I went for the smog test couple days ago and even he did not have any other customers, he behave very rude and un professional. I never ever go back to this place.

Got my 1998 GMC pick-up smaged here. They gave me a good price even though they had to do some extra work to get it to pass smog. Great guys worked hard and were very knowledgeable about my truck. They were friendly and helpful so that my truck passed. I did not have to wait long they started right away and made me very happy that the truck passed. I would highly recommend this Smog Guys

Went to get a smog done on my 2006 PT Cruiser at the mobile star station Laguna Niguel near Target. He said he couldnt do it cuz he couldnt read the number off the Cadillac converter. I had a new converter put on at Firestone 2 years ago and went to the same Laguna Niguel mobile star station and he had no problem reading the numbers off the converter and it passed smog just fine. The older gentleman couple years ago didnt say anything about having to have a lift to see the numbers off the converter. He could have done more to help and very disappointed at his service. Didnt even try to call Firestone to look at any of my receipts. Must not care about his service too much.

Convenient place to get your car smogged quickly. Call first too make sure they are not busy and you probably wont need to wait long. You can grab a bite quickly at any number of restaurants or shop at Target or Stater Bros.

The Technician at this Mobil Smog Station is the type of person who is extremely rude and has no clue about customer service. I have never experienced a person who works at an establishment to be so unprofessional and downright mean. Pay a little bit extra and go somewhere else. This Technician will not only ruin your day but also disrespect you in ways you never thought was possible at a business. I have read other reviews on him and they all mention how he is not on the customers side, instead he only cares about getting paid. Again do yourself a favor and avoid this whole establishment as there is not only zero customer service at this Mobil Gas Station, but people who are very disrespectful!

The technician failed my vehicle because of a loose hose. To satisfy him, I had my mechanic fix the hose. It took 30 seconds for him to put the hose on. The technician is the one who damaged the hose because my vehicle was fine when I took in there. Then when I told him the hose is on and that I took it to my mechanic, he lied and said, oh, there is a leak to. I asked him where? And he said, I heard it. He was obviously lying and refused to give me my money back. If he saw the hose was loose he should not have done the test in the first place.Do not go here.

The technician was rude and demeaning. He observed that my engine had an after market part which makes it ineligible to be tested ... but tested it anyway, knowing full well that he would fail it. When asked why he didnt tell me ahead of time, he said could have if he wanted to but didnt HAVE TO. Then turned his back and walked away. Dont waste your money!

Denied inspection because he claimed he couldnt verify the headers werent OEM. Even though they had the OEM hear shield....and OEM parts number stamped....and OEM 15 year old gaskets that were clearly showing how old it was.

A little more you pay but this is not a repair facilty . so no worries for your old vehicle to fail although it should pass. Technician doesnt play with vacuum hoses or etc to fail your vehicle. Faster service than Pepboys at weekend.

Lazy Smog tech wouldnt smog my diesel truck due to his lack of experience with diesel trucks! Dont advertise you smog diesel and then not smog a diesel truck.

Pass or fail you still pay and these guys have no idea what theyre doing and its the worst service Ive ever seen... I hope they go out of business. And their gas prices always seem to be too high anyway
