I’m conflicted on the number of stars to give. Justin is great; he’ll make sure you find the right fitness equipment for your needs. That’s great, but if you have a problem, you better run.My elliptical (brand new) and bike (used) came in November. Ten minutes after use (the very next day), my elliptical is broken - the incline won’t adjust and the volume on my screen won’t turn up. I reach out to Justin and he says he’ll get the ball rolling. I get some strange warranty email and needed my service agreement number. I didn’t know what that was, and neither did Justin. We went back and forth for over a month trying to figure out that service agreement number in order to activate my warranty. We never figured it out, but the ball somehow started rolling.3 months after the initial warranty request, their service company reaches out. They are nearly 3 months out for service. They come out and order stuff so they can come back to fix the issues. The parts are on backorder. After the initial in-home visit, we waited another 2 months for them to back, but they couldn’t fix the issue. More parts have been ordered. I’m now 6 months past purchase and my elliptical is still broken. 😑

Great experience and great service!

Completely miserable service. Purchased a 500lbs olympic bar and 2 pairs of bumper plates on Saturday, April 11th over the phone with one of their associates. I was told that my shipment would arrive the Tuesday after next which would be Tuesday April 21st. I call to find out that not only is my order not there, but that I might have to wait another two weeks before it arrives.During a shelter in place order, with gyms closed, I was looking forward to finally being able to work out again. I feel completely deceived by this company. Had I known I would be having to wait four weeks, possibly longer I may have held off on the purchase.

Very friendly atmosphere, was able to educate me on the several different machines. Helped me find what was right for me at a price I was comfortable with. From the selection to the staff and service I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is looking!

The sales staff is awesome! They fit me to a machine rather than trying to make me buy the most expensive one. Other stores dont help me like that. That store is full of information
