Great service great people. :) Always very kind and lenient, Joyce even let met throw away a few boxes when I moved out. Feels like a mom and pop place where they care about customers and I never felt like another number on a corporate balance sheet. Would highly recommend this location as well as life storage in general.

Great place for storing anything really. They have indoor and outdoor spaces that vary in size depending on your needs. The 10x10 was perfect for me, and the price is reasonable. They let me use there large moving van free of charge for the day to get things squared away, and are very nice people. All said and done, I would personally recommend this facility to anyone that needs to store any of there belongings, wether it be for a month or an extended period.

So far so good. Just signed up for a 10x15 unit. It is very easy to get set up, was able to move in the next day. Everything was clean and looks to be well protected.

Really like this facility. In good condition & spacious elevator. Only complaint is people parking in front of the outside door instead of in a parking spot. At least leave enough space for others to easily get past!

Assistant Manager Steve Elliott did a great job during the two days I spent cleaning out a family members storage unit. He was helpful and accommodating! The items had been in storage for 8 years without ever being checked on, and there was no moisture or insect or other damage. We downsized from a 10x20 unit to a 10x5 unit, so we are still happy customers!

Steve Elliott made my stressful move go super smooth. Moving and storing is not easy for anyone. I was having a hard time finding a towing company to tow my car to the parking spot. I came 5 minutes before closing time to pay for a parking spot. Steve took the time to get me signed in properly and paid for and also walked me to the spot and showed me everything I needed to know. He answered all my questions with patience. Exceptional customer service. Turned my stressful day into a pleasant one just with great customer service.

Life Storage in Algonquin has been amazing to my Mom. She has been through a lot the last couple years and they have helped her so much along the way. Always offering to help with the mechanics of doors, locks, etc. that can be a struggle for someone a little older. They were great when we opened the units with helping us get the right sizes and the best prices! Joyce has always gone above and beyond for her and has been nothing but polite and super friendly! The place is very clean and secure. We have never had any issues with either of our climate controlled unit or outdoor unit. We HIGHLY recommend them!!

Went around back saw manager knocked on door to get his attention and said ok meet you up front to let you in never came to front office let me and my VETERAN HANDICAPPED father stand outside the front office for another 20mins and close his office blinds and door! IGNORANT PEOPLE!

The truck rental was fine. Its just that Joyce lady. She always meets us at the door when we return it. This is the second time she has done this and its seems as if she is racist. The way she talks to non Caucasian people is horrible like they are beneath her. Raquel was a great help. Very awesome and pleasant. Maybe Raquel should be the Store Manager and Joyce should be a lower level employee since Joyce lacks compassion to other races. Or maybe she shouldnt work for the company at all. However, the succubus Joyce should just not be employed for the company at all. I stand on this review 100%

I just recently moved cross country from California to Illinois and even though it was extremely stressful time my storage was the brightest spot of the entire move. Amazingly friendly helpful staff. Joyce and Raquel were awesome. The rates were competitive with every other storage facility. The unit was new and clean heated. My storage unit even had a view of the lake… Not like I’m living in it… But it looked awesome. Easily accessible for my moving company. Highly recommend them. Cheers!!

This location is amazing. The property manager Joyce is wonderful and very attentive. She made our move in process so easy and trouble free--and I really needed it after a stressful move! The indoor facilities are so secure, well lit and very clearly well taken care of. The drive-in garages make unloading so easy. And did I mention the awesome staff and management? Let me do so one more time, they are fantastic. My parents also use this location in Algonquin and they love it as well.

Ive rented from 3 or 4 different storage unit locations, and this has by far been the most efficient process. Seriously, I showed up to sign the paperwork with a van-load full of boxes, and was back out with an empty car and all paperwork signed in less than a half hour. The staff was helpful and quick! These are some of my favorite things.

Staff is very understanding, and are very genuine! They helped me find the perfect locker that would suite my needs. Joyce and Raquel are the sweetest!

My initial customer service experience at the Rogers Park LifeStorage has been great. (Ill come back with more feedback when Ive been a customer longer . . .) As I tried to figure out how much space I might need, Marcus patiently described all my options and showed me sample storage sizes. After setting up my account, he walked me (literally) through the process of gaining access to the building and to my unit. He also told me when the loading dock would be more/less busy so that I could plan my move-in day accordingly. Plus--- hes a personable guy! Outstanding.
