I took my car for them to replace the motor mounts, they took 5 days, and when i picked up my car they had destroyed my back bumper. It was cracked, broken, scratched, had a hole, and was hanging off. You can see where they cleaned up the damage/scratches so i wouldnt be able to point out what they crashed my car into. There are brand new, shiny silver colored screws that you can see where they tried to screw my bumper back into place so that i would not notice. The man at the shop acted shocked and like it was the first time he saw the destroyed bumper when i called him out on it. He denied anyone taking my car for a drive after which i said it could have even happened in his lot. He would not give me any insurance information any time i asked, and i kept calling for a couple days after trying to get insurance information but he would not budge. After i spoke with my own insurance and explained the situation they told me they would give him a call. Still he denied everything to my insurance, pretended like i took my car to him like that, and did not give them insurance information. He screwed me over even after he knew i would be going back to him for more work on my car. So now i have to pay to get the bumper replaced and painted myself. Terrible place, terrible man, terrible customer service. I assume he doesnt have insurance to cover damages and thats whay he didnt want to give his insurance name or number. Do not go here.

Haines is the absolute best mechanic! He is extremely helpful and his prices are great. He is honest about if he can fix it or not and what to do if he cannot fix it. He is my go to guy for all my cars!

This place doesnt work on RX-7s anymore. The guy (independent) that did the rebuilds retired. Mostly Ive had okay work done here. The last time I had my suspension redone they tried to steal my old components and act innocent about it. Im talking about the electronic actuators (very expensive and rare) and various other good parts. I havent been back since.

The mechanic was so rude to me and he overcharges.I called him to verify what parts was he going to install in my car and he started yelling at cause he had though i didnt trust him.so i just cook my car back and when i got it back he had dome something more to it cause my car wanted to shut off every time i sot when it didnt have that problem when i brought it to him to check.he was charging me 800 for parts and labor and i found out with a different specialist that he was over charging when he charge me 500i am never going back to this mechanic!!

I have been using these guys for years. They are good and honest, and stand by their work.

He told me it would cost about 300 to 350. I get there and he charged me $530.00 dollars. Not going back.

Made a big deal about working on a Mazda with a new engine. Said it would be difficult making it work and threw out 2-2.5k as a potential cost. Rip off, if you ask me.
