We had a complete kitchen remodel done by MKB Kitchens, Baths & Basements that entailed new cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and tile work. Our salesperson Mark had a great vision in what we were looking to achieve and paid close attention to fine detail. The project went very smoothly and we were especially comfortable with the payment structure he had proposed. We would definitely recommend MKB to family and friends!

In 2017 I bought a bathroom vanity, mirror and swanstone sink/counter from MKB. In late 2019, the sink itself developed hairline cracks, and leaked. This was a very unusual situation, and nearly three years had passed since installation. Nevertheless, Rosie at MKB worked with the sink supply house and got me a credit for the failed sink. Rosie then steered my toward a replacement sink and counter, coordinated the removal of the damaged sink at no cost, and facilitated the install of the new sink/counter. I was very impressed with MKBs desire to make things right with the customer (me). The actual failure of the original sink was certainly not MKBs fault, yet they accepted responsibility for mitigating this problem. (And the vanity and mirror continue to look stunning, and function well.)
