Thanks to the great people and service at Rite Way Mobility, my family is at ease knowing my dad will have the lift chair he needs in time for a move to assisted living. Talked with Lindsey on a Wednesday, Steve brought out the wheelchair for my father to test ride. He liked it and we bought it right then and there. They gave me what I thought to be fair price on his old one. My dad asked about a cup holder and Steve sent me out an email with what he had 2 days layer. Thanks Steve and Lindsey!!!UPDATE: had an issue with our wheelchair and called Steve about it. I told him my father really relies on having it working. This was Monday afternoon. He came out Tuesday morning at 8:30 am and chair was fixed by 9am!!! Thanks again Steve!!! One of the nicest guys I’ve ever dealt with.

I originally had written a 1 star review due to the location not opening on time. And while I still believe that in a business where insurance companies routinely do not assist with the purchase of a mobility scooter and the customer is the one who will be paying large amounts of money that its imperative that the company does what it can to assist, including opening when stated.That being said, they did respond with an apology, and that is much appreciated and not often heard these day. As such, I am revising my review so that it does not hurt their business. I was not asked change the review by anybody and this was my way to return the respect shown to me.

First & Foremost ......HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ‼️I had been trying to get ahold of several places to look at my husband’s mobility scooter with no success. Everyone I contacted said...leave a message and we’ll get back to you. I finally got a recommendation from someone to try Riteway Mobility. I did and they took care of the scooter within 2 days and I feel that they charged me a fair price. Lindsey and Steve are very nice people to work with. The whole process ran so smoothly and my husband is back to buzzing around on his scooter. Thank you for everything.
