October 19, 2021 update. Firestone made things right. I spoke with James, the new manager. Seems theres been a lot of change in staff and they are rebuilding. James cares, is responsive and had integrity. Ill be giving them another try. Not quite back to 5 stars until I get wheels rebalanced.Well 5 stars went to 1 star. For multiple reasons but today was the last straw. I try to support smaller places than giant shops like Belle Tire.Our Fusion received new tires last July and they were never properly balanced. My mom just had new tires installed here on my recommendation. Drove her Escape today to pick up my tire I just had repaired. It shakes too. Told her to take it back.I had a tire plugged for my mint condition low mileage Volt and I received back a torn up wheel. How the hell do you damage a perfect wheel plugging a tire!We wont be back. 3 full sets of tires in 2 years, tried to support this shop. Tearing up my wheel was the last straw.Original review: Last summer I made an appointment for tires for my 2018 Equinox and selected the cheapest tires online, as it was a lease and just wanted bare minimum.The tires I picked werent available, but Will selected a Firestone tire for a competitive price. The install was quick and communication excellent.After 9 months these tires have been amazing. I never in my life thought Id see the day I thought Firestones were better than Michelin. The stock Michelin only lasted 30,000 miles and were awful in the snow. As a former road racer and 33 years in the auto industry I know cars and tires well.These are great.These Firestones rock the snow! Im making another appointment for new tires for the Fusion.

I am very sad to hear that many of the long term employees are being forced into retirement, leaving not very skilled mechanics to offer service for your vehicles! I have been a loyal customer for many years. I will have to seek service elsewhere. Very bad form on Firestones part!!

Google maps has the opening time at 9am. Ive been sitting outside since 830am. Tried to say good morning to the tech or manager that is here and was ignored. Finally at 9am he yelled across the parking lot and said we dont open until 10am. Watching multiple cars a d potential customers pull in thinking 9am open time. Seems like a business this size could at least post the correct hours of business.Originally gave a 1 star review. The service was good ultimately so I changed to a 4 star. Get the correct hours of business posted it will help your reviews Im sure.

Five stars to these guys for the work they did on my truck. While travelling, I needed a tire changed out and all of them inflated to the proper pressure on my rental truck. Although I didnt have an appointment, they got me in and out in under an hour. Stellar service.

Told one price for front brake job (over the phone) but was quoted 3 times as much when we got there. Brake parts required were two thirds the price than the original quote (through Autozone), not sure why new price quote would be worth 3 times as much (where are you getting parts from?). Funny thing is that another brake shop quoted me to turn the rotors rather than replace them, which I appreciate the honesty (which is the best policy)...

They are very professional and courteous. If you call ahead and get an appointment, they are usually pretty quick as well. Even the one time they messed up on my vehicle, they were apologetic, fixed it quickly and comped me.

Extremely efficient friendly and helpful. Went in for Front end alignment and oil change. Got us right in and after initial examination it was determined that an s as ligament was not needed. We are from out of state and could have been charged for this service that we did not need. Great place I stop going there years ago because I had a flat one day and I pulled up there i was a reg customer at that time had there credit card and everything but I got a flat on my way home from work and I got there and they was closing and the guy wouldnt change my tire i didnt ask him 2 open back up i just needed my spare put on and the next day I was goin 2 come back and buy tires so I went across the street to bell tire and they took great care of me but i had to take my inlaw car to Firestone because thats where she goes and it was very nice and friendly and the guys did a great quuck job i might come back there myself

They were very helpful and patient when it was discovered I needed to replace my tires. Courteous and helpful. Allowed me to view the damage in the garage. After it was decided I needed new tires, they were quick and had the car out ready in no time.

Took 3 scheduled visits for them to troubleshoot an air conditioning problem because they decided it would be awesome to kick it down the road because the freon refill guy had family emergencies (plural) and could not do the work. Turns out it was mechanical and had nothing to do with freon, now waiting for the part to be ordered. Had they taken the time to troubleshoot the problem on first visit, the freon guy could have his family crisis and Id have a working ac unit a month ago.

