Great customer service

Horrible service. Old guy needs to be retrained, apparently hes been there 8 yrs and is requiring every customer who ships internationally, correspondence, no customs value, to fill out forms..God only knows what else he is doing wrong and whomever he is training is now also working with the same bad info. Just go to any other fedex location and save yourself the hassle of this place.

I had a great experience at this shop. They are very kind and nice and made mecomfortable.

Megan and the rest of the team have been so helpful on multiple occasions. I run a small home-based business and they are my go-to place for last minute printing jobs/shipping needs. Always pleasant and willing to help.

Worse please to go.guy at the front desk wants me to open my package and repack front of him.also want me to use there packing which cost me 22$extra .Never going again.Bye bye

Won’t be back after the dishonest man who laminated my preschool name tags deceptively offered to cut the laminated names for me, as if he was doing me a favor. I just got through telling him that I pay a lot of supplies out of my pocket and it’s tough on a low salary. Well his ‘offer to help cut’ the name tags was actually a dishonest ploy to charge me $7.00 more . I complained, but all he said is our prices are in the brochure, which are nowhere near the cutting area nor posted anywhere in store. People like that make me sick and lose hope in the good of humanity. The Trump era has produced a lot of these predatory types of business practices unfortunately . I will not be returning .

Was Good, Now STAY AWAYWe are a medium sized business, would leverage FedEx for large scale prints and occasional larger scale orders we didnt want or have ability to product in house.This last order, no one called me, like usually do; and the quality was a huge issue. cropped bottom 1/16 of entire page cutting our branding / logo from the 54 page document.Instead of fixing it right then an there, Len decided to show me how he can select fit-to-page on the document I provided. Wow! Didnt even just send the print and fix it, nothing. Why in the world this wasnt just fixed in minutes before I walked out the door is crazy bad customer service. But then to literally show how he not only messed up.He then went on to mention, I certainly should have the same options and I should look for that in the future. WOW!!!I went as soon as I got home, nope; online printing for a document, those options are not available.AND, as always, on the website when submitting an online print order; it states. Team Member will inspect for quality and contact you prior to completing your order.For whatever reason, like I said; this used to always happen. Today, I got neither of those things and a document that is completely unusable.STAY AWAY!!!

They were nice enough..took care of my documents that I needed to overnight for my closing. Not sure why there were some negative remarks..its a fedex, they do what they do...move your items quick and overnight.

Len has been one of the best customer service employees I have the pleasure of working with. I had a $20 family reunion project that I needed help with and he treated me like I was a CEO with a major dollar order. Nothing much super star service here!

I just spent 10 minutes on your website trying to find a price for a 4 x 4 or 4 by 6 and if not posted anywhere.

Ridiculous pricing - it was going to be $270 to ship a relatively small package to the UK! The regular post offices pricing was still more than I was hoping to spend, but at least it was a flat rate - and under $100.

Ground driver saw me pull up with packages and got very nasty and upset.Counter help was clueless while drivers tantrum escalated and threw packages. Afraid to leave parcels, I went to another location. STAY FAR AWAY
