If you need to visit an xfinity location go here and ask for Tyler C. The most professional employee I’ve ever had the experience working with I will never go anywhere else from now on he turned a bad visit at the crystal lake location around apologizing for something he didn’t even do I promise you I’d you go see Tyler C you won’t regret it!

I went to switch my phone from verizon to Xfinity because they are much cheaper, but after 2 1/2 hours in the store my phone quit working, went back 2 days later, sat for an hour while they worked on it, still couldnt get it working right, so they gave me a number to call. I had to call Xfinity spoke to someone from another country, and they said they would send me a new sim card. The shop had already changed it 2x! So Im switching back to verizon. Every one at the store was very nice, But I took in a phone that worked, and walked out with one that didnt.

Went in because my bill went up 30.00. Kid said hed give me a promotion and keep my bill the same. Instead I would have to take their cell service or pay the 170. What a joke. They do not care if you stay with them or not. Proceeds to tell me any other company will offer the same. We shall see. I thought the concept was to keep business.

I have had tech to my house 4 times now. Internet and cable hasn’t worked for a long time. No one know how to fix the issue. Poor customer service and inexperienced installers. Good trying to contact someone. Worst experience ever with this company.

Very frustrated! Had to switch out my cable box for a new one I was told “you got Lucy it’s the one everyone is wanting” yeah right! I’ve been having problems, then I got the new gateway WiFi modem, after a while it kept disconnecting. I called the 1800-XFINITY, the worst customer service, I was told that I had a defected modem so back I went to the store, “oh that’s easy fix” says the store Manager, he gives me a new modem went home, just before I had to go to work, I followed his directions...not working. Does anyone know what they are doing at XFINITY?? Now I don’t have WiFi for 4 days, and the most annoying voice prompts when call the 1800 number and can never just get someone on the phone to help!! Horrible!

I’ve had troubles with Comcast over the phone but in store my experience was amazing. I was able to actually get help with my billing and questions and worked with a pleasant Comcast people which changed my view on customer service. I’ll never call for anything again :D

Probably one of the worst stores I’ve ever been to they are completely rude and unprofessional and have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. after having problems with our Internet for two weeks a tech finally came out to our home and informed us that we needed to order a pod (adapter) for the internet from the Xfinity store only so I went to the store ordered it on the 15th and a rep told me it would be at my house within 3 to 5 days no later, and said I would get an email for the order and tracking number as well and then when the email, tracking # and adapter didn’t come I had to go back to the store because the representative over the phone had no idea what I was talking about. I got to the store and they told me it would be 3-4 weeks and to talk to Jordan at the desk, while talking to him he informed me the order hadn’t even been sent. at that point I told him I didn’t receive an email for the visit to the store or the order either and he said “we don’t send emails” I asked him to just cancel the order (because my sister said I could just buy an adapter from office Max to see if that worked) I asked him if it would still charge my account he said nothing looking at his computer while I stood there waiting for the guy to respond and to see if there was anything I needed to sign or be given a cancellation receipt he just chuckled looked up at me gave me a weird look like I was wasting his time and said “uhh well that’s it”. Lo and behold the office Max adapter worked and fixed the issue.

Didnt have what I wanted so I went to the store in Crystal Lake. There, a very nice an knowledgeable sales associate, told me I didnt need what I came for! Waste of two hours, but no one was rude and the waits were liveable.

Employees are misinformed, I had to pay to restore my service and they said $185, I came home and was forced to pay $30 extra because the amount they charged me was incorrect, feels like I’m being extorted by the cable company yay

Such a bad customer service! Went in the first time with my return and had issues taking my return. Then, suggests to port my number over to another carrier and come back. I ported my number and came back to return my device and then, Tyler, the sales guy says that they cannot take the returns there and that Xfinity shouldve sent a Shipping Label. Guess what!?! Checked my e-mail, and no shipping label! What an inexperienced people working here! Dont go here at any cost!
