I went to the Firestone recently for a Wheel Alignment, the parking there is a bit minimal, when I arrived at the parking lot, there was just two parking spots available, but another car was moving in one of them so basically it was just one parking, when I turned left into the parking lot to park in the only one spot available just straight ahead of me coming from a very busy street, there was a car with the door open, I waited for a few minutes hoping that the person would close the car door, but the person did not closed it, so I got out of my car to asked him kindly to close the door, to my surprise the guy in the car was Genaro, one of the Firestone employees, who annoyed told me to park in another spot as if there were so many. Genaro was very rudo and impolite to me. I will never come back again to this Firestone. Thanks for the bad service you provide Genaro.

Came here due to blown tire. Was taken care of right away and I left within one hour of my arrival. Staff very courteous and professional.

Great service and employees were very helpful. After visiting several tire shops, this location was the only one who had the tires that I needed in stock. (tires for a commercial sprinter van). They have a self serve coffee station, public restroom, and a waiting area with a small TV with Direct TV. There is also a CVS and a McDonalds across the street. Overall, reliable place to get your tires changed.

This place is a joke. I scheduled a basic tire repair service, just needed a patch, something that takes about 20 minutes. My appointment was at 2pm, filled out the paperwork and gave the guy at the service desk my key, and he told me he’d give me an update in 20 minutes or so on how long the service would take for the tire. I wait all the way until 3:30 roughly, no update, and I walk over to the window outside and notice my car hasn’t even been moved yet. To top it off, the service guys weren’t even apologetic about it and could honestly care less. Poor service and there are just many other better places to take your car. DO NOT GO HERE.

Firestone does not value your time, need to wait 3hrs to replace tires. A task that should be approximately 15min to do.Update: Been 4hrs and still waiting for tires to be replaced. Got the truck on the lift at the 3hr mark and after an hour they only removed tires... Worst mistake coming here.

I love doing business with Firestone.They are not only fast but very reliable and trustworthy. The staffs are very respectful and knowledgable. They always put your need and interest on top and concern about your safety.Its worth the price, I tell you.

No written estimate given and charged for extra labor for a one-man job -fluid exchange. Change your motto about honesty being the keystone of business. I will not return to this station!

I have been to this Firestone a couple of times in the past when I was in town to visit family to have them do an alignment and they do a good job.Recently, I took my car to a Firestone location near where I lived in PHX to use my lifetime alignment package and they refused to do any work as they claimed my tires are too worn down and would be a liability issue, even though I still had a bit of tread left. Trying to upsell some new tires on me.I decided to try this location out when I was in town, to get a second opinion and they drove it on the rack and did the inspection and alignment for me without any issues! I know what I see, and I am glad that this location agreed with me on that.Moral of the story, dont bash an entire a chain company. If one location doesnt work try another one!

Parking is a bit minimal in front but there is some street parking. The staff is efficient and gives good estimates of time required for service to be completed. They were able to patch my tire and get me on the road again

So I have an appointment for 4 o clock at 4:20 my car still out there and nobody doing anything, I told one of the men why my car still out there and no one doing anything, so he said,I will take care of it,then 20 minutes went by, and I thought ok maybe my car is about ready so I went outside to check, lo and behold my car just park in the back and.nothing has been done,so I went inside and ask the same man,why my car still thete,there, said I will take care of it right now,my point is why do I need an appointment if they cant do it,I love this stord,store, come by here all the time but the.manager that I used to know moved to Texas,so now I think I will find another place to service my car,I brought so much business here.

Busy day at Firestone, but they were still accommodating and did what they could to take care of my needs. Not empty promises, but actual customer service. Good job.

Im came here for an emergency with a bad valve tire, and the end I have to buy a new tire just because they said my tire doesnt work anymore so, what I see is this guys only cares about sales not to help the customer at all!!! so instead to pay $15 for my valve I finishing pay $250 just for one tire!!

I asked for a price to get an idea what everything might run how to give all the information on me and the vehicle first before he would give me any information I told him the price seemed a bit High turning the rotors every single time is not always needed he told me thats the way they do it if I dont like it I can do some place else cuz I didnt think it was right he offered me my keys so I could leave so I will take my business elsewhere someone who does not get mad by asking them about price or seems like he got offended wasted my time

I really want to give a more positive review. I really do. The personnel here are very personable. The prices not over the top. But on more than one occasion, after services were rendered, the hood on my vehicle was left unlatched. A very unpleasant surprise - scared the wits out of me. Thank goodness I didn’t have damage or an accident. I will be looking for a new mechanic.I want to edit my review. It was a petty thing to complain about...it’s my responsibility to walk around my vehicle before I drive. I apologize guys.Also, I was stuck without a truck & these guys went above and beyond to help me out. I’ll never complain about you’all again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I went back for the 4th battery in 5 years get a replacement they gave me a discount on it which was good the technician not so good he forgot to keep my battery plugged so I would not lose the memory in the computer or the radio I had trouble with the RPMs all the way home and it died like maybe 10 times by the time I got here it was okay but they should learn to fix this problem before they let a customer leave with their car if they know this is going to happen

