Friendly front desk person and helpful service attendant. They were very busy the week my car was in so it took a couple days to even get a quote on my car, but they were good with communication and quick to get back to me when I inquired about things.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Allen (Prestige Cir. Location)! We were in a fender bender and lost the front grill. We ordered the part and attempted to replace it ourselves but it was a bit too complicated. Mark and Joshua, at Caliber Collision, fit us into their schedule and got the new grill installed within a couple of hours. Not only did they work us into their busy schedule, they didn’t charge us since they were able to do it rather easily/quickly. Their service and honesty is above and beyond their competitors!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Im probably a body shops worst nightmare type of customer, which makes the incredible perfection I experienced for the repair of my 2020 Tucson that much more amazing. Im detail obsessed (just short of OCD), my best friend has been an auto insurance adjuster for over a quarter century, and after retiring sold Hyundais for 3 years, so have an educated eye for repair flaws that would be anything short of new-car perfect.After the collision, my vehicle was drive-able, so I had the opportunity to thoroughly research where I wanted it repaired. I was looking for somewhere that was both a State Farm preferred AND Hyundai recognized body shop. When I called to make my appraisal appointment, I told the person I was calling them ONLY because they were both State Farm preferred and Hyundai recognized, my best friends background and he would be advising me every step of the way, that though my vehicle had less than 30,000 miles on it, I expected to have it for over 250,000 miles, and that I was expecting a repair that I would not have to fight with State Farm to get covered AND that if renewal of the shops Hyundai recognition status depended on Hyundai reviewing my repair, they would have no problem with recognition renewal.Scott told me when my appointment was and nothing I mentioned would be a problem. He is great to work with, and whatever they pay the guy, they are getting off cheap. I suggest you ask for him, but if hes not there, its probably because they made him a manager at another location.Heres how things turned out:1) The painted area (2 doors and rear quarter panel on 1 side) were a PERFECT match for the front quarter panel on the same side (for paint with 3 different colors of metallic flake in the paint).2) I was kept well informed.3) The work was completed earlier than originally estimated.4) Cost was exactly what was quoted.5) Good people skills were practiced by everyone I had any interaction with.Best body shop experience Ive ever had, and I got my drivers license 50 years ago this year. Drive past the other places. Come here if you have a collision. You wont be sorry.

I recently went to Caliber Collison and the experience was great! I left my car and they told me when I could pick it up. I knew I couldn’t find a rental but they did provide a close by drop off service. My plans to obtain a ride to pick the car up fell through so I walked in 95° heat. Don’t do this lol. As I was close to the shop (literally down the street) as well as closing hours I called them and let them know I was coming. They had one of the guys pick me up (and they didn’t have to do this at all). I want to say thanks to the gentlemen the driver, Trent, Cristian, and Jenna for being so kind and nice. I would highly recommend this business. If anyone from that business reads this, please keep your heads up and continue treating clients well.

I went in to get an estimate on my car for what seem like minor damage. Pop out a dent and buff the other paint off. Micheal promised to provide me an estimate that Friday, Monday at the lastest...Tuesday when I had not received the estimate I contacted Micheal and was told he had it finished and would send it to me. I confirmed my email address. I have checked my email and spam mail it is now Thursday and I have not received the estimate yet. I planned to have the repairs done as I had other things that needed work but I guess this is their way of telling me they do not want my business. I work as an auto claim associate and I know customers that get their estimate the same day. I am not sure if this minor of a repair required so long as no parts should have been needed. Sad I wasted a week when my vehicle repairs could have been completed by now. I will never recommend this location to anyone if this is how business is conducted...

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job with my car. Their customer service was exceptional. When my car was dropped off by the tow truck, they noticed the tow truck driver had a cigarette while he was in my car. Jeremy brought it to my attention immediately and told me they would make sure my car was detailed so that there is no smoke smell. Scott constantly kept me posted and made sure I understood where we were in the process of getting the car fixed. They also made sure I knew what is going on in regards to insurance since the insurance was covering the expenses. When I got my car back it was good as new, quite literally. You would have thought I just drove it off the lot. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

Said my dads truck would take 2 weeks to fix, it’s been 2 months

I tried to get an estimate for some damage and they wouldnt talk to me. The reception person kept asking to see my insurance claim. I asked to have someone give me an estimate but they kept saying my insurance had already done the estimate. I walked out and went down the street to take my business elsewhere. It was kind of rude how they were put off by me asking for a quote. I wont be going to Herbs ever again. I have been a customer in the past through insurance and that was okay. Took a very long time to get my car repaired and afterwards I still had to return because they missed some trim, my mirror was falling off and my door was not hung correctly. They eventually made everything right but it took me a few times of returning to get the work done to my satisfaction.

