I went in for a normal service on my Lexus. They did an oil change, etc. Immediately after the service I noticed a humming noise from my engine. I asked them to take a look under the hood that perhaps they could tell what was wrong.Joe wouldnt even see me. He said, take it to Lexus, we dont work on those engines. All I wanted was for him/them to take a look under the hood. Perhaps it was something simple that they could correct.Im very disappointed with the way I was treated. Ill never go back nor recommend them to anyone.

Great service! They fixed my cars engine problem ahead of time. My car drives like brand new again. Should we need to get any of our cars fixed, well definitely take it to Super service of Aliso Viejo, we dont care if its quite a drive from us, we live in Lake Elsinore.

Took my F-150 in to have a check engine light and a loud engine noise diagnosed. Showed me photos of the problem (leaking coolant pump) and discussed the problem causing the check engine light. Also gave me an estimate (very reasonsble) on parts and labor to fix. Very professional, and customer service oriented. I will be taking back my truck to have the repairs performed ! - highly recommended.

I came to get my car checked out because it was leaking fluid and Bob the owner was so nice he even gave me a ride home and then came to get me to pick me up. My car drives so much better and I will definitely be using them moving forward.

First I was told on the phone that my service will take about 90 minutes. It took more than 4:30 hours.As I left, the warning sign came on, I drove back for another trip, oh, they forgot about the new machine needed to be reset individually.They wrote on their report that the wipers were worn out and needed change. My husband has changed them less than a week ago, yes he used the wrong wipers, but they were brand new. When I asked, they said that there were worn wipers in the trunk 😳

Please, please, please don’t go to this place, you will get rip-off, I guarantee you!I received a coupon by mail for oil change, as soon as I went there, the guy at the counter jacked upThe price and said that my car needs deferent grade oil and I said ok, then after a while he came backand asked me to go inside the garage and look at the car, he missioned serval major leaks and pointed the places where the leaks are. I declined to fix it and left the shop after the oil change.While I was at home, I noticed leaks on my driveway, I drove the car to a different mechanic for advice,The mechanic said that the engine block coolant drainage and oil filter left untied in order to simulate the leakage, he tied them up and the leaks stopped without any charges.

Left for work this morning and my Golf was making a clunk clunk clunk sound coming from the passenger side rear of my car. After some very explicit wishful thinking I decided maybe it need to be checked out. Aliso Foreign Car is next door to me and open early so I headed over thinking I needed new brakes.Needless to say a few hours after a very friendly check-in I get a call from Kent your brakes are fine they dont need to be replaced. Wanted to know what sound it was making. Did my best impression and told him the area the sound was coming from. In a Click and Clack Brothers worthy moment he said all right thanks that tells me something. Next call I got was loosely quoted as youre ready to go your E Brake wasnt releasing I cleaned it up. My bill was for labor and its ready to go. Dealer would have said Im crazy and charged more then 200 to leave and who knows what to get it fixed when it became an issue. Will recommend emphatically.

I’ve been to this shop a few times now. Each time I feel like the owner, Mo, really cares about helping me understand what’s up with my car and explaining my options to me. When I got my brakes done he showed me the drums and pads and discussed why I might want to replace vs regrind my drums. I felt like he’s partnering with me for my auto care, not just telling me what he’s going to do.Recently I had an intermittent AC problem with my Subaru. Apparently intermittent AC problems are notorious for being difficult to diagnose and correct. Mo and his team worked diligently to root out the issues. With all the work they did to correct this problem he definitely UNDER charged me, and my AC is working great!This shop treated me and my car right and I will be back. Highly recommended!

Mo was acting completely different than he did the first time, his mechanic wasnt happy with the part we bought for Mo to put in but Mo just passively told us as we were picking up the car after we paid for the work. I went here with a coupon for an oil change. The gentlemen at the front told me that it was going to be an extra fee for oil disposal and another quarter which wasnt unreasonable. I told him my car was a Jeep Renegade 2015 and pointed at the car right outside. He wrote up the price and I signed for it. Then when I brought the car around he said oh well this is a Jeep Renegade I thought you said Wrangler. There is going to be a change in the price. It more than doubled, went from a $30 oil change to an $80 oil change. No work had been done so I asked for me keys. There was an oil stain on the seat which I pointed out and the mechanic said that it was there when he got the car. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Aliso Foreign Car has taken care of my cars exclusively for over a decade. My Acura MDX currently has over 200,000 miles on it. And Aliso Foreign has been keeping record of all the repairs and maintenance since I got it at 35,000 miles. Kent and Scott are professional, competent and most importantly, trust-worthy. Just recently, I had a situation where they could have charged me a lot of money to replace a throttle body, but they cleaned it out instead, and saved me hundreds of dollars. We also worked together to solve some timing issues--coordinating the ordering of parts and service time required to replace. Very efficient and effective. Its this type of service and integrity that keeps me coming back.

Kent and Scott have given me decades of great, reliable, fair and honest service.During that time I have owned domestic and foreign vehicles purchased both new and used. When free dealer warrantee service on new vehicles expired, I would always have Aliso Foriegn Car work on it afterwards.Even when under warrantee, service that I would pay for anyway, such as the major periodic services, I would have them do the work because their service satisfies the warrantee requirements.Kent is very good at explaining why and how something is done in a way that is clear and understandable. Having done auto repair work for myself when I was in my teens and 20s, I understand auto mechanics probably a little bit better than the average guy. Because of that experience, I can tell when someone is giving me a dubious explanation.I can count on Aliso Foreign Car to be honest and fair. If you want your car washed and a nice shuttle bus or loaner, then by all means go to a dealer and pay the premium.
