Great store overall, but literally zero help offered. Im not in construction or anything by trade so most of what I do is DIY items. Not even big projects but normal things--drilling into walls for anchors, gardening, patching up holes and weather stripping doors etc. But sometimes Im looking for an item or have a question and the commercials make it look like the staff will happily help you. The few times Ive asked, they barely seemed to know where they were let alone help me. As such, its great to pick up items you know where to grab and what you are doing. But if you are looking for any help, let alone friendly help, go to your local store. The cashiers have always been very helpful though...and friendly.

5 stars for Isaiah, the garden center employee who assisted me. I appreciated his input and interest in my concerns. Not used to that. Usually its someone who either doesnt know and/or doesnt care about the garden area. They also are pretty well stocked with healthy drought tolerant plants.

Always have whatever your looking for & there cheaper then going to Lowes for what you need you can go to Home Depot...

Lots of employees and no help. It is unbelievable to see how many employees they have and they ignore customers.

Got some plants and new lights for both porches ♥️ OH and they have propane....I have not been able to get propane for 2 weeks. 👍

Its Christmas time and thankfully, Home Depot stocks a forest of trees to take home and everything else to satisfy your holiday decoration needs. Theyve got this down to a science and try to keep things as easy as possible for the customer. Went in to grab my tree and a wreath and got out for under $40. The tree selection is great and is an experience I prefer versus the small Christmas tree lots. Staff was helpful and got everything taken care of quick!

I WAS AT THE ALHAMBRA STORE 20MIN AGO. WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY VISIT. A YOUNG MAN BY THE NAME OF THOMAS IN THE GARDEN DEPT. WAS VERY HELPFUL. EVEN ASKED ME IF I WOULD LIKE FOR HIM TO LOAD MY PURCHASE IN TO MY VEHICLE. NOW THINGS ARE CHANGING. I HAVE NOT ONCE HEARD AN EMPLOYEE ASK ME IF I NEEDED HELP WITH MY PURCHASE. I HAVE ALSO HAD TO FLAG SOMEONE DOWN FOR HELP. THIS WAS A PLEASANT VISIT. KEEP IT UP THOMAS, SHOW THE OTHER COWORKERS WHAT RESPECT IS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. GOD REWARDS YOUR GOOD WORK. I HOPE HOME DEPOT WILL ALSO.

Phone customer service at this store is abominable. Ive been passed around to several different people in several different departments when asking for the garden center and each time put on terminal hold. Insane. Ill drive an extra 20 miles to not have to deal with these people
