As crafty and fabricky as it can get. Lots of seasonal items for great decorating ideas. Wife loves coming for her sewing materials by hand and by the machine.

I went in to get a large amount of fabric for curtains. I was totally bummed when I saw all the signs maximum 3 yards per customer... But, I got so lucky and chose a cotton fabric that had no restrictions and was on sale! The staff is friendly, fabric is great, and they always have coupons online.

Standard joanns, tho a little on the smaller side. Friendly professionals working register and fabric. They had plenty of fabric to choose from for the project I was doing. All the fabric is normal joanns prices. You can surely get a wider variety and cheaper prices down in the fashion district, but Id rather pay a few bucks more to stay close to home for small projects.

Very organized compared to some other Joanns Ive been to. Plenty of stock available, and be sure to bring those coupons!!

Favorite Joanns in all of LA. Come here often for last minute fabric and notions I need. I typically source everything DTLA for all my projects but sometimes dont feel like driving down there or have time. The staff here are always friendly and helpful.

I never go to these places but they had some interesting things there. Things for crafts for example. I also saw some small hand tools.

Most of the lateral and tools to sew,end, quilt, crochet and anything else having to do with material fabrics hobbies.

I will return again soon because of the bug selection of pretty linen fabrics. Thanks JoAnn’s!

The young lady at the cash register was not busy and she assisted me in finding what I needed. I dont recall her name and it want on my receipt. However she had excellent customer service. I will be back more often.

My wife loves this place better prices than Micheals i think thats the name of the other store.

A really kind woman helped me pick out a fabric as well as spray paints for a project. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, Im from out of town and she was also really friendly and told me about her town. It was very wholesome, the experience was fast, kind and courteous.

Halloween 🎃 everywhere. Flowers at 70% sale so I picked up a few, okay I bought more than a few.

The place is filled with customers looking at different things, but the checkout line is really long and only 3 cashiers were opened.

Kinda small location so dont expect it to have much. But its nice to pick up some stuff.

Very impressed with the staff, very helpful and knowledgeable at the Alhambra store. The young man greeting at the front door was warm and friendly in a sincere way! The store is a lot smaller than the Glendale store, but they still had what I was looking for.

The shopping experience was great and it wasnt crowded.

Large selection of items, clean, and organized. Customer service needs improvement. Long wait times in line when they are busy and have all three cashiers. Parking can be difficult do to the costco in the same shopping center.

The customer service thus far has been exceptionally well at this location. The store itself was very neat, organized and stocked. Im pretty sure due to covid the hustle and bustle has slowed down inside the store. I only saw 2 girls at the cutting table helping one customer and the male cashier. As I walked thru the fabric aisles everything was very well organized and in its right place which makes shopping so much easier in my opinion. I purchased a curved ruler which was slim pickings since they only really had one style to choose from but I was able to use a 40% off coupon using the Joanns app. I also purchased 2 remnant fabrics at a great deal. If I had to complain about one thing it would have to be how NOT organized their books are. I tried looking for a new quilt book and the crochet, knitting, wool, and sewing books were very messy and not at all separated. To be quite honest this really discouraged me from purchasing one since they were on sale. This is why I gave e it a 4 star review and not a 5 star.If a Joanns rep reads this please have your people organize those books so they dont look like projectile hit the shelf. Thank you.

Valeria was very rude and became upset because I pointed out to her that the sale sign posted on the yarn did not exclude the item that I was purchasing. The sale sign did not say the the sale was plain yarn only, nor did it specifically exclude the multi colored yarn. Valeria simply had a nasty attitude.

The greatest thing about Jo-Ann Fabric and crafts is the employees. Yes you can always get the 40% off coupon via the website but above and beyond that you will be able to ask questions and get feedback and ideas from the new employees as well as the seasoned employees. Theres also a great selection of artificial flowers

Great service, Great Product, amazing deals on prices, and location is perfect since it’s near a Costco so everything you need is close by.

Great store. It has all that you need if youre not that crafty and you just need some minor supplies for school projects, so its not overwhelming like Hobby Lobby. Staff is very friendly too.However parking can be rough as they share a lot with Costco. I really wish they had some designated parking for just their customers.

I didnt like that there was no more fall decor before october ended

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I found everything I needed except for clay. Their stock of polymer clay was almost completely depleted.they has some sculpt colors only like 5 premo colors.

I love Jo-Anns! They always seem to be having a sale on the things that I need. This store doesnt have a huge flower section but the yarn selection is good. They also have the basics in Fabrics with lots of nice prints and colors.

Good selection of merchandise that you may not find at most stores. The problem is I think theyre merchandise is way overpriced unless you buy some of the merchandise at 50% off. I think eventually the internet is going to bury them.

This location is always, clean, friendly, parking varies on how busy Costco is but over all great store.

Pretty easy to find the things I needed to buy to put a costume together. Employees were helpful and quick, when I needed to find an item in the store. Best to download the app to get good discounts off of your purchase.

Poor parking. Costco customers hog all the parking spaces. The employees are hit or miss. Sometimes really rude or really nice. They can act really snobby, like youre bothering them. The store is too small, therefore the selection is not that great. I prefer going to other stores 10 miles away or ordering online.

I have really enjoyed the promotions that I regularly receive from Jo-Ann! From adhesives, cutting mats, paper stock, and the occasional sewing supplies, this is such a convenient & affordable source for our crafting projects. If you havent signed up for email or regular mail coupons, I highly recommended it for the savings youll receive. Our projects use a lot of hot glue for rapid prototyping, so a regular re-supply with these savings makes a difference.
