It’s hard to find reliable, trustworthy contractors that do quality work. You will not be disappointed with True Home Solutions!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in having their home remodeled.

I gave them a deposit of $12,500 to begin my bathroom remodel and they never did the work. The owner changed his cell phone number so I could no longer reach him. They stole my money and never did an ounce of work. They have ignored correspondence from my attorney. The owners, Joe Lee and Tom Sullivan, also own Sullee Sewer and Drain. Beware.

I had a much different experience with this company then these other people. I searched for about Six months to find the right company to remodel my bathroom. I went with True home solutions because I thought they were professional and they said the job would be done in 7-10 days. Boy did I make a bad decision! Not only was the project not completed in that time, it took over a month and a half. Now the only benefit of the doubt I can give them is that their sales manager quit in the middle of my project. With that being said all the mistakes that were made were blamed on her. It sure is easy to blame someone thats not there anymore. The problems I had were ENDLESS!! But it wasnt so much of the mistakes that were made, it was how they were handled. Of course I was in disbelief that things were ordered in the wrong style or the wrong size or the wrong color but The owner Joe had no clue what was going on. You would think if u owned a business you should be involved in your projects. When I expressed my concerns about how No one would show up at my house for days or they would show up at a different time then I was told, he said he would take care of everything. Nothing was ever done. He wouldnt call me back or he would have one of his workers call me and not even have a clue on what I needed. The communcation is horrendous with this company. Their work is sloppy, they lie and its way to expensive for what you get. Joe seems very friendly dont let that fool you!
