Great buying experience! Went shopping for a 2021 S1000RR and left the dealership with exactly what I wanted for less than i was expecting to pay. I brought my KTM Adventure R 2021 here for 600mi service and was delighted to receive excellent service!they have the ability to dropoff and make the bike short term. there are rare ktm accessories in stock, I bought here a KTM Shoei Hornet X2 helmet that I was looking for half a year on the Internet.

MY 2015 K1600GT running poorly with difficult starts, sporadic rpm and poor throttle response. NC BMW were able to confirm the diagnosis as a fuel pump failure and successfully turned it around in a few days. Appointments are strung out at many dealers these days so you need to be patient.

My BMW scooter failed last year. The problem was slippage between the intake camshaft and the cam sprocket. Dealer supposedly fixed it, but 2 weeks ago it happened again. Dealer does not return my calls.

Alex over at the service department is great. hes attentive and gives you the time along w/ trying to make things happen whenever he can. rear wheel had some damage along with a leak in the rear tire. during the turnaround i was traveling and he assured me theyd hold the bike until i had gotten back. what a huge improvement over the last management.

Its rare to go into a motorcycle shop and everyone knows your name. Feels like Cheers Kevin, Gigi, Gerardo and Danny, Chloe and Karen are top notch. They care about their customers. Pete in the service dept is a guy of high integrity. He needs to know he can sleep at night so he makes sure the work on your bike is done correctly. You know this when you see the little torque marks on the bike. I cant recommend them more highly. The only problem I find at New Century is that everyone is so nice that you (me) end up spending more time just chatting when I should be getting on with the day.

Hi. The sales person KC be aware of him. Not friendly not honest. I called today to inquire about a 2017 BMW R1200GS Adventure they just got in stock and he didn’t knew what I was talking about. When I got there in person I see the bike and he said he got it from his fellow rider and he gave him 15300$ for the motorcycle as a trade in. And the KBB value is 15830$ . He have it listed for 17000$ and he said he can’t negotiate much because they have to much into the motorcycle. Trade in value for the motorcycle at dealership is 11900$ . You want me to believe that bs? Stay away from this sales guy he is not honest. I can’t speak about anyone else at that location because my first interaction was with him. This is not my first time when I purchase or sold or trade in to dealership so I learn how things work but to be lied like that and be taken advantage is just sick. I will never step into that place again.

Had a tire warranty issue. gerardo and danny were excellent at getting me squared away on bringing in my 790 duke, and already having the new tires ready for me.in the past i’ve had to drop off the bike then return the following day. this time around they had me in and out in 1.5hrs.

I was in need of service on my two BMW’s and wanted to have the work completed by a dealer. New Century is only three miles from my home and was the obvious choice. My hesitation was a result of the numerous negative reviews that hit me very time I did a web search on them. I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and try them.Things started out well and I was greeted for check in and got the work order submitted. - I think my primary criticism would be that communication is very poor. The staff seems overloaded with work and although the people are friendly there’s not a great deal of follow through. Today I took a ride out to New Century Motorcycles to get a duplicate key made for my R1200GS Adventure motorcycle. This was my first visit to this dealership, so being the Motorrad Motorhead that I am visiting a new dealership is always exciting. Of course I wasnt sure what to expect when visiting this new location, bit was more then pleasantly surprised at this dealership. Everything from the sales staff to the parts department, and even service was nothing short of absolute perfection. The dealership just made sense. There were no holier than thou attitudes that Ive unfortunately experienced with other BMW dealerships. The only thing that I found here were very friendly people that wanted nothing more than to make your experience a pleasant one, and thats exactly what they did. Yes there are closer dealerships to my home, but none as professional and absolutely enjoyable to visit. I will gladly drive the additional 25 minutes to visit these fine people again and again. Such genuinely wonderful people. 5 stars the enter way!

Ive been getting my BMW serviced at New Century for a while now and its always been nice dealing with Ruben. Danny in parts is very nice too! I just recently bought a 790 Adventure R through KC in sales, which was a very pleasant experience. Ive bought from other dealerships whose sales guys can be pushy and seem snaky. KC knows brands like KTM sell themselves and he didnt beat around the bush. He was very nice and straight forward and we had some good convos during the process. Of course I was stoked about the 790, but also left feeling good about who I had bought it from.

I had a really great sales experience. Love my new KTM RĆ 390. They told me how much out the door within minutes and that’s exactly what I paid.

Went in looking for the RR. KC was quick to help me and answer all my questions. No pressure to get me to put down a deposit. The bike was on backorder but he added me to the list for a small deposit. When a bike similar to the one I order arrived he called to ask if I was interested. I passed on it and felt no pressure to purchase it. When the bike I wanted finally several months later, KC called me immediately and I was there the next day to purchase. Gigi was also great. The transaction was easy without any bait and switch techniques typically pulled by dealerships. No pressure whatsoever to purchase add ons. I appreciate their customer service and would recommend to others. If their service department is as friendly and straightforward I can see doing more business with them for a long time. I’m a motorcycle junkie and usually buy 1-2 bikes a year. Some of them good experiences, some of them bad experiences. It’s rarely I feel that I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. I work as a manager at a very big car dealership where we prioritize customer satisfaction ahead of everything else. Being an advocate for customer service, I see many wrong doings and not customer friendly practices. I don’t expect perfection but I think most places miss the common sense. My experience with New Century Motorcycles has been as perfect as it gets from the beginning to end. I went there on two occasions, first to test ride the bikes and then to finalize the deal. It was no pressure at all, fair pricing from the get go, no back and forth haggling. My bike had couple of manufacturing issues and they took it very seriously, and they are already remedying the problems. One of them, a tiny scratch, they pointed it out. That makes me so happy, because most places won’t say anything and when you the bike for couple of days, you can’t complain anymore, because it could’ve happened in your possession. Very pleased with my new 2018 F 800 GS trophy edition!The whole process was seamless and perfectly timed. I first walked in with the intention of finding a used 800 gs. They had a great selection, but not the right one for me at the time. They mentioned they’d would call me if they received one. One week later, Gigi called me saying they got one in but it was new, but around the price that worked for me. I was able to come in right before they closed (literally minutes before), do the paperwork and have the bike delivered to my house shortly after. Very happy with the bike and customer service I received from Gigi. She wasn’t going to conveniently sell me something she already had on the floor, nor did she pressure me at all when it came to the new bike. What she did do was get me on the right bike
