The only reason I gave it one star is because I have to in order to post the review. The guy at the register is the most unpleasant, surly jerk to walk the face of the Earth. Stay away from this place and dont give them your business - they cant spell customer service let alone practice it. You have been warned.

WARNING!! Fraudulent - Illegal - Unsafe and Unprofessional Propane Distribution!!!!!Avoid this establishment. The clerk, a man in his 60s who claimed his name was Sam (Receipt said Amir) was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund for the 2.5 gallons of propane that he didnt dispense. When confronted, he said the meter/counter was not accurate. When told that this was illegal, he said that all propane had been dispensed.Fraudulent Business practices* Failure to reset the individual gas dispensing meter/counter so customers can see exactly how much propane they are receiving or at a minimum, record the current counter amount so as to accurately determine the actual amount of propane which has been dispensed to an individual customer.* Failure to disclose in advance of purchase, any applicable refund or other policies when a customer is uncertain of amount of propane needed.* Knowingly charging for a full tank fill in advance when A.) the customer has articulated that the required amount to fill the tank is unknown and B.) when the clerk knows in advance that he will not be issuing a refund for any propane paid for, but not dispensed to the customerIllegal Dispensing Practices* Clerk indicated when confronted that the meter/counter on the dispenser was not accurate* Multiple violations of California Business and Professions Code (Weights and Measures)o 12020. USE OF INCORRECT WEIGHT OR MEASURE OR INSTRUMENTo 12024. SELLING IN LESS QUANTITY THAN REPRESENTEDo 12025. REFUSAL TO EXHIBIT COMMODITY BEING SOLD AT GIVEN QUANTITYUnsafe Site* Clerk left the bleeder valve open on a tank and had to be asked to close it after leaving* Block wall around propane tank is unsafe almost falling on a customer leaning against itUnprofessional Clerk* The store clerks uniform included a handwritten - illegible - taped on name tag, his shirt was half un-tucked from his pants and he was wearing open toed sandals.* After requesting a refund for the portion of propane that was never dispensed the clerk began forming excuses and changing his story as to why he could not issue a refund (the credit card receipt was already signed, he wasnt allowed to do that etc.) or claiming that the full amount of propane had been dispensed despite not being able to prove it (the propane counter on the large tank was accurate in the morning, but the individual counter/meter was broken, your math is wrong etc.)* When confronted on his illegal and fraudulent business practices, this clerk began raising his voice, intentionally claiming to another customer that I was not being reasonable and in the wrong, walking away from me when I was speaking with him, and then after I asked for his name and took a picture of him, he flipped me off and yelled at me that I was a cheap person for wanting my approximately $10.00 refund and to get out of the store or he would call the police.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR....AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