I made an online appt and was called the day before to confirm and go over everything. He was able to give me a good deal on new tires and helped apply several discounts to get a good price. I brought my car in no problem, and was called and updated and also called when my car was done around when they told me it would be. No surprises in the price from the estimate. I had no issues and thought customer service was great.

Got a flat. Ended up getting a new set of tires. They have a 6 month same as cash special going now, if you apply for their credit card and get approved. I felt the service man was very polite and helpful. They managed to get me in immediately. Had my tires on in less than an hour.

Incompetent to say the least they treat you like an idiot. Went for simple alignment only to have them tell me that my whole front suspension was shot even though I had just had everything just replaced a week earlier and after their so called inspection when I left after they quoted me 2000$ most in labor I heard a noise made it home looked and come to find out they loosed my new sway bar links one of the parts that were already new and installed correctly will never go back to this place

Service is very good, place was not as clean or smell good like the one i was at in Spring Texas. Store there was very clean floors shinny smell fresh and clean had fresh coffee up till closeing.Very friendly helpful workers. Firerstone workers will get you in and out. Thank you firerstone.

I went there on a Sunday for an alignment, because Belle Tire wasnt open.The service was good, nice place...I was hearing clicking and popping during the week while making tight turns, starting and stopping although it drove fine.Finally I had it looked at, not thinking it had anything to do with the alignment, turns out the mechanic forgot to tighten a bolt after he aligned it.THERE WAS SOMETHING LOOSE DOWN THERE!

Hit a wonderful pot hole and needed a new tire. Had to put air in it 2 times to get there. Was the only place open on a Sunday. Couldnt find any other. Didnt pay a fortune for it also.

Very poor customer service, I just wanted to get some information about getting a tired patch up or if I even needed to patch the tired up. The man at the front desk I believe his name was Will Uncher he could not even look me in the eye when he was speaking to me like If you can not look me in my eye for a simple question why would I want you to look at my own car ? I told him no thank you have a nice day and went across the street to belle tire who had no trouble looking into my tire comes to find out I only had a nail took 10 mins tops with multiple customers in front of me. This was my first time ever going to firestone and my last.

$89 for quick tire realignment.

I was greeted and asked what I could be helped with. I said I have a flat tire and would like to get it replaced. I was told in a very rude tone, Ok well it will be a while, there are lots of people ahead of you. So you can leave it here I asked how long since I do not live in the area and am unable to leave it and he shrugged his shoulders and said so? At least a few hours. It was the most bizarre experience from a business that operates on sales and this was an easy one. I drove just down the street to Bell Tire and had a completely different experience.

Very rude worker I walked and he tells me your tire will take around 5 hour to be fixed and we close at that time so we can’t help you it was a emergency and I needed a tire cause mine popped

I brought a new maxima which came with locking lugs driver front tire went flat,so I tore my car apart trying to find my key to take the locking lug off to put my spare on I found no key,so I put air in the tire and drove to firestone to take the locking lugs off put on my spare and the new set of locking lugs and key they could not help now the tire is leaking while all this is happening so i aksed him could you put some air in my tire so i can drive to BELLE TIRES he did went to BELLE TIRES explained to the rep whats going on and he said we deal with this all the time BELLE TIRES help me and didnt charge for it,that being said Im going back to BELLE TIRES to purchase three brand new tires and a rotation because BELLE TIRES took the time to help me they have a customer for life.

Imagine if you will, a restraunt. They open at 7. They have a really great breakfast. So you go there to enjoy a meal early. You get there and there is only one employee there and he tells you, yes we are open at 7 but you cant eat until 8:30 When our cooks and wait stAff gets here. Flash to Firestone. Open at 7, but no one gets there until 8:30. Please, businesses, DO NOT open until all hands are on deck!