Called in to get a quote on a rear break job on my car. Was told I had to come in and do a diagnostic on it. Told them Im extremely busy with work. The guy I spoke with insisted I needed to first come in and get the car checked out before getting a quote. I was told how would I get the car In if Im too busy at work for a initial diagnostic. I would do the brake job on my own if I had time. They wouldnt give me a price for the brake job

Very friendly service

Some of the staff are friendly, but others aren’t. Facetious at times. Expect staff to make jokes in the background. They try to upsell you on everything. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Definitely have been to better Firestone’s over the years. Only plus is they are willing to walk you through the issue with your car in great detail and offer a phone charging port. Yet, the lobby is a bit dingy, and the parking is so tiny.

This is the second time I go to a Firestone service center. Im again very pleased. They answered all my questions, they recommended additional services as well as future maintenance. They did it all without pressuring me. Will keep going back. Thanks!

Super fast and reliable service

Courteous, honest and fast service. Went there for a nail embedded in my tire and was prepared for having to wait while they patch the tire, but within 5 minutes, Ben told me the nail did not puncture the tire. And they did not charge me for their time. Thank you !!

I cant say enough thanks to Adam -the customer service Rep, the Master Technician and Jonathan- the younger technician. You guys are amazing.I pulled up to your driveway at 5:15 pm without an appointment due to a horrific grinding noise from the break. You did the free inspection and ordered the parts for me within 30 minutes. You waited for the parts to arrive and stayed late working until 8:15 pm to replace all four rotors, break pads, and most importantly, trying patiently, repeatedly and successfully reset the code of the proprietary electrical break system of my LR SUV. Adam, you explained and updated me with every situation throughout the three hours. You are right about having full confidence in the Master Technician. Because of your teamwork, I was able to drive myself home safely with a brand new break system tonight; no need to call for AAA or Uber! Thank you so much and best luck to all of you!!!

I get my oil changed and my tires aligned every 4 months so my tires wear evenly. Lifetime Alignment is worth the cost.

Got lifetime warranty on alignment, did it 5 times and each time they ask me to replace some parts that can affect the alignment (they did the alignment but always off). I either replace the parts myself or a local mechanic replace them. on the 6th time, I asked is there any other possibility that can affect the alignment and asked that they tell me all at once, instead of telling me one at a time. The answer was did you do the replacements here? with an attitude. I asked, so my alignment will not be performed properly because my replacements were done at other mechanic shops? He shook his head. The conversation caught the managers attention but he didnt came over. when I pick up the car 3 hours later, the alignment was finally fixed. So if you let them rip you off, your car can potentially get fix. However, one problem leads to another.

Be leary of accepting replacement tires that are not a good match for the others on your car. We needed to replace a tire. They sold us one that was not a match to our other 3. We asked if we needed two and were told it would not be a problem. It was a front tire and we noticed that the car began to pull to the right when breaking. We went back (a week or two later) and were told that we needed to replace the other 3 tires. The original tires were less than a year old and satisified the manufacturers recommendations, (we checked). Firestone moved the new tire from front to back as a solution. They should have known that placing a mismatch tire on the car might cause a problem, giving us the option of finding a match rather than replacing more tires.

Was able to walk in and have my alignment done in the middle of the day, accommodated without appointment. My alignment was done at 2 other Firestones, but after both I still had a leftward lean. The service at Alhambra took a while, but my leftward lean is also eliminated. Tthank you for correcting my alignment.Otherwise the store smells like tires. Feeling bad for gentleman who runs the front.

Dishonest business, just went there change my bad battery. After they put on new one, my passenger side window wont roll down which was perfectly working before I go there. They refuse to solve the issue and said not their problem! Be aware go this place for your car service.

FRANK AND THE GUYS ARE SO POLITE AND HELPFUL.

They did do the work that we asked them to do. I have had trouble in the past with them telling me extra work that didnt need to be done on the car, along with the fact that they had told me it would be finished at 12pm and it was not done till 4:30pm. This 2nd trip had proved to be a better experience.

I give them an A+... They did my alignment perfectly plus solved a radle, vibration in the steering. My dealer lied and stated there was not problems yet blamed it on a srewdriver left my the mechanic! Nothing but lies on the dealers side. As for Firestore they were honest and did the work correctly. Bravo!!!

If you have big repair they jump on it right away. If you need oil change takes two hours.

They dont honor their previous warranty and makes up some sort of explanation about other parts failing and upsell on everything. But theres no real choice when your car is already towed in and in desperate need of repairs. Very double faced: fake smiles all the time but I get the sense theyre trying to rip me off at every turn with extra work that dont need to be done.
