The manager calls this “double toasted.” more like double burnt. she’s rude, does not have any experience with customer service & everything seems to always be sold out at this location. worst experience i’ve ever had. save your time & go to the donut place next door - nicer people & better quality food.

Always consistent quality and service here. For years we lived in the Preston Highlands neighborhood of Dallas and frequented the Einsteins there because the manager Gloria was always so nice and friendly, remembered us and knew what we were going to order and just how to prepare it. But then one day, Gloria was no longer there but no one could tell us why. Fast forward 6-8 months when, after decades in the same place, we relocated farther north. We find the nearest Einsteins, walk in and ?who do we see?! But Gloria here managing this shop! She was just as shocked to see us out of all the places in all of Dallas, were now connected again - likely for several more decades!

I loved my experience at Einstein Brothers Bagles. Fresh, many options, and responsible prices. Our office just moved in the area, and we found Einstein s. We have went for 3 days in a row. Great Job Einsteins

The employees need to treat all customers with respect or least acknowledge them when they come in.Im talking about the location at in Allen on 75 & Exchange parkway.I came in and said good morning and the two female employees in the front just ignored and turn their backs on me.This was my first time ever in a Einstein store, and decided to try and step in one.Of course will never step in another one of your stores.

Food was great, always is. the people working there were not very friendly. they just kept walking by me and not say anything, then took my order and jist walked off. I didnt know what was going on or if I needed to sit down and wait or what. finally they handed me my order.

This was my first time that Ive been to Einstein bros. Bagels and I really liked it! The French toast bagel was yummy and less than $3 and the customer service here was awesome! They treat you like youre part of the family. Definetly check them out!😁

This location is the absolute worst with customer service. They are rude and treat customers as if we are stupid and uneducated. The older man was an absolute a-- and was extremely disrespectful towards me. The other women working saw me waiting to order looked at me multiple times and did not acknowledge my presence at all.I will not be returning because I dont appreciate being treated that way and being spoken to as if I were a child.Just a tip: treat your customers with respect and get their orders right.

This was my first time going to the Einstein Bagels and I was met with horrible customer service right out the gate. I wanted to ask a few questions as I was unaware of the flavors of bagels was well as the cream cheese but when I asked I was told to simply read the menu and it was right in front of my face. I feel as if it is not that difficult to explain or at least recount the flavors to the customer especially when it was not busy - like when I was there since I was the only customer in line - however Wallie (if that is his name) claiming to be the manager told me to just read the menu. I have not eaten any of the bagels yet either as half of them look rather unappetizing. I am gravely disappointed in the level of customer service from the manager at that and I most certainly will not be returning to any Einstein Bagel locations.tl;drExtremely poor customer service, would not recommend.

Rude help. Asked for ancient grain & said noOut of stock but sign still on rack. Said won’t be getting them in. Plus bagel we had tasted like grocery store bagels. Today tried Einstein in Plano on Independence & they had the bagels & were delicious! Help was so outgoing, friendly & great service. This is from longtime Einstein customer.

Its difficult for a NYr to review a bagel place outside of home and expect a 5 star review, this review wont be any different. The variety and freshness of the product is unmistakeable. These are not what any NYr would call a bagel but that does not make them bad. Ive never had a bad item off the menu. Im a big fan of lox so that is my typical goto on any one of a number of the gourmet bagles available. The ancillary products like juice and such are a bit overpriced. Not a lot of choices out here for bagels so give these guys a shot. It aint home but you wont be mad either.

Went to the drive thru at this place today. After I got home I realized they gave us a moldy bagel. How is this acceptable???

Today was my first and last time earing at this place. Coffee tasted so bad, the Manager or owner has a terrible attitude and shouldnt be running a food establishment. One of the workers literally sneezed over food she was preparing. They shouldnt be getting any stars!!!! The worst

Not a good experience. The person taking the order was not customer friendly at all. Straight face and talks as if he is doing a favor by taking our orders. Also asking customers to look and read the menu when asking for specific items is simply rude.

We love Einstein bagels but the staff at Allen store are really rude.

App accidentally put in the wrong location. When I got the store they refused to make my drink even when I showed the receipt. I understand that it was for the wrong store, but it takes nothing to redo it. If u go to any Starbucks they will make your drink even if it’s for another store.

Is this location under new ownership? This is the 2nd time in a few weeks I have experienced poor customer service. The lady who took my order today was very rude because I asked a question. I ask her to repeat my order and that seemed to upset her more. Got home and my sandwich had the wrong cheese and bagel. The time before I got home with the wrong spread. Disappointed because always had good service in the past.