Walked in, asked about an oil change . The man helping me was very rude immediately. Said would be about 3 hours or so, so I asked around 3 ? He reply’s “ yeah sure if that’s what you want to call it “ . Never understood why company’s have the most miserable people helping in customer service . Do not recommend going here .

Had a full tire replacement and other services. After it was complete i only drove about 10 miles then parked it and 2 days later one of the tires was flat. Called and made an appointment to get it fixed and after waiting 2 days i arrived to them telling me I came at the wrong time. I waited 1 1/2 hours for them to repair the tire and after it was done I got a very poor excuse as to why it happened. Very bad customer service. Wont return to this location

I went in for an oil change and tire realignment/general tire service and waited there while my vehicle was being serviced. Everything was fine until about now. I usually pour some more oil after about ~2000 miles after my last oil change and generally I dont need to pour much. However, it seemed that I had to put in about 1.25 extra quarts of motor oil to bring it to the low levels.. So this tells me they mustve been using lower quality motor oil when they serviced my vehicle because I usually dont need to put in this much extra oil just as a fill up...But the straw that broke the camels back was when I realized that my tire pressure was really low (20 PSI when it should be about 35-40 PSI) in multiple tires... Normally, I wouldnt check the actual PSI but I found out by looking at the tires and seeing that it was a little flat... This made me realized that they probably didnt even check my tires even though I asked them to service them...Overall, I personally would never come back here again and would drive the extra 30 min to a different Firestone or just go somewhere else. And my advice if you do get your vehicle serviced here, be sure to double check their work when it is complete.

Their work fair priced and completed on time.However, the place smells like an old ashtray. If you are a nonsmoker its pretty disgusting.

Came in for a pre-scheduled oil change. During the visit they came up to me to let me know my front head light was out and asked if I wanted to take care of it during the change. The total would be $66, which I was originally quoted $41 for the oil change. I went ahead and agreed. When it was time to check out they charged me $111 for the oil and light change. Beware of any unscheduled maintenance they want to preform during your visit.

Called to see if they could swap some tires on wheels I had off the vehicle already, was told they could, brought them in, was told they would be done in a couple hours (this was about 3pm on a Saturday, they close at 6pm) and they would call when theyre done. I needed them that day, expecting so, I left and came back right before closing time. Still no call from them, I went inside and was told they didnt get to them and Id have to wait until tomorrow. Complete lack of customer service. Had I known they would have just not done my tires, I would have taken them elsewhere and had them done earlier. I also am expecting that he was going to call right at 6pm and tell me they didnt get them done and then hold my wheels and tires hostage, or maybe not even get a call. Seeing as how I walked in right before 6pm. I took my wheels and tires elsewhere and got them mounted that day. Luckily I found a place open til 7pm on a Saturday. Terrible customer service and I would NEVER recommend this place or go back there again. Had they called earlier when they knew they werent going to get them that day, I could be more understanding so I had time to find another place. I really dont like companies that do this kind of thing. Shame on Firestone in Allen Park!

I had a water pump go on a 1997 half ton. I was quoted 450.00$ for the job. Thats before the diagnosis that also costs 100.00$. I took it to another shop and was out the door, with a AC Delco water pump installed for 190.00$. Ill never bring anything back here.

Do not get your oil changed here they changed my oil but they stole my drain plug now Im broke down on the side of the freeway and I have no oil only 4 days after getting it changed!

Poor experience. Charged me $325 to fix a clicking noise during braking by saying the rotors needed changing, and i could still hear the same noise the EXACT same way as before. Wondering if there was actually anything wrong with the rotors to begin with. Incompetent mechanic. Would not recommend.

Called and said they would be able to change a tire on a box truck for me, said they could do it same day. Show up and get told it wouldnt bee done till the next day. Get a call the following day from them and they cant even change the tire. Very unhappy with the customer service from this location.

Use this place almost exclusively to get our car serviced. Prices seem reasonable and they get work done in projected amount of time.
