Cole and his team has some of the best customer service I have ever been privileged to be served by.I went in for the first time in a while and was surprised by how clean the store was sine I was last back. I told Cole what I was looking for and he helped me find it and recommended me a new protean brownie that was delicious. He also went as far to make a me a custom protein smoothie. It has been years since I been a store that is so very attentive to the needs of its customers.Team members like Miriam and Hunter are what makes the store great. this is the best vitamin and supplement store in Algonquin by far!En_VitaEd_Kozak

Ordered a protein peanut butter smoothie, which was awesome. Then realized that the whey protein that I purchased from the discount shelf had expired more than half a year ago. This place used to be my go to after lifetime but sadly I wont be buying my supplements here anymore.

No idea what’s changed the past few months here, but wow has it changed significantly - and not for the better. Selection has dropped and the personnel now is horrible - completely unknowledgeable about the product lines and unwilling to help. It’s too bad - it used to be a great shop. Now it’s time to go back to buying from their local competition

I usually purchase a gift card for my son. However, they always give me a USED g-card that looks used or they dont have any cards at all.They need to supply customers with NEW gift cards and have them available year round.

Originally, I admit, I stayed away from this place because I assumed they were a small business and would probably have high prices. However, to my surprise their prices on some items are even less expensive than a low cost online website that I shop on. They also have a large variety of products.

Probably one of the few well priced shops in the area. They have all the best stuff at great prices. Provide everything from multivitamins to preworkout stuff for heavy/pro lifters. Amazing that gnc or vitamin shoppe can over price stuff and still sell it for almost twice the cost. This place will always be worth the drive!

Used to love coming here but yet again its 5:30 on a weekday and they are closed.....

Last several times we came in for products, they were on the shelf for sale but were expired. Make sure you check the dates b4 purchasing!

I was pleasantly surprised to see the pricing on Dymatize Iso 100. It was cheaper by around $6 than amazon (plus i got it immediately). Service was ok in the sense that the associate didnt inquire about my health goals. I would have purchased more but he didnt sell. Some customers like this, but I like to strike up a conversation!
