I sent my daughter a beautiful graduation arrangement. I was worried after reading these reviews. HOWEVER, I was pleasantly relieved when she sent me a picture. She LOVED IT! I happen to call in the morning to speak to somebody regarding directions. The person who answered was very courteous, friendly and put my mind at rest. My daughter said the driver was also very friendly and pleasant and made sure he called her to ensure she received it. Her message also arrived which worried me if it would make it. Overall, great experience. I would use them again! Thank you for making a COVID graduation SPECIAL!
Where do I even start?Well, Ill just say that they dont seem to care about their customers. After I tried to reach them about my order so many times via phone and other means in regards to clarifying my delivery instructions, they cancelled my order last-minute right on Mothers Day in the afternoon.Seriously? I left messages and then a voicemail to confirm my order because they wanted verbal confirmation to proceed with the delivery, since they didnt seem too concerned about picking up the 30+ calls I made throughout the weekend. Im not even mad about the fact that they cancelled, but that I got an email from them that my order was cancelled right in the afternoon on Mothers Day, leaving me with no other options for gifts, since other places were already booked. (And might I add that it wasnt even a personalized or official cancellation email, it was a notification that my payment got refunded without explicitly stating that the order got cancelled.) If they had bothered to pick up my calls or tried harder in reaching out earlier even just the evening before Mothers Day, then I wouldnt have been so frustrated with the cancel on their part and been able to schedule something else then. But alas, they had to just wait on the last possible minute or something to cancel the order.Also, I wanted to point out I know its the Mothers Day weekend and I understand its busy, but when I called other Edible Arrangements locations for potential backups, they immediately picked up my calls and didnt leave me on-hold, so shout-out to the DTLA and San Gabriel locations for great customer service. This is what separates good businesses/services from those that clearly dont care about their customers.Like Im not asking to be treated like a king/queen/royal noble and for you to cater to my every needs; I understand that workers are people too. But Im just saying to get respect, you have to also give respect. I really tried my best to get in contact/be responsive and polite in my message/voicemail with them, so all Im really asking for is some decency and to not be essentially ignored and ghosted off the face of the Earth when there were expectations (which I learned I shouldnt have anymore for this store), since customers are also an important part of a thriving business. I dont want to sound like Im just obnoxiously complaining and picking every little detail, but cmon, yall barely even tried here. And I tried voicing my concerns directly to the store, but of course, they havent bothered to and most likely wont respond, so I have to get my voice heard somewhere, explaining why were at this point.All-in-all, it seems to just be nonexistent service at this particular Alhambra Edible Arrangements location. And what kind of is unfortunate is that this one store will most likely deter me from ever buying something from Edible Arrangements ever again, despite the friendly staff and quick response at the other non-Alhambra locations. Probably for the better to not support most of these overpriced large franchises/corporations anyway and start thinking about supporting more of our small local florists and bakeries instead.

I ordered The Berry Best Mom Bouquet and 12 Dipped Strawberries for my mom for Mothers Day. When they delivered they told her that the Bouquet was the only thing on the order. Which is not true at all. I paid $107.97 for this and half of the order did not arrive. I want my money back, I do not want strawberries sent in three days. If I do not get an answer or call back soon, Ill report it to the bank and take care of it from there. Im not sure how this got so screwed up and there is simply no excuse on missing items. The person that made the delivery lied about what we ordered. I have photos and everything on video to proof that I was ripped off. Do not go to this store.

I ordered some arrangements for my daughter and they delivered somebody elses arrangements. The manager said it was okay because it was exact order as the other. My message wasnt delivered nor was it the same. He asked for pictures to prove it was not the order at that point I was fed up, pretty much called a liar. Spoke with their corporate office to get another delivered. Worst edible arrangements.
Everything was fine but delivered different balloon then what was told, i understand that i varies from store but should have called the customer to let them know.
Placed online order thursday n was told it was still time.tryed calln n they never picked up fone..drove from west la to Alhambra just to be told it was voided .mg derick said.they wrongly over extended themselves n cancel my order without notified.they so un profesional. Never ordenr there again..
Worst store ever I called 18 times they never picked up just to rush after work to see whats up and Derek whom I placed my order with didnt submitt it waste of time and money
Claims to have made a delivery attempt but never received anything. Tried to explain that only the day arranged on order would be the opportunity for delivery due to a family trip the next day but refused to make anymore attempts. No refund offered Poor customer service
The fruits are always fresh, and the chocolate covered ones are simply delicious; you can always find a beautiful arrangement in your price range.
My partner loved the chocolate strawberries, I totally recommend this place. But place your order in advance.
Never have boxes for strawberries and dont have trays for platters. Horrible experience