Unfortunately, I had a car wreck, and my car needed repairing. Caliber Collision repaired my car, and you cant even tell it was ever damaged. Joshua Satterwhite communicated with me throughout the entire time they had my car with updates at least twice a week. He even came to work during the snow & ice Armageddon to let me know the status of my car. Caliber Collision really takes care of their customers. They get 10 stars from me.

My care sustained hail damage which was repaired at Caliber Collision in Allen, TX. Id always used Herbs Paint & Body because they were on the preferred list with my insurance company and always did quality work but discovered that Herbs was purchased by Caliber so figured Id give them a chance. Basically the name changed but the quality of repairs, outstanding customer service and the fact Caliber is on my insurance preferred list didnt change. I have two additional cars which also sustained hail damage so Ill soon be taking them to Caliber too.Update to original post. Well, all three of the family cars have now been repaired at Caliber. The work and customer service for all three was superb! I especially want to recognize my Service Advisor, Jeremy. As always he was friendly yet professional and gave me frequent status updates. The last repaired was my 2015 Kia Soul. I think it looks as good if not better than when it was driven off the showroom floor 6 years ago. And a huge shout out to the technicians that actually perform the repairs. I truly appreciate all of your work!!!

They fixed anything outve alignment or damaged after I hit someone who was parked on a road with 70 mph.... no turn signal and no insurance!Thankfully, I was already going much slower....50 mph? No one was injured, thankfully!!!

Fantastic experience. Took my F-150 in to get an estimate for some work. Got a quote a few minutes later. Called to schedule the work on a Friday, was told to bring it in on Monday and I would have it back by Thursday. I got it back on Tuesday. It looks great. They replaced and repainted my hood, changed some molding and other trim. Much earlier than promised. Very happy. Jeremy was in constant communication with me every step of the way. Wish I could give more STARS but 5 is the max.

My family and I just recently got into an accident and my car was sent here. The process was easy and Josh was extremely informative and kept giving regular updates without us having to ask.After receiving our car back, our other vehicle had its steering column broken after an attempt to steal it. Caliber Collision in Allen TX did a fantastic job on my daughters white pearl paint and body repair. The car was completed a full day ahead of promise, AND the repair was absolutely perfect. White Pearl paint with a clear coat is difficult to match, but the repair was completely unnoticeable. Had my son take my car to them for estimate it was fast but lazy. They didnt look under hood or at wheels. All they listed was fender and door mostly labor. They told him it was an estimate n itd be more when he brought it in for fix. Why would i take it there if they are so lazy? If i had to go by that for ins to fix my car i would have been totally screwed. Adjuster came out said they missed rocker panel hole and various other things. Theres other collision places in allen you know!!!!

Great customer service and body work. I got rear-ended and needed repairs, insurance took care of everything and the process was easy. There is an Enterprise location on site so you can drop off your car and get a rental right there. They kept me updated throughout the process and promptly completed the work. There is a lifetime warranty on the body work and paint as well. Very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend this shop.

They responded quickly to my request for an estimate through my insurance company, scheduled the repair, and had me back on the road four days after the accident. They have taken care of my vehicle several times, and their service is always the same - top notch.

I had to wait a considerable length of time for a service representative, but expected the wait time due to a recent hail storm, and people wanting dent damage repair estimates.The young Lady, Brynn, who assisted me was very courteous. She let me know that the vehicle would be totaled due to the amount of hail dents.She offered a recommendation to another paint and body repair facility that may do a partial repair, which would improve the cosmetic appearance of the vehicle.Very amiable customer relations.

When I called Herbs Paint & Body Shop in Allen TX, I was struck with the professionalism and level of care shown over the phone. I had an issue with a bent door hinge and was told to stop by any time for an estimate. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly and immediately by a gentleman who went out to take a look at my door issue. He asked Don to come out and take a look and Don said he thought it was something minor that could probably be addressed in a matter of minutes. He took my car in the back and returned 5 minutes later with my car door now closing properly. He didnt charge me at all and just shook my hand and thanked me for stopping in. I was in shock that I found a body shop that didnt try to take advantage of the situation and recoup some money at least. I was so impressed with everyone I spoke to and the kindness they shared that I plan to recommend Herbs to everyone I know. You can bet if I ever have need a body shop in the future, Im going to Herbs.

