This store has some of the best stuff you ever find a pretty good prices well price is depend on what your budget is. They have a lot of cool technology like the Bose headphones. When I was there I got my laptop for $600 it was on sale original price $850.

Well this trip into store... I was greeted like I had entered the army! Greeting was void of any emotion! I ask did they sell an item and he pointed me into a direction ... I looked forever!!!! 2 different employees walked by me in my voiced frustration. So I go back to Sargent ( GREETER) at entrance,now he wants to get someone over there to help you... wow!
Adam in the mobile department of the store went over and beyond to assist me with my needs to purchase a phone through Best Buy. I appericate his hard work and dedication to his customers. He stayed over 45mins after his shift was done to assist me with my purchase. Great work Adam in the Best Buy Mobile Department.
We have had a whirlwind of problems at the one in Allen Park on the hill. But the real thing is that the delivery people are not trained right. They are contracted out and I read in the conditions that our delivery fee included a door being taken off of the house and the appliance. No such thing. They are timed(yes) so it is just in how little time they can bring in your appliance. The first delivery team looked and saw how our door was into the house and they went outside and left. No info or even a goodbye. So we were not informed how big or small of a fridge to get. Second time they at least told us but yet again never told us the dimensions to get. So third time will be this coming Tuesday. Fingers crossed. Never again.

Staff was horrible in the smart home section. I scanned in and no on ever called me. Someone was being help and the worker said hed be right with me and never came back. I watched him chat with coworkers. I just left. Usually when I complain it gets me in trouble. The Taylor Bestbuy is so much better.

Im really irritated by this Best Buy. Even though I have bought thousands and thousands of dollars of electronics there over the years, they have no idea how to treat a customer. I bought a Microsoft Surface with an extended warranty. I was told by the associate that if 3 years went by and I didnt make a claim on the warranty, I could bring in the device and exchange for an item of equal value. I went in after 3 years without ever having made a claim, and was told the warranty expired and I couldnt make an exchange. I bought a modem, and accidentally bought the wrong kind. Even though I bought it the night before, they wouldnt take it back because I didnt have my receipt. But for some reason, my wife took it back two days later and they gave her an in-store credit no problem. I bought a Fitbit Sense, and I broke it swimming (100% my fault). I went in to buy a replacement and they wouldnt price match Amazon. Gave me some BS that they dont price match sales on Amazon or something that didnt really make any sense. I find this Best Buy to be inconsistent, irritating, and dishonest. Probably wont shop here any more. Today was the last straw.
Went there with intentions to buy a smart TV and the customer service was very poor. I spoke with 2 employees who chose to sell me what they thought I should buy. I specifically told them I was interested in a particular TV but they came up with excuses about spying in which Ive never heard of as well as other employees from different locations. I reccomend going elsewhere
Came here to buy a phone. There is usually only one person working in that department and the wait time can be kinda long depending on how many people are in from of you in-line, and you also have to make an appointment or put your name on the list to be seen. I had a very nice young lady assist me with finding a camera, she was very patient and professional.
Went into get a monitor and the young guy who works there wasn’t interested to help out at all. I’ve been a fan of Best Buy for their customer service but I am beyond disappointed now.

I dont what they are they are trying to do by stopping you just inside the door and ask what you are looking for like you need permission to gain access. Also moved the checkout and put a bunch of items in the area and you dont have access to. If you want something like I was just in for a Firestick I had to wait in line with everybody checking out. If this is tge way they are going to do business I will not go back and instead buy on Amazon.

I had no problem exchanging something that I had bought that I was not happy with with no problems at all. And bought additional products and received quick help from staff to get what I needed done. They are maintaining all Covid Standards. Glad to see them back open even in a limited capacity.
I just left this location up on the hill. With this whole covid-19 world going on. Its nice to know that customer service is still amazing at Best buy. I was helped by a very nice gentleman whose name was Mo. I had several things I needed to purchase and he was very patient with me. MoAnswered all my questions and explained all the warranties.Very Professional Mo...Great job not getting frustrated with me..And thanks for selling me the $199 Geek Squad warranty...Keep up the good work guys !

