Best customer service I have ever received from a Verizon representative. I arrived with a not so pleasant attitude and had all intentions of leaving Verizon after 20+ years. Stu, the gentleman that took care of me was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve my issues and calm me down. Because of this experience, I will remain with Verizon and so will all of my family. If you havent had a good experience with Verizon, go see Stu in Aliquippa!! He will make sure you are taken care of!!!!

Excellent experience and amazing customer service! Andrew Marvich the store manager was patient, proactive, and professional throughout our entire experience. His sincere willingness to assist us and the other patrons we watched him serve, made an impression on me and my 16 year old daughter. This is not the closest store to us but from now on, this is the ONLY Verizon store we will be going back to!

I took my daughter to the Verizon store in Aliquippa to trade in her phone yesterday 4/20 and I wanted to say what an absolutely great experience it was. Andrew was very knowledgable and explained everything well. Casey, the other sales executive, had a great sense of humor and made the entire visit enjoyable. I was not even aware this store existed, but will be returning there for any issues in the future.
