The original installer spent a long time trying to figure out why it was flashing red and never adequately addressed the issue. Called Saturday morning just before noon. They told me that they would have someone out between 1-3 and someone would call on the way. At 3:30 I hadnt heard from anyone so I called to check on the status. They then told me that they didnt work on Saturday and were not coming.