It started off great the employee Walid was very nice and kind. Then I had substituted my Shmear for the Honey Almond on the Farmhouse bagel and my dad had a brisket bagel. My bagel tasted weird and I went and ate it it turned out after I ate my bagel it was the same Shmear as the brisket bagel. I told Walid the one who took my order and he was going to fix it then this older guy wearing a gray shirt. Rudely interrupted and argued with me that he put the right Shmear on and I said it tasted nothing like the honey almond and he claims he put it on correctly. Then I asked him how come it looks like the exact same as the other shmear. Then he continued to argue with me.So I left MAD AND UPSET! I would NEVER go to this Einstein‘s EVER AGAIN!! DIDNT EVEN TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR THE MISTAKE AND HE SAID LIEDWHEN THEY LIED

Walked into store, stepped up to counter. No one else in line. 2 employees right across counter from me were spending some time filling drive-through orders for 2 other employees. When not filling orders, these 2 employees spent time talking with each other. Neither said anything to me nor attempted to help me. One looked right at me then looked away and resumed talking with the other. I walked out. One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had.

Always satisfied when I come here, great breakfast place

I have frequented this location many times and service is always marginal but this morning was the worst. 30 minutes in the drive through 10 of it sitting at the pick up window while my order set there in the window the whole time. The man working the drive through window was so rude. When I got home and opened my bagel it was burnt black. There are other options for bagels and I will be choosing them for now on.

**** UPDATE, not only did I get sick from eating here I knew something was off because I always get sandwiches from other locations and this one looked dried up and it was not hot I should’ve known better******I was excited to find out there was an Einsteins near me since it’sMy favorite bagel place Until I encountered the Worst most Rude customer service I have ever seen. Even at the drive thru extremely extremely rude right off the bat. REALLY need some training in this aspect, the negativity and rude customer service is repellent . I now have to go back to going to Starbucks because the customer service is that bad it’s going to keep me from coming back here

I love Einstein’s and I gave this location more than one try after a bad experience the first time but after a repeat incident, I had to leave a review. The customer service is horrible, first of all, but this is the SECOND time I’ve found black hair inside of my bagel... I hope after what seems like a lot of negative reviews that they up their standards and cleanliness. I will be taking a break from this location until they can get their act together.

Came to Einstein’s today and waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. This is unacceptable!!

Place is nice and they have a drive through. Gave a 3 star because the bagels were a little heard unlike the other locations I tried.

This location is terrible. I come here several times a month and their error rate is consistent. #1 their iced tea is often bitter or poorly made. We’ve had iced tea that was overly diluted with water to stuff that tasted like bitter coffee #2 the drive through is notoriously slow and they just seem lost sometimes. #3 bagels ordered toasted is often just mildly warm. #4 often they don’t give you napkins. One time when no napkin was given in drive through I asked if I could have a napkin for the two bagels I purchased. The young girl gave me a thick stack of napkins. I counted at least 60 napkins. # the girls that work the drive through often appear nervous, confused like a dear in headlights. This location needs training

I always make a point to make it here every Saturday and Sunday to get my Einstein Bagels! The gourmet bagels and the cream cheese are absolutely delicious and the service is often quick though it gets busy at times. I go through the drive-thru and the young lady is always very nice to me and overall this place is great.

I’ve been coming to this location for 10 yrs and had always had a good experience. That was until the last 3 times I’ve visited within the past month! All 3 times, I was treated very rude by the same drive through attendant claiming to be the manager! I still love Einstein’s, just not this location! I’ll just go to the Murphy location so I don’t have to feel the anxiety of dealing with that so called manager!

If I could rate below zero I would...went thu drive thru 2 weeks ago forgot my breakfast sandwiches..called several times throughout day every time only got a voicemail...emailed corporate this business if you want to call them that is owned by a 3rd party....they explained the owner would contact me ... havent heard from them yet...never again will I be spending my money there !

They made a mistake on the items ordered after waiting about 15 mins in line. That’s fine, it happens. Reason for 2 stars is because when I called back, it took about 8 tries to get a hold of someone and the lady was super rude and she hung up so I decided to go back. While I was driving the manager called back (Waleed), he was nice and apologetic.They never give the total when ordering or at the window, and they don’t give receipts.So always check your food when they hand it to you vs going home/office and then realizing that something was missing or wrong.Thanks.

