Once again, I drove out from Pittsburgh pa to this garage because my experience was top notch. The mechanics were awesome, direct, and straight forward with answering any questions I had. Took care of me as far as getting my rotors and breaks taken care of, once again for a unbelievable deal that I still cant fathom, because ford and other dealers offering per rotor a 300-450/per rotor & break replacement. These guys got me taken care of for under 200 for rear break pads and rotors for under a 4th of what it would of cost me with other dealers (Monroe and Ford OEM who I checked last with).So Im good as far as that goes, and I can confirm they still offer the previously mentioned discounts as I mentioned in my previous review of them last year (regarding military and oil cracker discount).This all said, my previous and current review stand current. Ill be coming back here in October for my inspection, oil change, and any future repairs I may need. My experience was that good.Worth mentioning the two mechanics I did talk to there I know one is a veteran, thank you for your guys service, over seas and vehicular!

My wife has had some poor quality customer service from this place, no one seems to want to answer the phone there, she has posted twice about this place and it seems that the reviews were deleted, that’s ok we k ow the truth of what happened. We were told to come back today and no one was there, we drove 25 miles to a closed building. You can choose to delete this or not it’s up to you.

Friendly on phone and in person. Quick service. Free coffee and Netflix in the lobby. Very affordable. Would definitely go again if in the area.

They got me a great deal on new, all-weather tires that even has a decent warranty. A lot cheaper than what even Sams Club has! That wholesale connection makes the difference. The staff were awesome to talk to & made it easy to understand a mechanical problem I had with my previous vehicle.I had 2 appointments setup (1 for tires, brakes, & oil change, 1 for mechanical repairs) & had no issues since the repairs were made.Just an overall good experience & didnt feel negatively at all, considering many mechanics Ive encountered, in the past, talk down to women as though we are ignorant of machinery. I didnt get a sense that they were suggesting ridiculous or unnecessary repairs either, like a few local places Ive experienced. Just a great & convenient shop with lower costs, really good staff, & I highly recommend their services!

Great place. They were fast with my oil change and they have great customer service. Plus reasonable prices on just about any work that you need done. If recommend them to anyone.

I decided to find a place near my house for an inspection because I was tired of driving far just for something that seems sort of simple. Enter Express Auto Care. The place is easy to find and the mechanic seems like he knows what hes doing. Prices arent much different than other places around, either. I definitely didnt feel like I was getting a bad deal coming here.I did remove one star though for a reason that wasnt related to the business itself: the smoke in the sitting/reception area. Im sensitive to smells and being a non-smoker it was definitely an overwhelming scent to walk into. For anyone else that might have issues with scents or they dont like the smell of smoke - like me - be aware of this. I would have sat outside if it wasnt freezing out.Otherwise the place seems good for a mechanic shop.

This shop was great! They helped me find tires for my Ford Escape at a great price!!! I was having a problem with my front tires, they diagnosed the problem and corrected it. It was quick and I was on my way. Im defintely coming back
