My family and I are so thankful for Mr. Chivorn’s patience in resolving our storage needs. He is a very professional and caring person. We were able to rent a unit in the facility without difficulty. Just would like to add a written review to the 5 star I posted earlier. Chevonne (hope I spell his name correctly) was incredibly helpful. He walked down to my unit in the heat to open the slide and showed me how to use the lock. He was courteous, pleasant and simply came across as a very nice person.

I LOVE Extraspace storage!! The facilities are CLEAN and secure. The representatives are super nice and helpful. I have 3 units at different locations. Alhambra being my top pick. Ty Jackie for being a super star in my high standard eyes.

I really like that this storage place stays open until 10pm 7 days a week. You cant find that at very many storage places. I also love the fact that you can go through the whole process to rent a storage online.

I was supposed to move into an apartment, but due to a pest control issue, I had to find a storage unit instead. The first unit I found was large enough, however the lift could not accommodate my queen mattress or TV strand. In a panic, I contacted the original storage facility and they found a unit for me. I was not only moving my things from one unit to the other, but I had to return my uhaul trailer on time AND graduate from college all in the same day.Michael, thank you soooooooo much for taking the time to find a unit that was easy to access and large enough to hold all my things. You were so kind and understanding and helped my sister and I more than you know. I appreciate your professionalism, kindness, and accommodations. Chivron who helped us and works in the office, was very polite and helpful. The unit is clean, a good height, and close to our home. The storage unit appears to be safe and well lit.

Found a storage garage for my car in Southern California. Was an easy & efficient experience. I prefer to talk to a real person & the young man who helped me from headquarters was friendly, patient & had great suggestions. He found the size I needed in the closest town (even looked up my car’s dimensions) & told me that the on-sight manager would call me within 10 minutes. And guess what, she did! We set an appointment and the rest went so smoothly. The facility is clean & security good. The paperwork was electronic & I left feeling relieved!

Good experience so far.Prices are lower than most facilities in the area. Seems like every large unit has drive up access (though you give up climate control by not having them located inside a building).The office staff is friendly and helpful. Access is not 24 hours, but the window of access is everything except late at night.You get use of a free moving truck within the first 10 days of signing up (the truck may be moving to another location).The backside units face the decline to the train tracks and feels pretty isolated. I dont know if they have cameras on the backside, but it would put you more at ease if they did. Otherwise try to get a unit in the front.You get a gate code. The parking lot is so small that there isnt drive-up access to the keypad on the way in. Thats annoying. You have to get out, punch in your code, then get back in your vehicle. Leaving is drive-up, thankfully.Overall it seems to function well and as expected. You get a place to store your stuff. Its not more complicated than that. The staff seems upfront and in it for the long haul rather than a quick buck. Other customers there were complimentary toward them while I was there. Theres an odd traffic light/intersection set up at the entrance to their parking lot that I havent quite figured out. Its not obvious if youre leaving and coming at the light or just before it. Mission isnt too busy of a street, though, which is good for the location and getting moving trucks in and out. If it were a busier street then I could see accidents happening with people unsure of whether they have to wait for a green light or not to turn left out of the parking lot.I would recommend this place to anyone living in the area.
