to. I paid $254 for a fairly labor intensive work for the strut install and picked up the car on 5/256. Went to Kwik Kar on 5/25 and spoke to Tyler who directed me to Enrique. Told him about my loyalty with this store for 2 cars where I only go to Kwik Kar. He heard my story and said he understands my situation that I was not having much choice than to fix the car on 5/25. He said the GM will surely call me7. I called Enrique again from Kwik Kar on 5/26 since the GM had not called me. Enrique said that the GM is super busy and will callAssessment: Kwik Kar Allen needs to understand the followinga. They are not doing a favor to me when I ask them for repaying me $254. I would expect them to thank me for pointing a training opportunity for their crew since 2 different companies (Just Tires and Lute Riley Honda pointed the same issue of incorrect workmanshipb. I doubt the GM is serious about refunding my money that is directly attributable to bad workmanship.I am a loyal customer of this store and its rather sad and unfortunate I am put through this.

The Manager and Son are very nice however, they quoted me for a repair that was more expensive than the dealer! Not just a little bit higher, $400 higher. I was sad to see Austin was no longer around, Austin Where are you? Ive seen the reviews for Austin but the guy was a straight shooter and understood his clients. Wont be going back to this shop!

Mediocre Car Wash that took entirely too long. The workers drying and detailing are very slow compared to the other car washes I go to. I also found it odd that the windows where you can actually view the car being washed were all painted over. I thought I’d give this place a try but will not be back.

So after a few days of bad weather I took my truck to get washed. I paid for a gold express I go thru the wash . I get to the end they finish drying and cleaning my wheels and such I assumed. They wave their towel saying theyre done so I go on. I get home and my truck still looks dirty and no tire dressing or my wheels cleaned. I mean for almost 20 bucks they should at least clean the outside right you would think. 🤷

Today I took our family car, Lupe, to this Kwik Kar and I was a bit overwhelmed with so many packages and not knowing what to do because it was my first time taking her for a shower (my husband usually does this). The staff is so very friendly. Large sitting area with smoothie bar and vending machines. They also gave me free sachets, they cleaned every nook and cranny. Do go here! After last weeks Uri, cars definitely need a good bath and I will be returning to this spot and recommended it to my neighbors.Best of all, since I was so lost, they took pity on me and granted me a huge discount since it was my first time at a carwash lol. The houses are good. But over priced right now. The salesman was not very courteous. The houses look good. But the area is bit isolated i felt. But some houses are being built. Thos is a good area otherwise. The re e is no shop nearly 5 miles. But after that more options are there.

Purchased a Groupon for an oil change at this specific location. Pulled up and the employees standing around in the bay immediately did....nothing. They were not working on any vehicles. Just stood there and looked. Every other oil change place Ive been to here in Allen - including the other Kwik Kar location on the east side of 75 -- have come out to ask what services were desired. Eventually, one of them motioned to pull on to a bay, but I stopped short and rolled down the window, informed the manager(?) that I had a Groupon for an oil change. He said, fine, pull in and by the way, we charge $13 for the oil filter on top of the Groupon price. The Groupon states that this might occur for a more expensive canister oil filter, but this car uses a standard oil filter. I gave up debating paying more on top of the Groupon, left without getting the oil change, and had Groupon refund this locations vouchers. For the record, Ive purchased and used oil change Groupons at the other Kwik Kar location on McDermott (by City Hall) and have had no issue nor extra charges. Ive also used the same type Groupons at Express Oil Change in Allen as well with no issues. Just the attitude difference alone (regardless of the Groupon differences) is enough to warrant my not using this location.

I took a coupon and went to this place. The Manager Austin was fair and courteous to drop me somewhere I had to be urgent.I do not know how to validate their work (Front alignment). Based on several positive reviews, I believe good work was done.

Great customer service. Needed brakes in Allen TX done. Kwik Kar does that and a whole lot of auto mechanics work. Need tires replaced? Kwik Kar has you covered. My wife had told me about the Kwik Kar Service and excellent automotive repair but I only thought they did oil change and car wash only.Ive seen the wonderful work they did with my wifes Nissan and it is superb. This auto repair shop has all you need and fast friendly customer service. I used their WIFI and was able to get a lot of work done while the mechanic shop worked on my Dodge pickup truck. I was quoted over $600 to get this work done by other auto repair shops but Kwik Kar fixed my Front Brakes Front Pads and Rotors for under $350.00Plus they fixed my headlight for me. I couldnt get the bulb in and they included that in, what a great group of guys.After they were done they printed out a nice invoice with other recommended services: Automatic Transmission, Cooling system, Power Steering System Check, and others.highly recommend coming in here for automotive repair work in Allen TX

I have used this Kwik Kar location for more than a year. I always had good experience until my recent visit couple of days ago. On Groupon, the advertised cost for oil change was $20 but I didnt want Groupon to take commission so I didnt buy the groupon and asked them to price match but he couldnt and I agreed to pay $25 since I didnt mind paying little extra to support local shops.But he started upselling other things the car didnt need. On his suggestion I paid $25 for Air Filter replacement. But now I am not even sure if it needed to be replaced or not.The manager was suggesting two of my brake pads need replacing and on one wheel he said the brake pad is so bad that the rotor needs to be replaced. He gave an estimate of around $300. The next day I took the car to another shop to get the brake pads checked and I was told, they are all fine. Never coming back to this Kwik Kar location.He also tried to upsell engine flush to me. I will get it checked at another shop since I am not sure if the car really needs it or not. The trust I had for this location is forever lost now.On top, I had initially asked what is going on with my TPMS light and he didnt even check or respond to that. His only interest was to charge me as much as possible for the services they are able to offer even if the car did not need it. The location used to be good, but like many other Kwik Kar locations, it has gone to wrong hands. I do not recommend going here.