Im not impressed with this location, I used to go to the one on 15th Street and loved that store. My 1st time here one of the ladies dropped half a bagel on the floor so she threw the other half on the floor and seemed stressed out. Today they barely put any cream cheese on my bagel which was a big disappointment when I got to work. Dont know if I will go back to this location.

This is an all star bagel place. They are super fast and friendly and the drive thru makes it easy for me to get breakfast without leaving my car and getting into my wheelchair. Love that they offer this.

We have eaten here too often lately, and have supported this business frequently over the last several years. We love bagels and this place has been our go to for the area. Prior to the pandemic there was so much thick cream cheese on the bagel that I would sometimes ask for easy cream cheese. Last three times with no custom request, our bagels came with thin, watery smudge of cream cheese..like buttered toast. Maybe supplies are hard to come by but so is the money we spend.😟

Terrible quality of work. My order being completely messed up, even though it is very simple. Charged for things I was not given. Also, plain bagels usually taste not plain, like they are mixed with the garlic bagels or something. I have rarely had an order of plain bagels from here that didnt have at least a couple of them with some other mystery flavor. Not all that great of customer service usually too. I get it, you guys probably arent getting paid very well, but guess what, neither am I, and I still try to treat people well while I am on the clock at least.

Horrible experience at this location, not what I expected from Einstein. Wally, the manager, was rude, refused to correct errors in our order and acted completely inconvenienced. We also had a promotional coupon that he refused to honor because he didn’t know how. This location is consistently terrible. What a disappointment.

This AINT is no McDonalds. They have AMAZING FOOD AND STAFF. Super quick and the bagels, eggs and coffee made fresh. High quality food worth waiting for. I reccomemd the nova lox or farmhouse sandwich and frozen drinks!

Im going to to tell you why I have give them a 1 star I have been to a lot of different locations for Einstein Bagels! This one was way off! The customer service seems not to even care. The bagels where a lot harder then any other location. As for the coffee and only was it cold but it tasted as if it was water down. I have been there two time and each time it has been worse then before. I went both time at 6 am. So you would expect the bagels to be fresh and the coffee hot. I will not go back to this location.

We love farmhouse, but the wrap is the best. Usually have rare bagels that please this picky family.

Oh man, talk about tasty. We may have just been hungry with the first half of bagel, but the second went just as fast. We did not know they were that good. Best bagels I have ever had.

This location is my favorite one to go to. The owner or manager is always ready to go above and beyond for the customer. He always has a smile on his face. He just looks happy with his job. I love their bagels and how they put love into what they do.

Rudest people ever, if you hate your job, it’s not my problem, you are in the service industry, you are supposed to treat people like customers. Never stepping a foot again.

Bagels are inconsistent. But more importantly, the drive thru person/cashier needs to learn how to wear her mask correctly! The mask must cover the mouth and the nose. If we can do it, your staff can do it. Its happened three times, so not an accident. Please educate your staff on mask usage.

Every time I come in to this location and ask for a dozen plain bagels they are ALWAYS out. And they always act like you are a burden for ordering a dozen. If you are a bagel store I find it odd thatthey are always out of plain bagels and inconvenienced by people wanting their bagels.I am pregnant and have a hard time eating anything else right now. I love Einstein’s bagels but this location specifically I would not return to.

This store is slow. They never have enough staff in the mornings. They have one person to handle preparing the food in the front, one to run the drive-through and cash out customers and prepare drinks (and sometimes take inside orders, too), and one person in the back. Go to the one on Custer just north of the tollway, instead.

I dont stop at Einstein Bagels often and Im not sure why not. Bagels were yummy and fresh. Service was great. They had dark roast coffee too; which Starbucks stops brewing during the day. I actually like the coffee better at EB. And the vibe of the place was great. Starbucks are getting so sterile and loud due to bad acoustics, its like they dont want you staying there long. Im going to make Einstein Bagels a regular stop.

I read some really bad reviews about this business, but in all honesty, really didn’t believe them.I’ve been to this location 5 times in the last 3 weeks, so I offer the following.The Customer Service in this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’d give it a zero. No one, including the owner? Manager? engages with you. They take your order then take your money. The employees all seem to be focused on tasking with no regard to the customers who keep the doors on this place open.The bagels are “OK,” and I’d rate them an average of 3 stars. Bagels should be dense. The plain bagels are often filled with large air bubbles.Today, the coffee (usually 5 star) dispenser was almost empty. I emptied it, filling my large cup 3/4 full of vanilla hazelnut blend. Then I topped it off with regular coffee. This was 7:25am.I will not be back.

