Karen was extremely helpful. Came in with a severe migraine & 30 min later it was gone. She provided above & beyond customer service.

CVS pharmacy, they ve help me very quick and courteous. They’ve filled up my prescription in 20 minutes. Nice job guys !

UNTRAINED, UNPROFESSIONAL, UN-COOPERATIVE STAFFSpent nearly 20 mins at the phito kiosk, teying to print a photo. First, the USB connection method doesnt work. After multiple holds and waits Im told youll have to use the website... even though there was an app option. So, downloaded app... tried again... wifi on printer machine ask for a password. Neither CS not Manager knows it. Dimple answer its not working. Well, I said, would u be calling someone to check; because the system.seems to respond to the wifi connection. Is something wrong with the app then?In all this, the attitude seemed to be were not here to print yr photos... wanna do it, figure it out.. When asked his name, the Manager, with no name tag on shirt, says, why do u need my name? Unbelieveable!CVS: if you want tonprovide a service, provide it impeccably. Dont waste peoples time. The fact that your memebrship card hasnt ever been connected to the name, for 10 years, after multiple attempts (Ave 60, Figueroa St location) has enough of a nuisance. It neednt be compounded w8th bad attitude from the store.

I would give 0 star. Poor customer service and the agent refused to help!

Excellent venue for all vaccinations. Very professionally run. I cant believe how inoculations can be virtually painless... each pharmacist is a master of painless injections and definitely here to help us through our weakest moments.

Please go a different pharmacy to get your prescriptions. I was unable to get a name brand here that my dr prescribed. After putting info from a coupon for the drug into their computer, they said they didnt have a contract to be able to apply the coupon. I told the Pharmacy staff that the doctor said if I had any trouble, to give them a call and they would prescribe a different drug. There was a lot of unnecessary back and forth communication. The pharmacist called my dr and told me that the office was closed. I said calmly (but I was obviously getting upset, not angry just frustrated, as I needed the medication the same day), that I was sorry it was causing such a problem. The pharmacy tech was laughing and speaking in another language to the pharmacist! Insensitive and rude! So I drove all the way to Walgreens, and while talking to the pharmacy tech there, called my doctor and they answered! They said that their office was closed but they were taking calls. They then called in a different prescription for me. NO MORE MAIN ST CVS PRESCRIPTIONS FOR ME! Closest to me but too bad. 😠

They have good deals, but the service isnt so. got tons of cereals fr $1.97 each, but why do the employees think they DONT work for u. its work!

I rarely go to this store but I was really happy for customer service . I don’t really know the name, and not sure if he’s a manager or sth but it was good to have a good services like that, as a cashier . Nice and friendly guy!

Filthy trashy please clean it

This staff is exceptional! I was going to have to drive 8 hours back to the town I was in previously, to get some urgently-needed medicine delivered late to that other pharmacy. The CVS in Alhambra saved me! I called all over the L.A. area to find it, but no one had my medicine. The CVS in Alhambra had my rather rare heart medicine & filled it in hours. They were so thoughtful & kind, so compassionate & worked so quickly to get my medicine ready, I was blown way. What a fantastic group of pharmacists & pharmacy staff. Very thankful to Benjamin, Betty, & Michelle.

Everyone was so very nice. I was greeted immediately even tho they were busy. MY cashier was so helpful to help me find an item. He was so pleasant. I just recently moved here and this is the ONLY CVS I will come to. My cashiers name was JONATHAN. He deserves a raise and never let him go. Very, VERY nice. Thank You VERY much.

Number one issue with the pharmacy is the complete and utter lack of discretion on behalf of the pharmacist. My mind is honestly blown. She talks to everyone like she is speaking to a hearing impaired individual. I feel like she has to get off on embarrassing people. Her indiscretion is that wild.

Had a horrible experience with the night crew, theyre racist towards African Americans and profile you as soon as you walk in the store. Since my rude encounter with the associates there is filed a complaint with corporate l. Well at least they contacted me back insuring me they will take care of the problem, only time will tell. The store’s fine, the cashier lady is nice. But at 1:30pm there’s only one counter open. Line’s long and people’s inpatient.