I did not have to buy the groupon. I just had to show them and they took it. $39.20 for a full synthetic oil change. Nobody touches that price!!! And being Wednesday I got my car washed in and out for half price, $10. Saved a butt load of money!!! Thank you!!!

Austin at this Kwik Kar is a real auto doctor. He was very good at diagnosing the problems on my car and recommended only those repairs that really matter. No gouging here.Edit: Visited this location again today to ha e my car looked at. While Austin moved out, had a good customer experience with Enrique who’s the new manager. Hope the service experience is equally good.

They are honest people, they are not going to pressure you into getting something you dont need. Great Customer Service, and you get what you paid for done right. Only problem their price is on the steep side. Oil change and inspections are typical prices, but when it comes to repair, they charge $105 an hour for labor fee. You can find independent auto shops for around $70. Up to you though; price or reliability?

Do not recommend this company. We’ve done business with them before, but this time they dropped the ball. And now that it’s in the hands of another mechanic, it’s clear they weren’t experienced enough to handle the job. And due to their mistakes, it’s costing more to fix it. Took almost a month of constant back and forth. I could go on and on about this place but what’s the point I’m so over it. I think Rob is the manager and he was very professional and assisted the best he could and apologized. Austin (laughing as I say it) is not a communicator, you have to literally call him for any sort of update. He is arrogant, thinks he knows everything, talks over you, and quite frankly isn’t a person I will ever do business with nor recommend. He talked a good game in the beginning, but it became clear he just wasn’t very knowledgeable. Go here at your own risk, I do not recommend this location!!!

Every single time I’ve taken any of my vehicles to get an oil change I’ve been asked what kind of oil I want in it (I always use normal oil) for some reason they didn’t bother to ask me what type of oil I wanted and just decided themselves to use and charge me for synthetic oil which I never use. Won’t be returning to this location.

Went for the presidential detail ($99). Kwik Kar did a great job on the detail cleaning both the exterior and interior. Took about 75 min, and at the end they go over the car with you in case theres anything you see that they might have missed. Can get very busy at popular times. Theres a Jamba Juice inside, and theres lots of restaurants nearby in case you want to walk somewhere instead of waiting. They will call when complete.

I purchased a coupon from Groupon for oil change and paid 42$, but when I went there, I had to pay another 12$ because according to them some of the fees are not included in the coupon while they should have said that before to give you an option for either choosing that place or going somewhere else. Also, even it was only one car ahead of me,I spent hour and half waiting. No one comes to you to even ask what type of oil you want. Overall, it was not a good experience with them and not recommended.

I went to do four-wheel alignment, they let me wait for an hour, and then told me that I couldnt do it, and I needed to change the damping and suspension tires. I said I would not change, I just did a complete face-to-face inspection at the dealer, and there is no problem with these. They said that if you do not change, we will not give you a particularly bad attitude!

I’ve finally found an automotive shop that is honest. Austin and the rest of the crew at this particular Kwik car do a very good job and they are honest to. They want lie to you and try to sell you a bunch of parts that you don’t need. This is my family and I go to place for our automotive needs.

Mike and his team made me feel like part of the family, even stayed past closing to make sure our family vehicle was safe again. Went in for state inspection. Very spacious and one stop shop for most of the car services. Lobby is very spacious and received warm welcome from the owner. They did the AC service and detailed his truck. They let you know what is in need to be replaced to keep your car in good working order. Also, they are not pushy. Austin, the manager is a great guy! Have used this location for oil changes for some time now. Always a good experience. They even fixed my brake noise issue i was having after Pep boys did my brake job and still couldn’t figure out why making noise. They suggest services needing to be done and why but they do not push the service on you. I will always recommend this location.

I am a new resident to Texas and the staff at Kwik Kar have been great to work with on getting my inspection taken care of and changing my rusted on license plate from Illinois. I stopped in for assistance on the plate and they were able to assist right away while also taking care of my creaky passenger door. Ill be back for my oil change this weekend and any other future car services. I appreciate the fast and friendly service.

First of all thats a very nice waiting area but you kids can play you can watch TV buy refreshments and theyre done very fast with your car and the work is excellent

Quick easy inspection & filter change. A++

Only a few people there and still took a while. Looked like they were doing a good job until I got home and saw all the places they never wiped down. Didnt clean the inside of the windshield, and didnt wipe the outside very well. Only cleaned one side of wheels, even though I paid for the Super wash. Was so fed up with Trademark, I tried this. First, last, and only visit.

It used to be a great place just up until few months ago. Now they guys over there which I havent seen before try really hard to steal my money. Went there for state safety inspection, they tried to charge me for new tires $200 more than what I can get at other locations, the guy tried to charge me 150 for coolant replacement, and 150 or so for filling up the steering motor fluid. But that is not the worst part, he pulled the cabin air filter without me asking him to do so, he asked 40 bucks for a new one, I checked online and saw the filter is $10 on amazon and so told him to put the old one back, and so he did, except he put it - 100% certainly on purpose- in reverse... So this is my wives car and she drives my 5 year old and 2 month all around, so as a result of all of the dust collected in the filter for the past year, being blown back in the car, made my older one sick with horrible allergy and low grade fever. The guy is lucky my wife didnt have to drive my baby around for any reason, I didnt suspect a person can be a such a nasty cu*t so I didnt check what he had done in advance and so I didnt find out until 2 days later when I received my filter from amazon and replaced it.