3 out of 3 times they didn’t have the sesame bagel I like. Yesterday I wanted to by a bakers dozen, but they only had 2 sesame and 4 plain. It’s not a busy place so I’m surprised they can’t make enough. Mckinney store is considerably better.

OK this is so weird, but everybody knows they serve bagels. If you have not tried their hot chocolate, you are missing something really phenomenal!! Yeah the bagels are good, But next time you go get a hot chocolate! It is become our favorite family guilty calorie pleasure!!

This place is an awesome place to work on your laptop. The WiFi, food and coffee is excellent. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The prices are reasonable, and they have lovely art/wallpaper. Also the service is great everyone is very friendly. They play good music and its not too loud.

This store used to be very good. But the past few years, not so much. The bagels are thin and not cooked well, the owner doesnt seem to care about the customer AT ALL.I used to buy dozens of bagels for my staff at work. But as stated the product became inferior and the staff became so RUDE. So I took my business elsewhere.Its sad because this store does not live up to the brand.

Fast service and great bagels!

Have been going for a quick Sunday breakfast regularly. Always fresh and delicious food. Service have always been up to the mark despite of being super busy on a Sunday morning. Loved their new egg sandwiches. smoothies are fresh and refreshing as well! drive-thru is pretty efficient as well for a quick grab.

Food is ok if you are not in a rush. Spent 15 minutes in car line for 2 breakfast sandwiches. How hard can it be to heat something up? Nothing is cooked to order so maybe operator issues with convection over/microwave. Had to drive off after paying because the 15 minutesmade us late for a game. Learned my lesson. Buy frozen and heat up at home. Save time and same quality v

Front of house was good. Food was what you expect. The coffee was cold or out of product.

Food is decent, when i asked the rude lady to use my points that I earned, she told me i had no points when i literally was showing her the points I had on the app on my phone, customer service skills are awful here I will not be returning to this place ever. The restroom was the only good part of the restaurant where I was able to poop in peace.

Always fast, kind and orders are correct. I lived the hot chocolate, Im pregnant at the moment and finding a warm drink with little to no caffeine that helps wake me up have been hard, but this is a nice perk up in the morning

Best bagel shop near the area, I go every Sunday and sometimes more. The owner knows my order before I even order what I have, very attentive and quick to order with polite staff. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area

We have been going here once or twice a week since it opened. The 2 days ago I went through the drive through and got home with the completely wrong order. Disappointing. I went back today and asked them to make it right. The manager, Wally, said he wasnt going to do anything about it since he couldnt pull the receipts and verify my story. Not sure how that would help.so thos guy is willing to lose long term business over one bagel. Not the first rude service at this establishment but certainly the last!

They just do not know how to make a WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA. Only one of the guys knows how make it but if he does not make your coffee then it is thee WORST COFFEE ever.

Love this place - even though its a chain, it seems different, albeit better. Cant explain it. Staff are friendly and its a nice cozy place to hang out esp. on a winters day. Bagels are usually fresh. Allen needed a bagel place for the longest time, and this fits the bill.

I’ve given this place a few chances now with their bad customer service experience. Today’s experience was unexpected. I attempted to use Einstein’s reward program, as I do any other day when I swing by. Technical issues arose and I could not use my rewards to obtain the deal on the app. Rather than the manager/owner being customer centric, he became business centric and refused to honor the deal as he could not “override” the system to discount the price or honor the deal. Aside from this, their employees have an attitude that reflects poorly on the company as a whole. As for the manager/owner, he lost out on a profit and had to thrash my bagel (hopefully didn’t save it for another customer). And now this location has lost my future business.

Good variety of bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffees and cold drinks. Staff is quick, polite and attentive. There will sometimes be a line but you can still get in and out in less than 15 minutes if its busy.

Customer service is horrendous, a woman who took my order inside turned around and said F***! in frustration after I placed a simple order. Ive had 4 different experiences with this location, all of which were negative. Employees become quick-to-anger and confused whenever you customize your order (specify what bagel-type/what sandwich you would like/you would like egg instead of chicken; these concepts seem to be impossible to respectfully process for the employees working here). Needless to say we will not be returning to this location... Food is good though so well try the one off 121.

Great food. If you have time to wait 30 min in drive thru any given Sunday. Or wait in line inside just as long. Wont be coming back.