Drove into the CVS Drive thru window and was greeted right away with a friendly face, big smile, professionally. The experience was GREAT seeing I was not having a good day. Thanks to Michele...I drove out without a negative thought. Recommend, this Alhambra, Main St CVS to all. 😎

Going to transition from filling my prescriptions here and shopping in general despite how close I live to this location. Just as corrupt as my insurance company. Was paying $250 month through insurance for a medication for my daughter. Month after month they said do you know the cost is $250 for this?. Of course I said yes because this medication is for my daughter. Mentioned this to our doctor and he flipped out. All I had to do is get a GoodRx coupon and purchase without insurance for $35/month! Are you kidding me? They said nothing month after month as I was paying $250 each time I went in struggling to pay for this. Took coupon and prescription to Ralphs and getting 3 months or $75. Thanks for ripping me off insurance company and CVS. They are all in this together unfortunately! Huge thank to my out of network doctor!!!! It came up by accident. Feel like I won the lottery.

Really racist here I couldn’t even use the restroom without a code “understandable” but when the manager came to open the bathroom door for me he was really rude, & he closed the door for me like if I was a child! Meanwhile when I was done, there was a manager waiting for me outside? He literally just barged right in the same restroom I was using, (there was two restrooms to) and checked for what I don’t know? Then got folllowed till I was good and ready to check out I was with my family I had no purpose of stealing I make a good living and for them to follow me around assuming I’m “stealing” is a real issue not sure if this happens a lot at their location but there are better ways dealing with that, just because my skin is dark doesn’t mean I will steal!! I go to the other the cvs down the street and never once got treated this way! The management needs to let their paying customer breathe and let them shop!

Benjamin Ho is the worst pharmacy technician I have ever come across in my 30 years as a diabetic. I came late to the pharmacy because I had an issue with getting my insulin filled and he seemed disgusted that I was even alive. He was so dismissive and I told him I had Type 1 diabetes and had an issue and he seemed even more disgusted. The whole staff was definitely not in the CVS let me go out of my way to help you.

BAD service with RACIST employees. All employees here will show you the attitude if you are African-American or little speak English. They dont issue the drug that needs prescription and they wont explain you anything if that happens. They just let you go with over the counter drugs plus charge money for that (even insurance covers all). I wouldnt even bother going to CVS if I can get the drug over the counter. Now I have to go back to the clinic again for the same prescription letter.

Open all night and well stocked. Been visiting this location for over 15 years and never had a bad experience.

Staff here are so nice and helpful. They always greet you with a smile . I always find what I am looking for .

There is a dilemma with the morning shift. I comprehend that employees are overwhelmed with stress, as any other employment, but when calling in the employee speaks so fast it is uncomphrehensible. Next thing I realize that I am placed on hold only for the returning employee to ask me questions with sarcasm in their voice. I’ve worked in the hospitality business for years and focus on customer service. Phone etiquette is a critical requirement and one can detect if the person on the other end has a smile or being rude. I suggest retraining these employees. There are numerous of these types in the Medical and Pharmacutecal fields that should not be there. However the Pharmacists are kind and do cover at times in addition to filling prescriptions and answering calls.

Cool if you cant make it to 7/11. Management here is weak.

The women at the pharmacy are so rude and racist. The moment they saw me they gave this look. They refuse to fill up my prescription because they were too busy (btw I was on crutches and in pain) meanwhile they were serving Asian customers before and after me. Their names Kathy and finnieI can see by reviews that this an ongoing issue at this cvs

Ron, who used to work at the CVS on Sierra Madre, got promoted! Woo hoo! Thats great to hear, esp. since he seems like a good & helpful person. Hes always been courteous whenever I have any questions about where things are in the store.

`Usually they have long lines here and the people are USUALLY nice but man i went yesterday to the pharmacy and those woman even the person in charge (she wasnt in uniform) treated me like im so stupid she mumbled stuff as she walked away, they still havent called about me about my Meds overall it was the WORRRST SERVICE EVER i left in such a bad mood those women ESPECIALLY the person in charge should have better customer service! and a name tag would help!

One of the worst CVSs ever for customer service. Time mgmt is important, and life is too short for rude service. Taking my business elsewhere. CVS, you have a problem....