Because sku does not match tag they would not match price tag. So a employee cant read or follow instructions its customer fault. Mgr really was not trying to help. No worries money and I will go elsewhere. Oh wait I have Membership at BJs warehouse, I will go there. Done with Best Buy. Will buy from their competitors from now on.
I went to return a product. Staff was courteous. Check out line was long and there was a wait. People in line were complaining. But, in all fairness this was the first time I experienced a wait. I have shopped here before and have been satisfied with my purchase and service.
Most of the time the staff is very helpful. Sometimes I walk through and am only greeted by the greeter and not asked if I need help otherwise. Overall, decent service and usually are stocked well.

Fraudulent warranty. I will never purchase from them again. At the Allen Park location, a geek squad employee told me he had to remove my otter box defender case from my iPad in another room. He then returned with my iPad heavily scratched up and stated that I damaged it. This guy purposely scratched it to void the warranty. That iPad was immaculately kept. They are scam artists and I have spent thousands there. Never will I spend another dime. He also wrecked my property.
Purchased a computer battery back up here and the clerk was knowledgeable about a relatively obscure piece of equipment. You get a thumbs up from me.
Just sad...was holding about 90 $ worth of stuff in my arms but had a question to one item.very easy answer I got: check it online on the website of the producer.Sorry but I dropped all I had in my arms in the nearest shelf, went home and bought from there what I wanted.Want to win customers over the Amazons of this world? Order online was easy. Pickup was not. Because I made purchase as a guest, paying with paypal the instructions for notifying I arrived at curbside pickup would not work. Fortunately I grabbed an employee making a delivery to another customer was able to help me. Without problem checking into for curbside pickup I would have given 5 stars, but that is an issue that needs to be addressed by Best Buy.
Well i went to best buy last week to look for some security cameras, it took them about 15 maybe 20 minutes to get someone over there, to the security cameras to speak to me, I asked young man about the cameras he couldnt even recommend any other cameras to me so I left the store without any security cameras.Maybe lll be a good.

I have bought the last three Samsung Galaxy Notes on launch day and have yet to have a smooth experience. Most of the issues are related to how Best Buy doesnt have everything in order with unlocked phoned rather than the service I received. It took an hour just to buy the phone. The employee who assisted me was outstanding.

I am really, really surprised to find out that Best Buy actually delivered my order to my sister. I only had the option for “Puck up or Ship” My sister said the Geek Squad truck pulled up, and by today being Eid I’m glad she was home.I’m very PLEASED with the fact that Best Buy, took the time to deliver. Allen Park location was awesome. Items for Scott just as it listed online. Customer service was excellent you could actually find staff that was willing to help you. Got what I needed and was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. Salesperson Jeffrey was super awesome.
Best buy is one of the only places left for certain electronics (Microcenter goes without mentioning but its too far). I love this store, friendly staff, a store that is always clean, and knowledgeable personnel. Curbside pickup has been quick and on point. Customer service representatives go above and beyond and are quite knowledgeable. I frequent Best Buy in Allen Park, MI because it is simply one of the Best Buys around.
The person who helped on the computer section wasnt very knowledgeable on computers at all but tried to aggressively upsell a service plan.

Bought a tv online for curbside pickup. When I placed the order it said in stock at the store. I never got any emails from Best Buy after placing my order. I called and they said it was ready for pick up. The next day, I get there and they say it hasn’t came in yet and it’s coming UPS. I told them I did not want it shipped because I don’t want it getting broke. If I wanted it shipped I would have shipped it to my house. The manager did nothing to try to resolve this issue so I returned the item I never even got and went somewhere else to get my tv. It was a time sensitive item and I didn’t have time to wait until it came in. On top of everything the double charged me for my order and it took over a week to get the pending charges off my account

I wanted to buy air buds, but I wanted to see a variety to see which one is best, or talk to them and determine whats the difference.They stopped me at the door and made the guy get the buds and didnt let me go insideIf I wanted to just get something without looking at it and talking to someone, I could have just gone to Amazon....

After Best Buy fixed my laptop, I found out that it really wasnt fixed. I encountered the same problem. My husband called the store and he was given another appointment. He went. They supposedly fixed the problem. The next afternoon, we found out that the same problem stillexists. We spent time at the store in Allen Park and at Fairlane and the laptop still cantBe used.