In February of 2016, I got in a wreck and was told by my insurance company to bring it to Herbs, as it is their preferred autobody shop. I have no idea how they are insurances preferred body shop, as the workmanship you receive here is a joke.To start, a few months after all of my work got done (paint and body work, driver side upper and lower control arms and tie rod ends), my paint started to fail where they had painted it. No problem, I brought it in since it has a lifetime guarantee, mistakes happen. They fixed it, no questions asked. About a year and a half later, I brought my truck in for an alignment and they told me my left inner tie rod was bad and wouldnt hold alignment. Drove the truck home, pulled the tie rod off and sure enough, extremely loose and worn out. After a year and a half?! Come on. So, they are cheap enough I just replaced them again. Fast forward to Summer of 2018, the paint on my door failed, yet another place they painted. Brought it in and the lady at the front desk apologized and said it was clearly a prep issue and told me to leave it and they will fix it, as they did. Fast forward to December of 2018, I jacked the truck up to rotate tires and I noticed that my front driver side tire was majorly crooked. Did some inspection and found that Herbs used cheap $40 control arms which had already failed, leaving me with poor worn out ball joints. Yet again, poor workmanship and poor quality of parts has me out of pocket for more repairs as they only warranty parts for a year. Had they used OEM parts or a good quality part, not the cheapest control arm they could find, this would have never happened. They also forgot to put the brake anti-rattle clips on my front brakes leaving me with a miserable popping sound coming to a stop. The lady who worked my case was excellent to work with, but it is a shame that they have such lousy mechanics on site. I hope this was the only poor mechanic and hopefully this mechanic is no longer with them, but they will never get my business again - that is, unless my paint fails for a third time.

What a fantastic experience. After being quoted over $3000 at the Mini dealership in Dallas for an exhaust and bumper repair, I brought my Mini here and got a quote for $1300. They were going through the Herb’s to Caliber transition, but their service remained top notch. At one point, they found out they might have to replace my whole exhaust pipe, which would have been $1900 more than the original quote. Alice, however, called several places in Plano that specifically worked with exhaust pipes, sent the car there, had the tailpipe worked on, and saved me $1800. I still picked up the car in Allen, and realized they had even buffed out the few scratches and dings I had on the body of the car that were unrelated. I could not believe how honest and thoughtful they were. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. Ask for Alice!

I was returning my rental to the Enterprise (located in the same place). My ride wasn’t there yet when Herb’s closed and I was willing to leave but Issac (the closer) said don’t worry about it and sat down with me and we chatted for a while. He’d been there for 11 hours already and still made me feel welcome even when I offered to leave so he could close up.

Delivered as promised. Took care of college daughter’s car in time to send her back to school. Everything looked great! Jeremy stayed on top of things! Hopefully will not need them again but if I ever do I will definitely use them!Nanette Boyer

I had to downgrade my review from 5 stars to one! My 2009 Chevy pickup they repaired has turned into a complete mess. Insurance (Safeco) had recommended Herbs after a major front end collision. They originally delivered it back to me repaired with the front drivers tire actually rubbing the wheel well! After 3 separate trips back (and 3 times on their frame machine) they finally figured out the frame was bent and have now supposedly straightened it. Time will tell I guess if it starts chewing through tires or not. They also missed multiple minor things that have caused me to lose total confidence in them. Wiring they forgot to re-connect after the hood repair was completed, missed painting a door jamb where they had taped it off, missing part (cap on my windshield wiper arm) that was there before the accident, didnt re-attach the radiator shield / deflector correctly and it ended up falling off on the highway (and they would not replace), didnt originally paint one of the corner caps on my front bumper because Don said they didnt believe it was accident related? Did I mention this was a major front end collision that actually bent the frame? And they had already replaced the front bumper, both headlights, grill, hood, etc.. These guys are just looking out for the insurance company and dont have your best interest in mind. Ive tried multiple times speaking with Don to resolve these issues directly but he is unwilling to make things right. Pretty sad that after my 3rd car repair with them, a glowing review and trying my best to be courteous with my communications on these issues and problem resolution that they have decided to destroy a customer relationship and not uphold their obligations and responsibilities. Obviously the Lifetime Warranty they provided is not worth the paper it was written on. Look elsewhere for your repairs if you have other options. I wont be going back and dont recommend.

They were extremely organized, which made the entire process much easier. They did an excellent job on the repairs, and returned my car cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I will definitely use them again!

Soooo i took my car in to get a new bumper and about a week later when I went to pick it up it looked great. I get in my car and not only did it smell horrible but it wouldn’t even start. When they got it going the lady told me I had to get a new battery soon... say what. I wasn’t having any problems before. Later my brother found a hair comb in the door of my car that definitely didn’t belong to any of us. The next day I tried to drive my car, it wouldn’t even unlock because of the battery. After walking for a few days I was able to get a locksmith over and replace the battery. when I drove my car for the second time, after getting it fixed, I realized the alignment was wayyy off. I have to lean my steering wheel to the left to even go straight. 10/10 worst car experience of my life. Will be suing.

