My salesperson, Brian Downey, has been so helpful. I purchased a memory foam mattress and an adjustable base. The day before my delivery, he discovered my mattress wasn’t available in the warehouse and he went out of his way to find one — even drove to that store, picked it up, and delivered it to me. My experience is based on this one person and he is a great salesperson who provided a superior customer experience.

Mark was a big help to me in making my selection. Delivery scheduled for only two days after purchase. I cant wait to try it out!

I walked in and Lance greeted me at the door. I knew what I wanted, told him, and he showed me the perfect selection and let me test it out. He also let me look at some more options but was able to offer me a price that I couldn’t pass up on the right mattress for me. The transaction was simple and quick - I spent less than half an hour in the store and walked out after having purchased just what I wanted for a great value. This store offered me top notch customer service with a wide variety of options. I really respect Lance’s knowledge of the products and their warranties.

We are pleased with our most recent mattress purchase & experience. After shopping around at various stores for weeks, we decided to return to Mattress Firm-Allen mainly because of the salesperson Brooks. While good customer service seems to be standard at the Mattress Firms we’ve been to, Brooks was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and upfront with us about negotiations, so we decided to purchase from him/this store. We believe that Brooks cared about our time, experience and purchase. We’ve made follow-up calls to him to ask questions and he continues to be responsive, courteous and helpful. Our only concern was with one of the delivery drivers-he had an issue with honoring the agreement to move our current mattresses to a different room without the hassle. Aside from that, we are happy with our purchase & we recommend Brooks and Mattress Firm-Allen to others in search of a new mattress.

As soon as I walked in the store Brooks greeted me and my son and asked us how can he help us. I explained about Sciatic, sensitive hips (I sleep on my left side), and a little about the surgeries Id had last Fall. We also looked at the adjustable mattress (been sleeping on my recliner since the surgeries), tested it out, and I was sold!!!My bed comes on Friday.
