Great customer service. They really rescued us in a pinch, our freezer stopped working and we needed a temporary replacement immediately. They had us in & out quickly and even squeezed us in on their very busy delivery schedule. An employee gave up some of his lunch break just so he could follow us home with our refrigerator. We were able to save all of our food because he cared and made that sacrifice. We are so grateful for the two men who helped us that day

The worst experience I’ve ever had buying any product in my life. If you are even a day late on a payment, they will call and threaten you. I am currently up to date on my payments and I just received a call from my sister saying they came to take the product from her and that she needed to let them in her house. I’ve never seen or heard of anything like this in my life. Do not give these people your money. They will threaten you and your family with physical violence.

These people will literally bang on your door demanding money if youre 13 days past payment. Thats when we dropped them immediately. Screw that nonsense. What a terrible way to treat customers. Two dudes at my door demanding a sub-$100 payment? Does Comcast do that? Verizon? Your gas company? Netflix? Literally anyone??NEVER SHOP HERE EVER

My name is Addie(Mae)Taylor.I purchase today,Tues.07/2017, my first king-sized bedroom set,after 5 yrs.I went to RentACenter,in Aliquippa,Pa.15001 and received the most,courteous service . everyone was polite, and assisted,me in choosing a bedrm.set of my choice,and had no problem showing me the bedrm.set. and let me decide, without pressure or obligation, whether I wanted it or not.everything was done in order,and timely fashion.the furniture was delivered to my home,the same day of my order. Stephen and Mason,the movers were very efficient and set up my bedrm.set.also I like to thank James and kim,store mgrs.for their assistance with helping me choose the most affordable payment plan.