I used this facility a few months ago for hail damage repairs. I ended up using this repair facility out of a recommendation from my claim adjuster(stating other customers were using this shop), I didnt think much of it and decided to just use this place out of that. I would definitely not recommend anyone to take their car here for repairs.I WAS able to have my repairs completed in a pretty reasonable amount of time - however, that all came at a cost.Bringing in my car, and getting updates along the process was very helpful. Rental representative who talked me out into getting Enterprise was a great sales person - straight up lied to my face. When I asked if the vehicle would be covered for the duration of the repairs he would only tell me your insurance will take care of it - but didnt take the time to look at what kind of coverages/limits I had, which I know is not his responsibility, but it would be helpful to LISTEN to what the customer is asking you. Luckily I had a pretty good limit, so I was about to switch out of Enterprise and back with Hertz(although their customer service skills are nonexistent, but whatever - the rental car was $13). I managed to get my car for the month(and some days) - where having had the Enterprise rental(at $30/day) would have been eaten up in a matter of a few weeks.Repairs were actually completed before the estimated date of completion - so that made me very happy...until I drove my car and got back home. Not only that, before leaving I pointed out to the gentleman who returned my car how the hood piece of the vehicle was slightly off, and he told me if it had been like that before(Im not an idiot, I had done nothing to warrant hood damage to the vehicle prior to having gotten my car back) and there was also some white paint(my car is black), so he kindly tells me that hes going to get the repair reps to get it taken care of, so after 10 minutes or so he comes back and my car is ready to go - COOL!I get home and realize that after turning the car off - the car radio wont turn off(which it didnt do before having gotten the repairs done). I end up driving all the way back so they can look at it. The gentleman who returned my vehicle was attempting every reason under the sun to not hold themselves liable for the issue. He went through my manual and told me that it would turn off after 10 minutes, and keep in mind - it had not done this before. Previously - I would turn the car off, open the door, and the radio would immediately turn off. I would close and lock the door, and the radio would stay off. He told me how they had done nothing to the vehicle that would have affected the radio, and that it was most likely a manufacturer issue. He ended up telling me to take it to the dealership of my car and to not mention that the vehicle had just received repairs - and so I did so, LUCKILY it was still under warranty, so I had to pay nothing, and Reliable Chevrolet were able to resolve the issue.The fun didnt stop there - Herbs had completely replaced the vehicles windshield, so they had forgotten to replace the rearview mirror cover, so the inside cables were completely exposed. I had to call AGAIN, and they were able to order the parts and have the cover installed in a weeks time.On top of that -I completely forgot to remove my state registration sticker/apartment parking sticker, so I then had to call them again...and luckily their glass experts were in that day and they had actually held them for me, but had not been offered to me prior to me asking for them. Im glad they didnt throw them out.Im really tempted to give this place one star, but only giving two, for the fact that the person at the sign in desk/taking the phone calls was actually willing to help whenever I had something to nag about. Save yourself a headache, and really find ELSEWHERE to get your repairs made.

After having a very bad experience at another Herbs location, the shop in Allen took me and my situation in, and went above and beyond to help resolve another locations mishaps. The site Manager Tom, was very nice, and even after they were finished with the repairs, brought my car to me. That is what world class service is all about. Thank you gentlemen. ; )

I will be bringing my car here again soon for the 5th time (not my fault). This poor car has a target on it or something but Herbs never fails me and always makes my Smaug look like new. They do a great job of communicating their progress and make a not so happy event an easy process. Thanks for everything you guys do!

Body wise for paint work they do a great job However anything to do mechanically they have no clue what they’re doing.I recently took my car here for repairs after being in an accident. After driving the car for one day was making a shattering sound of the did not make the sound before. When I took it back to them they said because my brakes were gone So I fixed that (but brakes were ok before the accident) Then shortly after it was making a very loud noise when I turned the air conditioner on and the fan shroud was broken. I took it back to herbs and they said it did not have to do with the accident I thought the timing just coincided to perfectly with the accident and I took it to Nissan for a second opinion where they determined it was from the accident. What I am perplexed about is why did they not even test the AC or check everything in the car prior to my receiving it

My car was in for hail damage repair. It took less time than predicted and my car looks great!

They were very helpful and made check-in and pickup extremely easy. I got text message updates throughout the time my car was being fixed.
