NEVER GO HERE THEIR CROOKS!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had. My check engine light came on and I had a day where my tire was clicking and a tube in my engine I wasnt sure if it connected to anything. I called on Saturday asked if they had time to look at my car. They said yeah bring it on it. They told me they would call me in a couple of hours. NO CALL. Called them well they were closed. Low and behold Sunday there closed too. Had no cat tje whole weekend. Monday comes no call. My fiance had to call to see what was going on. They hadnt done a thing. They call us tell us its my axel. They didnt check anything else long story long it wasnt they changed this tube and they proceeded to do extra stuff without telling me and charging me for it. They kept my car Saturday to Tuesday with little to no communication. Sorry I work thats not ok nor is charging me extra for things we did not tell about.

Nice manager but quoted me $250 to install a cold air intake which I had part for already. I went up the street from my house and had it installed for only $100. They said it would take over 2 hrs but other repair shop installed in less then an hr.

Horrendous experience, my car was returned scratched, late and incomplete.i took my 1985 monte carlo to MAS for several improvements and repairs including new window molding, key cylinders, headlights, window motors, door handles carb tuning and more. i purchased my own parts in advance.when i picked my car up i noticed the following:-paint had been scratched from their attempt to install my headlights- trunk key cylinder repair was on my invoice but work wasn’t complete- carb tune was incomplete, my exhaust still blew clouds of white smoke (thx to Saddleback Auto for correcting their shoddy work)- windows no longer rolled up all the way after the molding was installed incorrectly (this was also corrected by Saddleback Auto)- i have parts missing from my car that were there when it was dropped it off (this could be due to them leaving my car outside, unlocked, with the windows down for multiple days)i could keep going, terrible experience all around.

Very good, fast, thorough service. Robb and Julio helped us out very kindly. Fixed a problem on our car in 30 minutes after we rolled in with a barely working car.

Mission Auto Service is a clean business. Rob is an honest man and will give you a fair price, especially compared to nearby auto-shops. The mechanics are salaried so there is no incentive to sell extra parts for nonexistent problems. In fact the mechanics receive rewards for returning customers, so the incentive is to do the best job at the lowest price.

As I had just received a broadcast email from Mission Auto Service a few days before promoting a customer discount, I pulled out my Blackberry and forwarded the discount coupon email to my friend right on the spot. He went to Mission Auto Service within 30 minutes and they took care of his service issue in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. MISSION AUTO SERVICE IS AWESOME.

Make an appointment especially on Saturday as they get very busy but these guys are great! Just moved to the area and found them passing by. Very honest, great work. Highly recommend!

Made an appt yesterday to have them look at the new car I bought from CarMax. Im an overly cautious person and wanted to be sure it was good to go. (My key fob wasnt performing a certain function).They checked my car out, explained why my key fob wasnt working and gave me a detailed list of everything. Great service and quality people. Had a check engine light that came on and after Missions review of my car, I needed to replace the timing belt. It was an easy and quick fix. Mission had my car done on time and as quoted.Love these guys and will always come back.

They got me into their shop the same day I called! I walked to the Dairy Queen across the parking lot and had lunch while waiting. It didnt take long for them to discover what was wrong with my car. Once they did, they took me out to my car that was elevated on the lift and showed me exactly what was wrong with it, and exactly which part they needed to replace. The part was ordered while I was in the room and was on its way before I left. I made an appointment to get the part put into my car and they were like extremely flexible with my hours. Very people oriented, honest, and helpful. I had a great experience.

Brought my car in because of a belt issue. Hands down only place Ive been where they didnt even think about trying to screw me with things. They took care of my issue fast and gave me a price that was the lowest Ive ever paid for a belt issue. Very friendly guys. Especially Hector. All in all great experience.

This place is honest. They arent the cheapest, but when youre only sold services you actually need youll save money in the long run. Pay a fair price, get fair service. Talk to Joe, hell take great care of you, explaining and showing you everything you need and why you need it.

Rob is a great guy. Checked codes, gave my honest feedback about whats most likely going on with my car. Came up with a quick (no cost) plan to see if his assessment is correct and let me know what to keep an eye out for and if/when I might need to bring it back in. Highly recommended.

Its hard to find a good, honest mechanic. The guys at Mission are both. And they work to make sure a problem is taken care of the first time. But should that not happen, they do all they can to ensure it is.

For as much driving one does in Southern CA, having a trustworthy and reliable mechanic is extremely important. Luckily, I discovered the guys at Mission Auto in Aliso Viejo who really care about service, educating the customer and preventative maintenance. Our family only takes our four vehicles to Mission Auto. We followed one of their mechanics, Marty, here and have always been treated fairly. My mother has been driven to work by them so that she didnt need to get a ride. Any mechanical or repair that has been done has been professionally done and discussed with us beforehand. We go every month to have our fluids checked and recently had a new/used car checked over by them. They located some areas of concern and we returned it back to the dealer with their recommendations. Our family would highly suggest you take your car here!

Good experience every time Ive been here. One time was quoted for a semi-synthetic oil change and Rob didnt have the right oil in even though he told me he did, so he had to use a more expensive oil, but he didnt charge me for the difference.

This is an awesome independently owned shop. Ive never had such great service before. Usually when I take my Jaguar anywhere it costs me hundreds of dollars even for the silliest things. They were super busy when I brought my car in but took a look at it right away. My trunk was jammed shut and would not open and they were willing to trouble shoot with me. Within a short time they were able to resolve the problem and did not charge me. I will be taking my business here in the future as I have been looking for a trustworthy independent shop nearby. My Honda Civic EX was low on oil. Joe greeted me right after I stepped out of the car, before I even got in the door. I told him what I needed. The keys were still in the car, and I left it running. Joe drove off, and before I know what was going on, my car was on the rack getting the oil it was hungry for.While Joe was tending to my engine, another guy walks in, and goes behind the counter. I hand him my money, and Im on my way. No sooner than I pulled out the money to pay for services rendered, Joe had my car waiting back in the same spot where we had started no more than 15 minutes prior.Id describe their A+ service with three Fs; Fast, Friendly, and Feasible.
