I LOVE their candles!! So happy to find this little gem at the market place. I now order online every few months. I also use their linen fragrance in my teenage daughters room and will be using their candles has a party favor at her b-day party. They make the perfect gifts! Great customer service!

Absolutely love these candles and range of other products by Rx Candles! Unlike the below reviewer, Ive only had positive experiences and the owners always reach out personally with an email, and either include a discount for next purchase or small sampler of another scent. I now wear Homme daily as my signature scent and my friends always ask what it is. Love this company!

Horrible customer service, this lady Jocelyn Chun does not know how to run a business! I have been ordering these candles for a while and spent a lot of money but when I had a problem with my shipping Jocelyn did not attempt to resolve the issue and instead blamed me with back and forth petty emails! This lady is greedy, greedy, greedy and does not care at all about having loyal customers. I may have liked their product but it is not worth the awful experience with their customer service!! I will never buy from her again and am warning other customers that this company will not help you should you have an issue. Beware of this shoddy business!
